It can be understood that the water supply container 30 is mounted to the recess, and a gap exists between the outer surface of the water supply container 30 and the surface of the cover body 10 in consideration of assembly and manufacturing reasons, so that the surface of the water supply container 30 and the surface of the cover body 10 form a substantially continuous surface regardless of the existence of the gap when the water supply container 30 is mounted to the recess. Here, the continuous surface means that the surface of the cap body 10 and the surface of the water supply container 30 continue in the same direction, and the two partial surfaces are approximately continuously formed as a whole in a visual effect, except for an inevitable gap where the surface of the water supply container 30 approximates a part of the surface continuing from the remaining partial surface of the cap body 10 when the water supply container 30 is fitted in the recess. So set up, steam pot cover 100's structure is more compact, and steam pot cover 100's outward appearance wholeness is good, is favorable to promoting customer's use and experiences.
In order to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the steam generator 20, the cover 10 includes an upper cover 11 and a base 12, the upper cover 11 and the base 12 are fixed by means of a snap, a locking screw, etc., the upper cover 11 is fixed on the base 12, and the upper cover 11 and the base 12 cooperate to form a cavity 16, and the steam generator 20 is disposed in the cavity 16.
As shown in fig. 5, the exhaust port 14 is communicated with the cooker formed by the steam pot cover 100 and the pot body 200 so as to exhaust the excessive air and steam inside the cooker. Specifically, lid 10 still includes exhaust passage 15, exhaust passage 15 extends towards upper cover 11 to base 12, exhaust passage 15 communicates in exhaust port 14, and the inner wall that forms exhaust port 14 deviates from base 12 arch extension from upper cover 11, and exhaust port 14 extends upwards from the top surface of upper cover 11 and forms promptly to make the open position of exhaust port 14 be higher than the plane at the top surface place of upper cover 11, be favorable to discharging steam in the air, avoid steam to gather at the top of upper cover 11, cause the temperature of upper cover 11 too high.
As shown in fig. 5, the steam cooker cover 100 further includes a control assembly 80 disposed on the cover body 10, and the control assembly 80 may be used to control the heating member 25 and the like. The control assembly 80 may be disposed on the top of the upper cover 11 or on the outer surface of the sidewall, and preferably, the control assembly 80 is disposed on the top of the upper cover 11 for easy operation by a user. Specifically, the top of the upper cover 11 is provided with a recessed groove, and the control assembly 80 is disposed in the recessed groove.
Further, the cover 10 further includes a steam sealing ring 17, and the steam sealing ring 17 is disposed at an end of the exhaust channel 15 close to the upper cover 11, so that the exhaust channel 15 is in sealing fit with an inner wall forming the exhaust port 14, and steam leakage between the exhaust channel 15 and the exhaust port 14 is avoided, which results in steam entering an inner cavity of the cover 10.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9, the steam generator 20 includes a steam chamber upper cover 21, a steam chamber base 22, and a heating member 25. Wherein, steam chamber upper cover 21 sets up in steam chamber base 22, and steam chamber upper cover 21 encloses into steam generation chamber 23 with steam chamber base 22, and heating member 25 sets up in steam generation chamber 23, and further, heating member 25 sets up on steam chamber base 22, and preferably, heating member 25 sets up in one side that steam chamber base 22 deviates from steam chamber upper cover 21. In the present invention, the heating element 25 is a disk-shaped heating tube, which is disposed on the side of the steam chamber base 22 away from the steam chamber upper cover 21, and does not occupy the volume of the steam generating chamber 23, so that more steam can be contained in the steam generating chamber 23. In addition, it sets up in the one side that steam chamber base 22 deviates from steam chamber upper cover 21, can also avoid heating member 25 direct and water or steam contact, is favorable to the wiring and the line of steam pot lid 100, can reduce the complexity of wiring.
Further, the steam chamber base 22 is a hardware, and the steam chamber upper cover 21 is a hardware or a plastic cover.
