Description

Double-sided shirt
Technical Field
The present invention relates to shirts used as underwear and the like, and more particularly, to double-sided shirts that can be worn on both sides.
Background
In daily life, the shirt is often turned inside out when taken off. In particular, shirts used in direct contact with the skin, such as underwear and sportswear, are often wetted with sweat and can be smoothly removed by being taken off while being turned inside out. However, when the shirt is worn again or washed, the shirt must be turned inside out again, which not only increases the work load of the user, but also may affect the fashion of the user when the user forgets to wear the shirt again by turning inside out again. On the other hand, double-sided shirts having the same design on the front and back sides have been introduced and widely popular. In the double-sided shirt, the shirt does not need to be turned over again even if the shirt is turned inside or outside during undressing, and the shirt can be worn again without affecting the fashion. In addition, it is possible to enjoy wearing both with one garment by changing the color matching or the like on the front side and the back side. In addition, in order to improve the aesthetic appearance of the back side, a method of sewing a tape-shaped cloth over the stitches of the back side has also been developed (for example, see patent document 1 below).

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, embodiment 1 of the present invention is a half-sleeved double-sided shirt 1 of the top-sleeve type. The double-sided shirt 1 is formed by joining a front body 2 made of double-sided fabric, a back body 3 having the same shape and size as the front body 2, and left and right sleeves 4 and 5. The double-sided shirt of the present invention is a single-layer-sewn double-sided shirt using 1 piece of cloth, the front and back sides of which can be used as outer-surface-wearable cloth (for example, knitted cloth knitted by double knitting). The fabric of the double-sided shirt is not limited to the knitted fabric, and a fabric having low stretchability such as a knitted fabric can be used. In the present invention, the term "the same shape and size" also includes some dimensional errors.
More specifically, the front piece 2 and the back piece 3 are joined by a shoulder seam 17, the front piece 2 and the back piece 3 are joined by a side seam 9, a pair of left and right armholes 10 are formed between the shoulder seam 17 and the side seam 9, and the cylindrical left sleeve 4 and right sleeve 5 are joined to the pair of left and right armholes 10. After the front body 2 and the back body 3 are joined, a reinforcing collar portion (wrapper) 7 is joined to the front body 2 and the back body 3 so as to overlap the neckline 6 over the entire circumference of the neckline 6, and a label 8 capable of recording a size, a washing indication, and the like is attached to the hem-side end portion of the right side seam 9. In the present invention, the term "joining" refers to a process of integrally connecting a plurality of panels to each other, and specifically refers to a sewing process (for example, flat sewing) by sewing with a thread, an adhesion process by adhesion with an adhesive, and the like. In this embodiment, an example of stitching is mainly shown.
As shown in fig. 3, each size of the double-sided shirt 1 is as follows. The arm side end of the left shoulder seam 17, i.e., the upper end of the left armhole 10, is referred to as a left armhole upper end a, and the arm side end of the right shoulder seam 17, i.e., the upper end of the right armhole 10, is referred to as a right armhole upper end a'. The length of a straight line (A-A 'line) connecting the upper end A of the left armhole and the upper end A' of the right armhole is set as the shoulder width 12. The left end of the neckline 6 of the front body 2 (the rear body 3) is a neckline left end B, the right end is a neckline right end B ', and the linear distance between the neckline left end B and the neckline right end B' is a neck width 13. A midpoint of a straight line (B-B 'line) connecting the left neckline end portion B and the right neckline end portion B' is defined as a midpoint 18, a straight line distance between the midpoint 18 and a midpoint of the neckline 6 of the front body 2 is defined as a front neckline depth 14, and a straight line distance between the midpoint 18 and a midpoint of the neckline 6 of the back body 3 is defined as a back neckline depth 15. Since the front body 2 and the back body 3 have the same shape and size, the front neck depth 14 and the back neck depth 15 have the same length. The shape of the neckline 6 is not particularly limited, and is preferably a substantially U-shape or a substantially V-shape which is bilaterally symmetrical, such as a round collar and a V-collar. In this embodiment, a neck-fitting circular collar, which is one type of circular collar, is exemplified.
The neck width 13 is 30 to 68%, preferably 50 to 67%, of the shoulder width 12. The front neck depth 14 and the rear neck depth 15 are 50 to 100%, preferably 52 to 95%, of the neck width 13.
Left and right shoulder lines formed by joining the left and right shoulder seams 17 of the front body 2 and the rear body 3 are formed to be inclined upward from the left arm hole upper end a to the neckline left end B and from the right arm hole upper end a 'to the neckline right end B', and shoulder line triangular regions 20 are formed.
