A handle (8) that can be gripped by a user to open or close the door (4) is provided at the outside of the door (4).
As shown in fig. 2, the door (4) of the oven (1) comprises an outer door pane (5) facing outwards and an inner door pane (6) spaced therefrom. The inner pane (6) and the outer pane (5) are arranged parallel to one another. More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the inner door window glass (6) and the outer door window glass (5) are arranged to form a gap (41) therebetween. The inner door pane (6) is the door pane closest to the cooking chamber when the door (4) is in the closed position. At least one central pane (7) can be placed between the outer pane (5) and the inner pane (6). The central pane (7) is also arranged parallel to the outer pane (5) and the inner pane (6). In a possible embodiment, the outer door pane (5), the inner door pane (6) and the central door pane (7) are made of a glass-ceramic material. On the other hand, at least one door profile (10) is placed between the outer pane (5) and the inner pane (6). In a possible embodiment, two door profiles (10) are placed parallel to each other on opposite sides of the door (4). The outer door pane (5), the central door pane (7) and the inner door pane (6) are held by a door profile (10). The longitudinally extending door profiles (10) are spaced apart from one another parallel between the outer pane (5) and the inner pane (6). The door profile (10) extends in the height direction (h) of the door (4). In a possible embodiment, the door profile (10) is made of a metallic material. Preferably, the metal material is aluminum. A top cover (9) comprising a plurality of ventilation openings (92) through which an air flow can pass is arranged to cover an aperture of a gap (41) formed between an outer door pane (5) and an inner door pane (6). The roof (9) extends in the width direction (w) of the door (4).
As can be seen in fig. 2-4, there is at least one enclosing part (11) designed as a separate part of the door (4). The enclosing part (11) is attached to the top cover (9) from one side and to the door profile (10) from the other side. In a possible embodiment, two enclosing parts (11) corresponding to the associated door profiles (10) are provided at opposite sides of the top cover (9). The enclosing member (11) comprises a housing portion (112) which corresponds in shape and size to the first passage (91) of the cap (9). The first channel (91) is configured such that it extends in the width direction (w) of the door (4). The housing portion (112) can be inserted into the first passage (91) in a tight manner. As can be seen in fig. 9, the hollow housing portion (112) has a bottom wall (126), the first spike portion (113) being provided on the bottom wall (126). The first spike portion (113) engages a corresponding first locking opening (93) of the cap (9) when the housing portion (112) is inserted into the first channel (91). Thus, the enclosing member (11) is attached to the top cover (9) from one side. The enclosing part (11) further comprises at least one latching portion (111) extending towards the door profile (10). The latching section (111) has a second spike section (115), which second spike section (115) engages into a corresponding second locking opening (103) of the door profile (10) when the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10). The door profile (10) has a second channel (101) which extends in the height direction (h) of the door (4). A second locking opening (103) is formed on a first side wall (102) of the door profile (10) facing the exterior of the door (4). The latch portion (111) extends towards the interior of the second channel (101) such that the second spike portion (115) engages the second locking opening (103). Thus, the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10) from the other side.
Referring to fig. 5, there are two door profiles (10) connected to the outer door pane (5). Preferably, the door profile (10) is glued to the outer pane (5). The door profile (10) has guide channels (104) spaced apart from one another. The guide channel (104) is configured to extend in the height direction (h). In a possible embodiment, the guide channel (104) is configured to guide an inner door pane (6) and a central door pane (7). Thus, the inner door window pane (6) and the central door window pane (7) are retained by the guide channel (104).
As can be seen in fig. 6, the cap (9) has a substantially U-shaped cross-section. The cap (9) comprises a longitudinally extending first channel (91). A plurality of ventilation openings (92) are provided on opposite side walls of the top cover (9).
Furthermore, a first locking opening (93) is provided on the side wall of the top cover (9). There are two curved sections (95) provided longitudinally on the roof (9). More specifically, the curved section (95) is formed by bending opposite free ends of the top cover (9) towards each other. Thus, the housing portion (112) can be guided by the first channel (91). At least one hole (94) is provided on the surface of the curved section (95). A cushioning element (not shown) is fitted to said hole (94) so as to prevent friction between the surfaces of the glazing.