Further, the steam chamber upper cover 21 has at least one protrusion, the protrusion is formed to protrude upward from the steam chamber upper cover 21, and the steam distribution opening 24 is opened in the protrusion to prevent the water in the steam generation chamber 23 from flowing out of the steam distribution opening 24 into the pot body 200. It is worth mentioning that the steam distribution port 24 may be communicated with the cooking cavity through a pipeline, and the number of the steam distribution port 24 may be set to be at least 1.
Referring to fig. 10, the communication assembly 40 includes a water pump 43, the water pump 43 is disposed in the cavity 16, and the water pump 43 is respectively communicated with the water supply container 30 and the steam generating chamber 23. Set up water pump 43 between water supply container 30 and steam production room 23, can avoid steam pot cover 100 in the process of rocking, the stability that water supply container 30 supplied water may be influenced to the drainage face 32 of water supply container 30 or the water level variation of steam production room 23, water pump 43 can not receive the influence that water supply container 30's drainage face 32 or the water level variation of steam production room 23 brought, be favorable to for steam production room 23 accuracy supplies water, and then promote the efficiency that steam pot cover 100 heated food. It is worth mentioning that the water pump 43 herein can set the rate of water supply, or control the single water supply time and the amount of water supply, which can be controlled by the control assembly 80.
In the present invention, the steam cooker cover 100 further comprises circuitry capable of powering the heating element 25 and the water pump 43, etc. within the steam cooker cover 100.
In order to prevent water leakage during the assembly of the water supply container 30 to the cover 10, the communication assembly 40 includes a valve 41, and the valve 41 is disposed at the opening 31 of the water supply container 30, so that when the water supply container 30 is removed from the cover 10, the valve 41 and the water supply container 30 form a closed space.
It is worth mentioning that the opening 31 of the water supply container 30 is used for replenishing water through the opening 31 when the water supply container 30 is short of water. After the water supply container 30 is refilled, the water flows out from the opening 31 of the water supply container 30 in the process of placing the water supply container 30 on the cover body 10 and communicating with the steam generation chamber 23 through the communication member 40. In order to prevent water from flowing out of the opening 31, the valve 41 is sealed at the opening 31, so that the valve 41 and the water supply container 30 enclose a closed space, and water is prevented from flowing out of the opening 31 of the water supply container 30; on the other hand, when the valve 41 is provided on the water supply container 30 and the water supply container 30 is removed from the lid body 10, the valve 41 is also removed, which is also advantageous for maintenance and replacement of the valve 41.
Referring to fig. 2 to 10, the communicating assembly 40 further includes an adapting assembly 42, the adapting assembly 42 includes an adapting tube 421 and an adapter 422, one end of the adapting tube 421 communicates with the steam generating chamber 23, and the other end is provided with the adapter 422; when the valve 41 is connected to the adapter 422, the valve 41 is opened, the water supply container 30 is communicated with the steam generation chamber 23 through the adapter assembly 42, and when the water supply container 30 is placed on the cover body 10, the adapter 422 of the adapter assembly 42 can automatically open the valve 41, so that automatic water supply for the steam generation chamber 23 is realized.
Specifically, the adapter 422 has a groove 423, the adapter 422 includes a protrusion 424, the protrusion 424 is located in the groove 423, when the valve 41 is accommodated in the groove 423, the protrusion 424 pushes the valve 41 to the open position, so that the water in the water supply container 30 sequentially passes through the valve 41 and the adapting pipe 421 and then enters the steam generating chamber 23.
Referring to fig. 3, the valve 41 includes a valve body 411, a valve stem 412 disposed in the valve body 411, an elastic element 413, and a sealing ring 414, wherein one end of the valve stem 412 is a supporting end 4121, so that the valve stem 412 is substantially T-shaped, the sealing ring 414 is disposed at the other end of the valve stem 412, the elastic element 413 is disposed between the sealing ring 414 and the supporting end 4121, and when the valve 41 of the water supply container 30 is accommodated in the groove 423, the protrusion 424 pushes the valve stem 412 to drive the sealing ring 414 to move to open the valve 41.
