Because the first guide sleeve further comprises a first nut 111 and a first screw rod 112, the first nut 111 is connected to the left side of the lower side of the first guide sleeve 2, the first screw rod 112 is screwed in the first nut 111, the first screw rod 112 is matched with the first nut 111, when a user moves the first guide rail 3 up and down to enable the stress plate 6 to be located at a required position, the user can rotate the first screw rod 112, the first screw rod 112 is screwed in to the right through matching with the first nut 111, and therefore the first screw rod 112 fixes the first guide rail 3 and enables the first guide rail 3 not to move any more.
