Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a clothes disinfection device, in particular to a clothes disinfection device with an ultraviolet disinfection device.
Background
With the increasing severity of air pollution, especially in the seasons with high incidence of infectious diseases such as influenza and pneumonia, air becomes a carrier of various pollutants, bacteria and viruses, which causes great hidden troubles to human health. Various pollutants, bacteria and viruses in the air are very easily attached to the clothes. Therefore, clothes are very likely to become carriers of bacteria and viruses, and especially in seasons with high incidence of infectious diseases, clothes worn after going back are very likely to become sources of infection.
At present, the clothes are treated by soaking, cleaning and disinfecting after being replaced, and because bacteria and viruses are attached to the clothes, the bacteria and the viruses are very easy to pollute a container along water flow in the process of cleaning the clothes, so that the further transmission of the bacteria and the viruses is caused.
Therefore, further improvements to the existing methods of washing and sterilizing laundry are needed.

According to the clothes disinfection device, the ultraviolet disinfection device in the closed cabin body can be used for ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection of clothes, meanwhile, the auxiliary heating device can be used for heating the clothes to more than 56 ℃, preferably more than 60 ℃, secondary inactivation treatment is carried out on viruses through high temperature, and ozone generated in the ultraviolet disinfection process can be rapidly decomposed at more than 60 ℃, so that secondary pollution of the ozone to air is eliminated, the clothes disinfection effect is good, and no pollution is generated to the air.
The invention relates to a clothes disinfection device, which is characterized in that the clothes disinfection device 100 comprises a disinfection system 1, a circuit and control system 2, a clothes placing device 3 and a shell 5;
A. the disinfection system 1 is an ultraviolet disinfection device 11 and can be used for sterilizing and disinfecting clothes or textile fabrics;
B. the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 is connected with a power supply through the circuit and control system 2;
C. the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 is arranged in the shell 5;
D. the clothes or textile fabrics placed on the clothes placing device 3 are in the irradiation range of the ultraviolet disinfection device 11, and in the working state, the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the clothes or textile fabrics placed on the clothes placing device 3.
After the power is switched on, the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 emits ultraviolet rays to carry out ultraviolet disinfection on the clothes or textiles placed on the clothes placing device 3. Because articles such as clothes are sterilized and disinfected in the closed space in the shell 5, the spread and the pollution of viruses caused in the clothes cleaning process can be well prevented.
The ultraviolet disinfection device 11 is arranged in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1. Because ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection are achieved by destroying the molecular structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) in the cells of the microorganism body by ultraviolet with proper wavelength to cause death of growing cells and/or death of regenerative cells. Therefore, if the ultraviolet disinfection device is not protected during sterilization, a certain amount of accidental injury may be caused to the human body, and therefore, the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 needs to be installed in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 to form isolation so as to avoid the accidental injury to the human body.
The duration of the activation of the uv disinfection device 11, the uv radiation intensity, etc. can be set and adjusted by means of the control panel 22 of the circuit and control system 2.
The clothes on the clothes placing device 3 are in the ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1. In order to ensure the ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection effect of textile fabrics such as clothes, the clothes are placed in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1.
The ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1 comprises a cabin door 11-11, and the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 can work only when the cabin door 11-11 is closed. Because textile fabrics such as clothes and the like have large volumes, the cabin doors 11-11 need to be opened when being placed and taken out, in order to prevent ultraviolet rays from causing accidental injury to human bodies when the cabin doors 11-11 are opened, the circuit and control system 2 is provided with the safety control switch 21, only when the cabin doors 11-11 are closed, the safety control switch 21 can be switched on, the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 can be switched on to work, and the ultraviolet disinfection device is safer in practical application.
The ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1 is made of ultraviolet radiation resistant materials and can block ultraviolet radiation from leaking. The isolation effect of the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 can be effectively ensured only by selecting materials which can block ultraviolet radiation leakage and resist ultraviolet radiation.
The ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1 is made of mirror stainless steel capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays, or mirror glass, or a mirror high polymer material capable of resisting ultraviolet radiation.
The ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 can enhance the ultraviolet intensity in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 and enhance the sterilization effect through reflection of ultraviolet rays.
The material capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays can enhance the ultraviolet intensity in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 through reflection of ultraviolet rays while playing an isolation effect, and the sterilization effect is better. In order to further enhance the sterilization effect, a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection devices 11, such as ultraviolet lamps, can be uniformly distributed around the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1, so as to ensure that the ultraviolet rays in the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1 are uniformly distributed and ensure the sterilization effect.
The laundry placing device 3 is a clothes rack 31 or a laundry table 32. The accidental placement device 3 may be the clothes rack 31 for hanging clothes, or the clothes table 32 for placing clothes on a table top. The clothes rack 31 may be fixed on the side wall and/or the upper wall of the casing 5 or the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1, or may be a movable support placed in the casing 5 or the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1. The clothes table 32 can be fixed on the housing 5 or the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1 or can be a movable moving table, and is directly placed in the housing 5 or the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1.
The clothes sterilizing apparatus 100 further includes a rotating mechanism 4. The rotating mechanism 4 can rotate the clothes placing device 3, so that the clothes can be sterilized by the ultraviolet sterilizing device 11 in all directions.
The laundry disinfecting device 100 further comprises a heating system 6. The heating system 6 can heat up the clothes, inactivate viruses for the second time, and further guarantee the sterilization and disinfection effects of the clothes. Meanwhile, the decomposition of ozone generated in the ultraviolet disinfection process of the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 can be accelerated due to the rise of the temperature, and the secondary pollution of the ozone to air is prevented.
The temperature of the heating system 6 is not less than 56 ℃. For most viruses, the capsid protein of the virus is denatured at 55-60 ℃, usually within several minutes, so that the virus loses its infection ability, and therefore, when the temperature of the heating system 6 is controlled to be above 56 ℃, or above 60 ℃, the inactivation effect of the virus can be better ensured. Meanwhile, the ozone generated by the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 in the process of sterilization and disinfection can be quickly decomposed at the temperature of more than 50 ℃, so that the secondary pollution of the ozone generated in the process of sterilization and disinfection to air is avoided.
The heating system 6 is a heating rod, and/or a heating plate, and/or a heating coil. The heating system 6 may be one of the above heating manners, or may be a combination of multiple heating manners, and in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may also design different heating manners according to needs, and the applicant does not exemplify this, but does not depart from the scope of the present application.
The heating temperature of the heating system 6 can be set and kept constant. The heating temperature of the heating system 6 can be set and adjusted on the control panel 22, so that the heating temperature of the heating system 6 is kept constant, and the optimal heating temperature can be set for different infection sources according to needs, thereby better ensuring the virus inactivation effect.
The clothes sterilizing apparatus 100 further includes an ozone sterilizing apparatus 7. The ozone sterilization device 7 can generate ozone, and the ozone dispersed in the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 can permeate pores of clothes and textile fabrics to further carry out deep sterilization.
The laundry disinfection apparatus 100 can be various combinations of the uv disinfection apparatus 11 and the heating system 6, and/or the ozone sterilization apparatus 7, which are not illustrated herein by the applicant, without departing from the scope of the present application.
The circuit and control system 2 can set the program of the sterilization and disinfection process of the food, thereby achieving the intelligent control of the sterilization and disinfection process of the food. Such as setting the ultraviolet radiation intensity and duration of the ultraviolet disinfection device 11; the heating temperature and the constant temperature holding time of the heating system 6; and the duration, the ozone concentration and the like of the ozone generating device 7, an ultraviolet sensor, a temperature sensor, an ozone concentration tester and the like are arranged, and the mode flows of ultraviolet disinfection, heating and ozone sterilization are set at the same time, so that the air disinfection device with the heating device can be intelligently controlled through a set control program.
The inner side of the shell 5 is made of materials resistant to ultraviolet radiation and can block ultraviolet rays from leaking. When the inner side of the shell 5 is made of a material resistant to ultraviolet radiation, the inner part of the shell 5 directly forms the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1, and the bin door 11-11 is arranged on the shell 5.