In the case of a conventional shirt which is fixed in the front-rear direction of wearing, the shoulder line is appropriately set according to the use, shape, and size of the shirt, and the back piece is generally made larger than the front piece, and specifically, the length from the hem to the shoulder seam is longer than the back piece and shorter than the front piece, and the shoulder line formed by joining the shoulder seams is positioned on the front side of the centerline of the joined front piece and back piece as viewed from the side. According to this configuration, in the shoulder portions of the wearer having a thick rear side and a thin front side, the thick rear side is covered with the rear body panel made long up to the shoulder line, and the thin front side is covered with the front body panel made short, so that the shoulder line fits the shoulder of the wearer when the wearer wears the garment.
Since the front piece 2 and the back piece 3 have the same shape and size, the double-sided shirt 1 has the shoulder seam 17, i.e., the shoulder line, positioned at the center line of the joined front piece 2 and back piece 3 when viewed from the side. The shoulder line of the double-sided shirt 1 is formed with a shoulder line triangular region 20 having a substantially triangular shape by forming a slope steeper than the shoulder line of the conventional shirt from the upper end a of the left arm hole to the left end B of the neckline and from the upper end a 'of the right arm hole to the right end B' of the neckline. The shoulder-line triangle 20 will be described in detail below by taking the left-side shoulder-line triangle 20 as an example. The right-side shoulder-line triangle 20 has a symmetrical configuration with the left-side shoulder-line triangle 20.
When the slope of the left shoulder line is represented by an angle alpha of a straight line (line A-B) connecting the upper end A of the left armhole and the left end B of the neckline with respect to a line A-A', the angle alpha is set to 10-42 deg. Preferably 19 to 39 degrees for male, 19 to 41 degrees for female, 11 to 34 degrees for children, more preferably 26 to 33 degrees for male, 27 to 35 degrees for female, and 17 to 29 degrees for children.
Since the left and right triangular regions 20 are formed to have a suitable amount of space from the left and right armholes 10 to the neckline 6, and since the triangular regions 20 absorb the difference in the front-rear thickness of the shoulder of the wearer, the double-sided shirt 1, which is worn by the wearer in either the front-rear direction and has a size corresponding to the size of the body of the wearer, does not cause the cloth to wrinkle, and the collar and the periphery of the shoulder both have a natural beauty in front and rear view, and can smoothly perform the up-down and rotation movements of the arm.
The left and right side lines formed by joining the left and right side seams 9 of the front body 2 and the rear body 3 are inclined outward from the predetermined positions of the side lines to the lower ends of the armholes to form side line triangular spaces 30.
In the case of a conventional shirt which is fixed in the front-rear direction of wearing, the shoulder line is located on the front side of the center line of the joined front and back panels as viewed from the side, and with respect to the shoulder portions of the wearer which are thick on the rear side and thin on the front side, the thick rear side is covered with the back panel which is made long up to the shoulder line, and the thin front side is covered with the front panel which is made short, and the shoulder line is attached to the shoulder of the wearer when wearing, and therefore, in general, the side line is simply formed to be substantially vertical in many cases.
The side lines of the double-sided shirt 1 are inclined outward from the skirt side end to the lower ends of the armholes as compared with the conventional shirt, and a substantially triangular side line triangular space 30 is formed. The side triangular space 30 will be described in detail below with reference to the left side shoulder triangular space 30 as an example. The right-side shoulder-line triangle 30 has a symmetrical structure with the left-side shoulder-line triangle 30.
The lower end of the left armhole 10 is set as a left armhole lower end C, and the lower end of the right armhole 10 is set as a right armhole lower end C'. When the degree of outward inclination of the side lines is represented by an angle beta of a straight line (line A-C) connecting the upper end A of the left armhole and the lower end C of the left armhole relative to a line A-A', the angle beta is set to be 91-115 degrees. Preferably 91 ° to 107 ° for male use, 98 ° to 115 ° for female use, 97 ° to 115 ° for children use, more preferably 97 ° to 102 ° for male use, 104 ° to 109 ° for female use, and 104 ° to 111 ° for children use.
When the wearer wears the double-sided shirt 1 in which the front piece 2 and the rear piece 3 having the same shape and size as each other and the same size as each other are fitted to the body, the cloth in the vicinity of the lower ends of the left and right armholes 10 has a suitable amount of allowance due to the left and right side triangular regions 30, and the side triangular regions 30 absorb the difference in the front-rear thickness of the shoulders of the wearer, so that the cloth does not wrinkle when worn in either of the front-rear directions, and the periphery of the trunk shows a natural aesthetic appearance when viewed from the front and rear, and the vertical and rotational movements of the arms can be performed more smoothly.