With reference to fig. 9 and 10, in a possible embodiment of the invention, the enclosing member (11) is arranged to guide the central glazing (7). More specifically, the housing portion (112) has at least one pair of support extensions (117) spaced apart from each other, extending towards the central glazing (7). In other words, the support extensions (117) extend towards the central glazing (7) such that each support extension (117) supports opposite side surfaces of the central glazing (7). The central pane (7) is thus guided by means of a guide spacing (123) provided between the support extensions (117). The enclosing part (11) has a housing part (112) attached to the top cover (9) from one side and a latching part (111) attached to the door profile (10) from the other side. Preferably, the housing portion (112) is formed as a hollow prism corresponding to the first channel (91). More preferably, the housing portion (112) is formed as a hollow rectangular prism corresponding to the first passage (91). The housing portion (112) has a bottom wall (126) on which a first spike portion (113) is provided which engages to a corresponding first locking opening (93) of the top cover (9). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the bottom wall (126) is configured as a flexible extension on which the first contact surface (114) is arranged in an accessible manner from the first locking opening (93). The first contact surface (114) is formed as an angled surface such that it tapers towards the free end of the flexible extension. Thus, an external force can be applied to the first contact surface (114) in order to detach the enclosing member (11) from the top cover (9). At least one external protrusion (129) configured on an outer surface of the sidewall (132) extends along the outer surface. Thus, incorrect insertion of the housing portion (112) into the interior of the first channel (91) is prevented. At least one inner protrusion (128) is configured on at least one inner side surface (127) of the housing portion (112). Thus, the sidewalls (132) are reinforced against possible damage.
The latching section (111) of the enclosing part (11) extends towards the door profile (10). The latching portion (111) has a second spike portion (115), which second spike portion (115) engages into a corresponding second locking opening (103) of the door profile (10) when the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10). In a possible embodiment, at least one contact region (119) is configured on the latching section (111). The contact region (119) can be formed as a protrusion protruding outward from the latch portion (111). Preferably, the surface of the contact area (119) on which the external force (F) can be applied is formed as a serrated surface on which the teeth are provided. More preferably, the serrated surface is formed as a concave surface on which the user's fingers are placed. With reference to fig. 3 and 7, when the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10), said contact area (119) engages to a corresponding profile cut-out (105) of the door profile (10) formed on the upper side closer to the top cover (9). The second nail portion (115) is arranged on a side closer to the free end (118) of the latch portion (111). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the second contact surface (116) is configured on the second spike portion (115). The second contact surface (116) is formed as an angled surface such that it tapers towards a free end (118). Furthermore, at least one first reinforcing extension (121) is provided on a side surface of the latch portion (111) facing the housing portion (112). The first reinforcing extension (121) is configured to extend parallel to the latch portion (111). In a possible embodiment, the first reinforcing extension (121) extending parallel to the latching portion (111) is configured in such a way as not to extend closer to the free end (118). Thus, the latch portion (111) is strengthened against possible damage.
At least one extension (130) is provided between the housing portion (112) and the latch portion (111). The extension (130) extends to the door profile (10) so as to be parallel to the latch portion (111). When the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10), the extension (130) extends towards the inside of the second channel (101) and abuts against the opposite second side wall (106) of the first side wall (102) (see fig. 4). The extension (130) has a tapered section (131) that tapers towards a free end of the extension (130). The tapered section (131) is at a small distance from the second side wall (106) when the enclosing member (11) is attached to the door profile (10). The enclosing part (11) is thus attached to the door profile (10) in a more secure manner. There is a second reinforcing extension (133) provided between the latch portion (111) and the extension (130). The second reinforcing extension (133) extends perpendicular to the latch portion (111) and the extension (130). When an external force (F) is applied to the contact area (119) in order to detach the enclosing member (11) from the door profile (10), the latching portion (111) is deflected towards the housing portion (112). Then, since the latch portion (111) and the extension portion (130) are connected to each other by means of the second reinforcing extension portion (133), the extension portion (130) is also flexed toward the housing portion (112). Thereafter, the tapered section (131) points towards the housing part (112), and thus the enclosing part (11) can be easily separated from the door profile (10). In order to detach the enclosing part (11) from the door profile (10), an external force (F) can be applied to a second contact surface (116) instead of the contact region (119), the second contact surface (116) being provided in an accessible manner from the second locking opening (103). As can be seen in fig. 7, in order to disengage the enclosing member (11) from the door profile (10), an external force (F) can be applied to the contact area (119) or the second contact surface (116), and then the user can pull the enclosing member (11) attached to the top cover (9) in the pulling direction (P).
As can be seen in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the latch portion (111) further includes a support wall (124) extending in the width direction (w). The support wall (124) supports a surface (61) of the inner door pane (6) remote from the outer door pane (5). In a possible embodiment of the invention, a contact region (120) is formed on the support wall (124), which contact region (120) discontinuously contacts the inner door pane (6) in a direction parallel to the top cover (9). The contact region (120) has a contact surface (125) facing the inner door pane (6). Preferably, the contact region (120) is configured as a wave-shaped region. Thus, the enclosing member (11) is prevented from damaging the inner door window pane (6).
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the enclosing part (11) is made of plastic and the top cover (9) is made of metal. The plastic can be any kind of plastic material suitable for use in an injection molding process.