It is worth mentioning that the opening of the valve 41 does not mean that the water in the water supply container 30 is continuously introduced into the steam generating chamber 23, and the water supply process is started only when the height of the water discharge surface 32 is greater than the height of the water level in the steam generating chamber 23. Once the height of the drain surface 32 is equal to the height of the water level in the steam generating chamber 23, the water in the water supply container 30 does not flow to the steam generating chamber 23 even if the valve 41 is in the open state. The water level in the steam generation chamber 23 is the level of water accumulated on the water accumulation surface 26 in the steam generation chamber 23.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the water pump 43 may be used in combination with the valve 41, and the water pump 43 is disposed between the steam generating chamber 23 and the adapter 422 through the adapter 421, so as to automatically and precisely supply water to the steam generating chamber 23 without being affected by the water level change of the water discharging surface 32 of the water supply container 30 or the steam generating chamber 23. Meanwhile, due to the structural characteristics of the valve 41, it is possible to prevent water from leaking from the opening 31 when the water supply container 30 is removed from the cap body 10 or assembled to the cap body 10.
In order to facilitate the assembly and positioning between the cover body 10 and the water supply container 30 after the water is added into the water supply container 30, the steam pot cover 100 further comprises a positioning assembly 50, and the positioning assembly 50 detachably connects the cover body 10 and the water supply container 30. The positioning assembly 50 can be realized by elastic buckles, slider buckles, or convex rib groove clamping and the like.
Specifically, the positioning assembly 50 includes at least two positioning ribs 51 disposed at intervals and a positioning groove 52 adapted to the positioning ribs 51, the positioning ribs 51 are disposed on one of the cover 10 and the water supply container 30, and the positioning groove 52 is opened on the other of the cover 10 and the water supply container 30.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the positioning assembly 50 includes at least two positioning ribs 51 disposed on the cover 10, and corresponding to the water supply container 30, the water supply container 30 is provided with a positioning groove 52 adapted to the positioning ribs 51, and the water supply container 30 is disposed on the cover 10 by matching the positioning ribs 51 and the positioning groove 52.
Specifically, two positioning ribs 51 are disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting portion 13, and the positioning groove 52 of the water supply container 30 is opened on one side of the water supply container 30 facing the bottom surface of the mounting portion 13, so that when the water supply container 30 is mounted on the cover 10, the positioning groove 52 is engaged with the positioning ribs 51 to fix the water supply container 30 on the cover 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to prevent air leakage between the steam pot cover 100 and the pot body 200, the sealing assembly 60 is disposed at the steam pot cover 100, such that when the steam pot cover 100 is covered on the pot body 200, the sealing assembly 60 seals between the steam pot cover 100 and the pot body 200. Preferably, the sealing assembly 60 is disposed on one side of the base 12 away from the upper cover 11, and when the cover 10 covers the opening of the pot body 200, the sealing assembly 60 is in sealing fit between the cover 10 and the pot body 200, so that the cover 10 and the pot body 200 are sealed, thereby preventing steam in the pot body 200 from leaking out from between the cover 10 and the pot body 200, and improving the efficiency of the cooking appliance for heating food.
Specifically, the sealing assembly 60 includes a first sealing element 61, the first sealing element 61 is disposed on one side of the base 12 departing from the upper cover 11, and a portion of the first sealing element 61 abuts against an inner wall forming the pot body 200, so as to prevent steam in the pot body 200 from leaking out from between the pot opening of the pot body 200 and the cover body 10, so as to improve food heating efficiency of the cooking appliance.
Further, in order to better realize the sealing effect between the cover 10 and the pot body 200, the first sealing member 61 includes the joint portion 611 and the sealing portion 612 extending from the joint portion 611 towards the periphery of the base 12, the first joint groove 121 has been seted up to the side of the base 12 departing from the upper cover 11, the joint portion 611 is in joint in the first joint groove 121, the sealing portion 612 abuts on the inner wall forming the pot body 200, through the sealing fit between the sealing portion 612 and the inner wall of the pot body 200, and the fixed connection between the joint portion 611 and the base 12, so that the first sealing member 61 can be fixed on the base 12. And when the steam pot cover 100 is covered on the pot body 200, the sealing part 612 of the first sealing member 61 enables the pot body 200 and the steam pot cover 100 to be in sealing engagement. Preferably, in order to ensure the matching effect between the catching part 611 and the first catching groove 121, the first catching groove 121 is an annular groove formed at the base 12, and accordingly, the catching part 611 is an annular protrusion.
