a third support rod (603), wherein the third support rod (603) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the support plate (1);
the first transmission assembly (602) is connected between the inner side of the upper part of the third supporting rod (603) and the second rotating shaft (601);
the water tank comprises a first supporting block (604), wherein the first supporting block (604) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the water tank (401);
the bearing (605) is arranged on one side of the first supporting block (604);
the bearing (605) is rotatably provided with a shaft sleeve (606);
the sliding shaft (607) is arranged on two sides of the shaft sleeve (606) in a sliding manner, and the sliding shaft (607) is respectively matched with the first transmission assembly (602);
the first spring (608), connect with the first spring (608) between axle sleeve (606) and the inboard of the sliding shaft (607);

and a second spring (703) is connected between the first pressure lever (702) and the fourth support rod (701), and the second spring (703) is respectively sleeved on the first pressure lever (702).
