Abstract
The invention discloses a windage sailing boat training device which comprises a main frame, wherein a fan assembly and a rocker assembly are arranged on the main frame, a pull rope is arranged on the rocker assembly, and the other end of the pull rope is connected to the fan assembly. The position of the rocker in the invention is adjustable, which is convenient for athletes with different arm lengths to use. Both ends all are equipped with the punchhole about the chassis, and the installation of rocker subassembly interchangeable limit is adjusted in a flexible way. The front end of the center shaft 25 is provided with a fan bearing seat 26 and a fan fixing ring 27, the fan 22 is fixed at the front end of the center shaft 25 through the fan fixing ring 27 and the fan bearing seat 26, specifically, the fan bearing seat 26 is arranged at the front end of the center shaft 25, the fan 22 is arranged behind the fan bearing seat 26, the fan fixing ring 27 is arranged behind the fan 22, the fan bearing seat 26, the fan fixing ring 26 and the fan fixing ring 27 are all connected to the center shaft 25, and the fan 22 is tightly pressed on the end face of the fan bearing seat 26 and fixed through bolts by the fan fixing ring 27. As shown in fig. 6, the rocker assembly 3 includes a base 36 and a rocker 33, a universal joint 34 is disposed at the bottom of the rocker 33, five insertion holes are disposed at the right end of the base 36 along the left-right direction, the universal joint 34 is inserted into one of the insertion holes, and the positions of the rocker 33 and the universal joint 34 can be adjusted by installing the rocker 33 and the universal joint in different insertion holes. The left end of the base 36 is provided with a locking pin 35, the bottom of the base 36 at the section is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is fittingly mounted on the underframe 13, the locking pin 35 aligns at a positioning hole on the underframe 13 to realize the mounting connection of the base 36 and the underframe 13, and the base 36 and the main frame 1 are locked and fixed through the locking pin 35. The rocker 33 is provided with the slidable handrail 31, the surface of the handrail 31 is subjected to plastic dipping treatment and is convenient to hold, the tail end of the handrail 31 is provided with the sliding sleeve part, the sliding sleeve part can be slidably arranged on the rocker 33 in a penetrating manner, the right side of the sliding sleeve part is provided with a hole, the hole is provided with the locking handle 32, and the locking handle 32 can abut against the rocker 33 after rotating to realize the fixation of the position of the handrail 31. The armrest 31 is fixed to the rocker 33 by the lock handle 32, and the armrest 31 is connected to the pull rope 4.
The working principle is as follows: the training can be completed in the training room without going to the relevant water area. The athlete adjusts the base 36 and the chassis 13 according to his arm length by aligning the locking pin 35 with the appropriate positioning hole, by plugging the rocker 33 and the universal joint 34 in the appropriate plugging hole. Then the chain is connected with the proper position on the dual gear 24 according to the strength of the athlete to train or the required resistance.
The athlete holds the handrail 31 and pulls the rocker 33, the handrail 31 drives the pull rope 4 to stretch, and the pull rope 4 generates elastic potential energy. The movement of the pull cord 4 causes the chain to move, which in turn causes the dual gear 24 to rotate, which in turn causes the central shaft 25 to rotate, which in turn causes the fan 22 to rotate. The rotation of the fan 22 generates resistance, and the training effect can be achieved.
When the athlete releases the rocker 33, the pull rope 4 contracts under the action of the elastic force, the inertia drives the chain and the pull rope 4 to reset, and the fan 22 cannot rotate along with the action of the one-way bearing 29.