Further, the sealing portion 612 and the clamping portion 611 can be integrally formed, so that the production, processing and manufacturing are facilitated. Sealing portion 612 extends from clamping portion 611 towards one end of pot body 200, and sealing portion 612 connects gradually into to be roughly Z type structure by the multistage splice bar to make sealing portion 612 have better compression sealing function, can set up the transition of R angle between every two sections adjacent splice bars. Preferably, the compression amount of the sealing portion 612 may be set between 0.5mm and 10mm in order to secure the sealing effect between the sealing portion 612 and the inner wall of the pot body 200.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the sealing assembly 60 further includes a pressing plate 62, the pressing plate 62 is fixed to the base 12, and an edge of the pressing plate 62 abuts against at least a portion of the clamping portion 611, so that the clamping portion 611 is located between the pressing plate 62 and the base 12, thereby fixing the clamping portion 611 to the first clamping groove 121, so as to better fix the first sealing member 61 to the base 12 and prevent the first sealing member 61 from falling off from the base 12. In other words, since both end surfaces of the first seal 61 are in contact with the pressure plate 62 and the base 12, respectively, the pressure plate 62 is fixed to the base 12, so that the first seal 61 can be fixed to the base 12, and in order to allow the pressure plate 62 to partially cover the clamping portion 611 so that the sealing portion 612 extends from another portion of the clamping portion 611, the edge of the pressure plate 62 only needs to abut on part of the clamping portion 611. Preferably, since the pot opening of the pot body 200 is generally circular, the base 12 is circular, the pressing plate 62 can be set to be a circular plate, in order to ensure that the edge of the pressing plate 62 can abut against the partial clamping portion 611 and can be fixed on the base 12, it is required to satisfy that the radius of the pressing plate 62 is smaller than the maximum radius of the first clamping groove 121 and larger than the minimum radius of the first clamping groove 121. Here, since the first clamping groove 121 is an annular groove formed on the base 12 and the annular groove has a certain width, the two side walls forming the annular groove have different radiuses, and the radius of the side wall close to the center of the base 12 is smaller than the radius of the side wall far from the center of the base 12. Therefore, the maximum radius of the first catching groove 121 may be regarded as the radius of the side wall forming the annular groove far from the center of the base 12, and the minimum radius of the first catching groove 121 may be regarded as the radius of the side wall forming the annular groove near the center of the base 12. In the present invention, the pressing plate 62 and the base 12 can be fixed by means of a snap, a locking screw, or the like.
In order to prevent the steam from entering the cavity 16 through the space between the sidewall of the upper cover 11 and the sidewall of the base 12, the sealing assembly 60 further includes a second sealing member 63, one of the sidewall of the base 12 and the sidewall of the upper cover 11 is provided with a second clamping groove 122, and one side of the second sealing member 63 is attached to the second clamping groove 122 to hermetically fit the sidewall of the base 12 and the sidewall of the upper cover 11.
Further, the sealing assembly 60 further includes a rib 631, the rib 631 protrudes from another side surface of the second sealing member 63 and is integrally formed with the second sealing member 63, and the other one of the side wall of the base 12 and the side wall of the upper cover 11 is in interference fit with the rib 631, so as to better achieve a sealing fit between the side wall of the upper cover 11 and the side wall of the base 12, and prevent steam from entering the cavity 16. Preferably, the interference of the interference fit is less than 5 mm.
Further, the cover 10 further includes a latch 111, the latch 111 is disposed on the other of the side wall of the base 12 and the side wall of the upper cover 11, and the latch 111 is latched in the second latching groove 122 to fixedly connect the base 12 and the upper cover 11.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in order to better describe the sealing between the side wall of the upper cover 11 and the side wall of the base 12, the side wall of the base 12 is provided with a second clamping groove 122, the second sealing member 63 is disposed in the second clamping groove 122, and the reinforcing rib 631 extends integrally from the second sealing member 63 toward the inner wall of the upper cover 11, so that the sealing between the side wall of the upper cover 11 and the side wall of the base 12 is realized through the sealing fit between the reinforcing rib 631 and the inner wall of the upper cover 11.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the latch 111 is disposed on the side wall of the upper cover 11, and the position where the latch 111 is disposed is adapted to the position of the second latching groove 122, so that when the base 12 is mounted on the upper cover 11, the latch 111 can be latched in the second latching groove 122, and the upper cover 11 and the base 12 are matched with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, the steam pot cover 100 further includes a handle 70, and the handle 70 is disposed on the outer surface of the cover body 10 to facilitate the steam pot cover 100 to be removed from the pot body 200.
