The application of the care solution in eye drops.
1. Small molecule technology:
molecules with molecular weights less than 500 bases are referred to as small molecules, which are generally simple monomeric species. Biologically, small molecules are bioactive small peptides, oligopeptides, oligosaccharides, oligonucleotides, vitamins, minerals, small molecular group water, plant secondary metabolites and their degradation products such as aglycones, xanthenes, aglycones, alkaloids, etc.
Natural small molecules are present in the nucleus and cytoplasm of eukaryotes, and their length is between 100 and 300 bases.
Two types of small-molecule RNA are mainly found in nature, one type is snRNA, and the small-molecule RNA exists in cell nucleus; the other is scRNA, present in the cytoplasm.
Small RNA molecules are often complexed with proteins and play an important role in the vital activities of the cell, with certain snRNPs and splicing roles closely related, which are complementary to the donor and acceptor splice sites and branching sequences, respectively. scRNA is involved in the synthesis and transport of proteins, for example, SRP particles are ribosomes composed of 7SRNA and protein, and the main function is to recognize signal peptide and guide ribosomes to endoplasmic reticulum.
The intake of external nutrition is the basis for human survival. The process of external nutrition digestion into nutrients in vivo is a macroscopic to microscopic system engineering. This process is essentially a process of small molecule formation, constituting a small molecule life line for nutrients. The small molecules are an important node of the life line of a human body, the number, the quality, the composition structure and the working efficiency of the small molecules determine the life and death of the human body, slight change of the skin is concerned if the small molecules are used, and the growth, the survival, the health, the service life and the final life of the human body are concerned if the small molecules are used.
The small molecule lifeline in the human body has inherent limitations, and is invaded to different degrees along with various artificial and non-artificial injuries. The damage of the small molecular life lines directly influences the nutrition of each system of the human body, all the systems are damaged, and the small molecular life lines form a multiplication effect with various existing pathological conditions of the human body, and generate new unhealthy effects and new pathological changes.
The biggest difference of the micromolecules relative to the macromolecules is that the micromolecules have small molecular weight and bioactivity, most of the micromolecules can be directly absorbed by a human body without being decomposed, and the absorption efficiency is greatly improved.
2. The biological enzyme technology comprises the following steps:
biological enzymes are catalytic organisms produced by living cells, and are mostly proteins and few RNAs. The biological enzyme is a nontoxic and environment-friendly biological catalyst, and the chemical nature of the biological enzyme is protein. The production and application of the enzyme have more than 80 years of history at home and abroad, and the production and application of the enzyme enter 80 years in the 20 th century, bioengineering is rapidly developed in China as a new high-tech technology, and the field of enzyme manufacture and application is gradually expanded.
Biological enzymes are proteins with catalytic functions. Like other proteins, enzyme molecules consist of long chains of amino acids. Wherein one part of the chain is in a spiral shape, and the other part is in a folded sheet structure, and the two parts are connected by the unfolded amino acid chain, so that the whole enzyme molecule is in a specific three-dimensional structure. The biological enzyme is produced from organism, has special catalytic function, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, wherein the enzyme is used as catalyst, and the catalytic efficiency of the enzyme is 10 of that of the general inorganic catalyst7-1013And (4) doubling.
Enzyme proteins differ from other proteins in that enzymes all have an active center. The enzyme can be divided into a quaternary structure, wherein the primary structure is the arrangement sequence of amino acids, the secondary structure is the planar space conformation of a peptide chain, the tertiary structure is the three-dimensional space conformation of the peptide chain, and the quaternary structure is that the peptide chains are combined with each other by non-covalent bonds to form a complete protein molecule. The true determinant is the primary structure of the enzyme, and its alteration will alter the properties of the enzyme (inactivation or denaturation).
Enzymes are classified into "lytic enzymes" and "synthetic enzymes" as a broad category. For example, proteins are decomposed into amino acids having a size that can be absorbed, and proteins necessary for the body are synthesized by decomposition enzymes and the absorbed amino acids, which are carried out by enzymes.
In the fermentation process of the present invention, the enzymes produced are mainly
1. Lysozyme: the lysozyme can be used as a natural anti-infection substance with bactericidal effect, and has the effects of resisting bacteria, relieving swelling, accelerating tissue recovery, etc.
2. Lipase: the lipase is an enzyme for decomposing natural oil and fat, can hydrolyze fat into glycerol and fatty acid, further carry out B oxidation on the fatty acid, remove one C2 product each time, generate acetyl COA (N-cyclohexyl octyl amine), enter a TCA (tricarboxylic acid) ring for complete oxidation or enter a glyoxylate ring for synthesizing saccharides.
3. Protease: the proteases secreted by microorganisms vary depending on the species, for example, subtilisin secretes gelatinase and casein, which hydrolyze gelatin and casein, and Streptomyces freudenreichii secretes keratinase, which hydrolyze keratin of animal hair, horn, and hoof. Proteases break down proteins into peptides, which are then hydrolyzed by peptidases into amino acids.
4. Cellulase: the cellulase is a multi-component enzyme system, wherein the cellobiohydrolase in the cellulase is also called exo-cellulase and consists of two enzymes of CHBI and CHBII, and the endoglucanase is also called endo-cellulase and consists of at least 5 cellulases (EGI, EGII, EGHI, EGIV and EGV). In addition, there is 13-glucuronase. These cellulases have a synergistic effect in the hydrolysis of cellulose.
5. Amylase: amylases are a generic term for enzymes that hydrolyze starch and glycogen, and generally act on α -1, 4-glucan such as soluble starch, amylose, and glycogen to hydrolyze α -1, 4-glucosidic bonds. It can be divided into alpha-amylase, beta 1-amylase, gamma-amylase and isoamylase according to the different isomerous types of enzyme hydrolysate.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the method has the following beneficial effects:
the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method and application of an eye care solution, wherein micromolecular components of traditional Chinese medicinal materials beneficial to eyes are extracted in a fermentation mode, and various enzymes generated in a microbial fermentation process are prepared into the eye care solution, and the eye care solution is externally administrated in a mode of dropping into eyes, so that the eye care solution has the effects of protecting the eyes and treating eye diseases, can play a role in recovering and delaying pathological changes in the middle and later stages of cataract, and plays a role in delaying pathological changes in the middle and later stages of cataract.