The inner side of the shell 5 is made of mirror stainless steel capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays, or mirror glass, or a mirror high polymer material capable of resisting ultraviolet radiation. When the inner side of the shell 5 is made of mirror stainless steel capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays, or mirror glass, or a mirror high polymer material resistant to ultraviolet radiation, the inner part of the shell 5 directly forms the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 capable of enhancing ultraviolet intensity through reflection, and the bin door 11-11 is arranged on the shell 5.
In practical application, the hatch doors 11-11 are opened, the clothes are placed on the clothes placing device 3, the hatch doors 11-11 are closed, the safety control switch 21 of the circuit and control system 2 is switched on, and the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 starts to work to sterilize and disinfect the clothes or textile fabrics. The heating system 6 and the ozone sterilization device 7 can be simultaneously opened, and the clothes or textile fabrics are further sterilized and disinfected in an ozone and heating mode, so that the sterilizing effect of the clothes or textile fabrics is ensured.
A clothes sterilizing apparatus of the present invention comprises a sterilizing system 1, a circuit and control system 2, a clothes placing device 3 and a housing 5. The disinfection system 1 is an ultraviolet disinfection device 11 arranged in the shell 5, clothes or textile fabrics placed on the clothes placing device 3 are in the irradiation range of the ultraviolet disinfection device 11, and the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 emits ultraviolet rays to carry out ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection on the clothes or textile fabrics placed on the clothes placing device 3. Since articles such as clothes are sterilized and disinfected in the closed space in the housing 5, it is possible to prevent spread and contamination of viruses while sterilizing and disinfecting. The clothes disinfection device can also be provided with the heating system 6 for heating clothes and carrying out secondary virus inactivation on the clothes, or the ozone disinfection device 7 for generating ozone to further sterilize and disinfect the clothes.

Detailed Description
Example 1: the invention relates to a clothes sterilizing device
Referring to fig. 1 to 1-3, a clothes sterilizing apparatus of the present embodiment includes a sterilizing system 1, a circuit and control system 2, a clothes placing device 3 and a housing 5.
The disinfection system 1 is an ultraviolet disinfection device 11 and can sterilize and disinfect clothes or textile fabrics. The duration of the activation of the uv disinfection device 11, the uv radiation intensity, etc. can be set and adjusted by means of the control panel 22 of the circuit and control system 2, see fig. 1.
Because textile fabrics such as clothes and the like have large volumes, the cabin doors 11-11 need to be opened when being placed and taken out, in order to prevent ultraviolet rays from causing accidental injury to human bodies when the cabin doors 11-11 are opened, the circuit and control system 2 is provided with a safety control switch 21, only when the cabin doors 11-11 are closed, the safety control switch 21 can be switched on, the ultraviolet disinfection device 11 can be switched on to work, and the ultraviolet disinfection device is safer in practical application, referring to fig. 1-1.
The ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1 is made of materials resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and can block ultraviolet rays from leaking out, so that the isolation effect of the ultraviolet disinfection cabin 11-1 is effectively guaranteed.
More preferably, the ultraviolet disinfection bin 11-1 is made of mirror stainless steel capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays, or mirror glass, or a mirror high polymer material resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
Referring to fig. 1-1, in this embodiment, when the inner side of the housing 5 is made of specular stainless steel, specular glass, or specular polymer material capable of reflecting ultraviolet rays, the inner side of the housing 5 directly forms the ultraviolet disinfection chamber 11-1 capable of enhancing ultraviolet intensity by reflection, and the chamber door 11-11 is disposed on the housing 5.
The ultraviolet disinfection device 11 is connected with a power supply through the circuit and control system 2.
Referring to fig. 1-1 and 1-2, the laundry placing device 3 is a clothes rack 31 or a laundry table 32. The accidental placement device 3 may be the clothes rack 31 for hanging clothes, or the clothes table 32 for placing clothes on a table top.