As shown in fig. 1, the steam pot cover 100 may include at least two handles 70, the at least two handles 70 are disposed at the side of the cover 10 at intervals, the handles 70 are formed protruding outward from the side surface of the cover 10 to facilitate applying a larger force to the handles 70, so as to prevent the steam pot cover 100 from tilting during the process of removing the steam pot cover 100 from the pot body 200.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the steam pot cover 100 may include at least two handles 70, at least two handles 70 are spaced apart from each other at the side of the cover 10, and the handles 70 are formed protruding from the side surface of the cover 10 or the handles 70 are formed recessed from the side surface of the cover 10.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the handle 70 may also be disposed on the top of the lid 10, two ends of the handle 70 are respectively connected to the top of the lid 10, and a holding space is formed between the handle 70 and the top of the lid 10, so as to conveniently apply a greater acting force to the handle 70, and prevent the steam pot cover 100 from tilting during the process of removing the steam pot cover 100 from the pot 200.

Claims (24)

1. A steam pot cover is used for covering a pot body (200), and is characterized by comprising:
the cover body (10), the cover body (10) is provided with an installation position (13); the cover body (10) is provided with a cavity (16) and at least one exhaust port (14), and the exhaust port (14) is communicated with the inner cavity of the pot body (200);
the steam generator (20) is arranged in the cavity (16), the steam generator (20) comprises a steam generating chamber (23) and at least one steam distributing opening (24) arranged in the steam generating chamber (23), and the steam generating chamber (23) is provided with a water collecting surface (26);
a water supply container (30) arranged at the installation position (13), wherein the water supply container (30) is provided with a drainage surface (32) and an opening (31);
a control assembly (80), wherein the control assembly (80) is arranged on the cover body (10) and is used for controlling the steam generator (20); and
a communication assembly (40), the communication assembly (40) communicating the water supply container (30) with the steam generation chamber (23);
wherein, along the central axis of the cover body (10), the drainage surface (32) is higher than the ponding surface (26).
2. Steam pot cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the communication assembly (40) comprises a water pump (43), the water pump (43) is arranged in the cavity (16), and the water pump (43) is respectively communicated with the water supply container (30) and the steam generating chamber (23).
3. The steam pot cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the communicating component (40) further comprises a valve (41) and an adapting component (42), the adapting component (42) comprises an adapting pipe (421) and an adapter (422), one end of the adapting pipe (421) is communicated with the steam generating chamber (23), the other end is connected with the adapter (422), and the valve (41) is arranged at the opening (31) of the water supply container (30); when the valve (41) is connected to the adapter (422), the valve (41) is opened, and the water supply container (30) and the steam generation chamber (23) are communicated through the adapter assembly (42).

The steam pot cover of claim 2, characterized in that the communicating component (40) further comprises a valve (41) and a switching component (42), the switching component (42) comprises a switching tube (421) and a switching head (422), one end of the switching tube (421) is communicated with the steam generating chamber, the other end is connected with the switching head (422), the valve (41) is arranged at the opening (31) of the water supply container (30), and the water pump (43) is arranged between the steam generating chamber (23) and the switching head (422) through the switching tube (421);
when the valve (41) is connected to the adapter (422), the valve (41) is opened, and the water supply container (30) and the steam generation chamber (23) are communicated through the adapter assembly (42).

Steam pot cover according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the adapter (422) has a slot (423), the adapter (422) comprising a projection (424), the projection (424) being located in the slot (423), the projection (424) pushing the valve (41) towards the open position when the valve (41) is received in the slot (423).

