Description

Processing method for keeping freshness of fritillaria cirrhosa
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and particularly relates to a processing method for keeping freshness of bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae.
Background
Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae (with scientific name: Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don) is a perennial herb of the genus Fritillaria of the family Liliaceae, and the plant length can reach-50 cm. Leaf pair, leaf strip to strip, needles, flowers usually single, purple to yellow green, each flower with leaf-shaped bract, long and narrow bract, anther near base, long and narrow wing on capsule. Flowering in 5-7 months and bearing fruit in 8-10 months. The bulbus fritilariae is one of the main sources of the medicinal materials. Is a rare Chinese medicinal material for moistening lung and arresting cough.
The existing processing procedures of the bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae are as follows: digging, cleaning, draining, cutting, drying, wherein in the drying process, the active ingredients such as vegetable protein, microorganism, volatile oil and the like in the bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae medicinal material are damaged, and according to related statistics, the efficacy of the fresh bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae is several times to ten times of that of the dry traditional Chinese medicine; bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae is easily polluted in the conventional drying process, and the contents of ash, microorganisms and heavy metals are easily exceeded. The traditional Chinese medicine drying process includes the steps of manual sorting, bundling, kneading, airing, drying in a drying room and the like, and has the advantages of large workload, long period, low drying efficiency, high labor cost and great increase of the cost of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for vacuum freeze drying of fritillaria cirrhosa, aiming at the defects of the method, wherein the method can keep the freshness to the maximum degree, namely the effective components and curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be retained to the maximum degree.
The invention aims to provide a method for processing the preservation of fritillaria cirrhosa, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of cleaning picked fresh bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae by using a hypochlorite aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 3-10%, airing to remove surface moisture, pre-freezing at-50 to-30 ℃ for 3-6 hours, placing in a freeze dryer with the vacuum degree of 5-90 Pa, controlling the temperature to rise from-75 to-30 ℃ to 40-60 ℃, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying treatment in stages to obtain the dried bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae.
Preferably, the vacuum freeze drying treatment is carried out in twelve or thirteen stages, the temperature difference between two adjacent stages is 5-10 ℃, and the heat preservation time of each stage is 1.5-3 hours.
More preferably, the temperature is increased in a step mode, and the temperature increasing rate between two adjacent stages is 5-10 ℃/h.
Preferably, the vacuum degree is 40-70 Pa.
Preferably, the thickness of the stacked fresh bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae is less than or equal to 20mm during vacuum drying.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae prepared by the method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the method provided by the invention can maximally keep the freshness of the fritillaria cirrhosa and can maximally retain the active ingredients and curative effect of the fritillaria cirrhosa medicinal material.
According to the method provided by the invention, the bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae is cleaned by adopting calcium hypochlorite, and the obtained product has a better appearance. Through the staged vacuum freeze drying treatment, the heat preservation time length and the heating rate of each stage are controlled, the effective components, color, fragrance, taste and shape of the unibract fritillary bulb medicinal material can be effectively reserved, the picked fresh unibract fritillary bulb medicinal material can be dried immediately, and the complicated manufacturing process of the traditional drying method is not needed.
