Moreover, a rebounding device may be disposed at the other end of the pulling rope 4 to drive the central rotating shaft 504 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the pulling rope 4 originally wound around the central rotating shaft 504 is continuously wound around the central rotating shaft 504 after being pulled out, and thus resistance is continuously provided for the handheld portion 3.
The first damping device of the embodiment can continuously provide resistance for the handheld part, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
In addition, as an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the first damping device in the second embodiment may further include an air inlet hole adjusting flap 508 disposed outside the second housing, the shape and the disposition position of an air inlet hole 5081 in the air inlet hole adjusting flap 508 are the same as those of an air inlet hole 503 in the second housing 502, the air inlet hole adjusting flap 508 and the second housing 502 are disposed in a non-concentric manner, the air inlet hole adjusting flap 508 is disposed on the second housing 502 through an eccentric rotating shaft (not shown in the drawings), that is, the rotating shaft whose central axis is not coincident with the central rotating shaft 504 is disposed on the second housing 502, and the air inlet hole adjusting flap 508 can rotate around the eccentric rotating shaft.