The steam pot cover of claim 5, characterized in that the valve (41) comprises a valve body (411), a valve rod (412) arranged in the valve body (411), an elastic element (413) and a sealing ring (414), wherein one end of the valve rod (412) is provided with a supporting end (4121), the sealing ring (414) is arranged at the other end of the valve rod (412), the elastic element (413) is arranged between the sealing ring (414) and the supporting end (4121), and when the valve (41) of the water supply container (30) is accommodated in the groove body (423), the convex column (424) pushes the valve rod (412) to drive the sealing ring (414) to move to open the valve (41).
7. Steam pot cover according to claim 1, characterised in that the difference in height between the level of the drainage surface (32) and the level of the ponding surface (26) is less than 20 mm.
8. Steam pot lid according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a positioning assembly (50), said positioning assembly (50) detachably connecting said cover (10) and said water supply container (30).
9. The steam pot cover of claim 8, characterized in that the positioning assembly (50) comprises at least two positioning ribs (51) arranged at intervals and positioning grooves (52) adapted to the positioning ribs (51), the positioning ribs (51) are arranged on one of the cover body (10) and the water supply container (30), and the positioning grooves (52) are arranged on the other one of the cover body (10) and the water supply container (30).
10. Steam pot cover according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting location (13) is a recess recessed from the cover (10) towards the pot (200), in which recess the water supply container (30) is arranged such that the outer surface of the water supply container (30) and the surface of the cover (10) together form a substantially continuous surface.
11. The steam pot cover of claim 1, further comprising a sealing assembly (60), wherein the sealing assembly (60) is disposed on a side of the cover (10) facing the pot (200), and when the cover (10) is covered on the pot (200), the sealing assembly (60) enables the cover (10) and the pot (200) to be in sealing engagement.
12. Steam pot cover according to claim 11, characterised in that the cover (10) comprises an upper cover (11) and a base (12), the upper cover (11) being fixed to the base (12) and the upper cover (11) cooperating with the base (12) to form a cavity (16);
the sealing assembly (60) comprises a first sealing element (61), the first sealing element (61) is arranged on one side, away from the upper cover (11), of the base (12), and part of the first sealing element (61) abuts against the inner wall forming the pot body (200).
13. The steamer cover as claimed in claim 12, wherein the first sealing member (61) comprises a clamping portion (611) and a sealing portion (612) extending from the clamping portion (611) towards the periphery far away from the base (12), a first clamping groove (121) is formed on the surface of the base (12) far away from the upper cover (11), the clamping portion (611) is clamped in the first clamping groove (121), and the sealing portion (612) abuts against the inner wall forming the steamer body (200).

Steam pot cover according to claim 13, characterised in that the sealing assembly (60) further comprises a pressure plate (62), the pressure plate (62) being fixed to the base (12) and an edge of the pressure plate (62) abutting at least part of the snap-in portion (611) so that the snap-in portion (611) is located between the pressure plate (62) and the base (12).

The steam pot cover of claim 12, characterized in that the sealing component (60) further comprises a second sealing member (63), one of the side wall of the base (12) and the side wall of the upper cover (11) is provided with a second clamping groove (122), and one side surface of the second sealing member (63) is attached to the second clamping groove (122) to make the side wall of the base (12) and the side wall of the upper cover (11) in sealing fit.
16. The steam pot cover of claim 15, characterized in that the sealing assembly (60) further comprises a rib (631), the rib (631) protruding from the other side of the second sealing member (63) and being integrally formed with the second sealing member (63), the other of the side wall of the base (12) and the side wall of the upper cover (11) being in interference fit with the rib (631).
17. The steam pot cover of claim 15, wherein the cover body (10) further comprises a latch (111), the latch (111) is disposed on the other of the sidewall of the base (12) or the sidewall of the upper cover (11), and the latch (111) is latched to the second latching groove (122) and abutted to the second sealing member (63).
18. Steam pot cover according to claim 12, characterised in that the cover (10) further comprises a venting channel (15), the venting channel (15) extending towards the upper cover (11) to the base (12), the venting channel (15) communicating with the venting opening (14), the inner wall forming the venting opening (14) extending convexly away from the base (12) from the upper cover (11).