The positions at which the left and right lateral lines start to incline outward are not particularly limited, but preferably avoid positions near both ends of the lateral lines, and more preferably near the center of the lateral lines.
In the double-sided shirt 1, both the shoulder line triangle 20 and the side line triangle 30 may be formed, or only one of them may be formed. The natural front-back appearance of the double-sided shirt 1 and the smoothness of the vertical and rotational movement of the arms are most natural and smooth when both the shoulder line triangle 20 and the side line triangle 30 are formed, and the shoulder line triangle 20 alone and the side line triangle 30 alone are formed.
According to the double-sided shirt 1 of embodiment 1, even if the neckline 6 and armholes 10 of the front body 2 and the back body 3 have the same shape, the front neckline 6 is formed into a gentle curved shape by slightly loosening the cloth according to the shape of the neck of the wearer, the back neckline 6 is formed into a straight shape by slightly tightening the cloth, and the difference in the front-back thickness of the shoulder of the wearer is absorbed by the left and right shoulder line triangular regions 20 and the side line triangular regions 30, so that the double-sided shirt 1 can maintain good appearance when worn on the collar, around the shoulder, and around the trunk, as seen from the front and back, and can smoothly perform the up-down and rotation operation of the arms, and can ensure good comfort.
Fig. 4 to 6 show a double-sided shirt 100 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. The double-sided shirt 100 of this embodiment is a half-sleeved double-sided shirt 100 using a raglan-type. The double-sided shirt 100 is formed by joining a front body 102 made of double-sided fabric, a back body 103 having the same shape and size as the front body 102, and left and right sleeves 104, 105. The raglan sleeve method in the present invention is a method in which the front body and the rear body have no shoulder and the shoulder is formed by the left sleeve and the right sleeve.
Specifically, the front body 102 and the rear body 103 are joined by side seams 109, and the left and right sleeves 104 and 105, which are cylindrical, are joined to the left and right armholes 110 of the front body 102 and the rear body 103, respectively. After the front body 102, the back body 103, the left sleeves 104, and the right sleeves 105 are joined, a reinforcing collar (hem) 107 is joined so as to overlap the collar 106 over the entire circumference of the collar 106 of the front body 102, the back body 103, the left sleeves 104, and the right sleeves 105, and a label 8 capable of recording a size, a washing indication, and the like is attached to the hem-side end of the right-side seam 109. Shoulder insertion lines 116 are formed at 4 positions at the juncture line where the left and right sleeves 104, 105 are joined to the left and right armholes 110 of the front body 102 and the back body 103, respectively.
As shown in fig. 6, each size of the double-sided shirt 100 is as follows. The straight-line distance between a portion below the sleeve-side end of the left side slit 109 by a predetermined distance (about 1 cm) and a portion below the sleeve-side end of the right side slit 109 by a predetermined distance (about 1 cm) is defined as the chest circumference 111. The linear distance between the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the left sleeve 104 and the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the right sleeve 105 is defined as the neck width 113. The midpoint of a straight line connecting the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the left sleeve 104 and the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the right sleeve 105 is defined as a midpoint 118, a straight line distance between the midpoint 118 and the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the front body 102 is defined as a front depth 114, and a straight line distance between the midpoint 118 and the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the back body 103 is defined as a back depth 115. Since the front body 102 and the back body 103 have the same shape and size, the front depth 114 and the back depth 115 have the same length.
The neck width 113 is 35 to 60%, preferably 40 to 55%, of the length of the bust 111. The front and rear neck depths 114 and 115 are set to be 45 to 65%, preferably 50 to 60%, of the neck width 113. Further, a straight line connecting the midpoint 118 and the collar-side end of the shoulder-insertion line 116 and a straight line connecting the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the left sleeve 104 and the midpoint of the neckline 106 of the right sleeve 105 are set to an angle γ of 0 to 40 °, more preferably 0 to 20 °, and 0 ° is set in the double-sided shirt of this embodiment.
According to the double-sided shirt of embodiment 2, by adopting the above configuration, it is possible to more smoothly perform the vertical and rotational movements of the arms while ensuring desired aesthetic properties even when worn in either of the front and rear directions.
The double-sided shirt of the present invention can be worn both inside and outside, and in either front or rear direction while maintaining desired aesthetic and comfort properties. Further, since the front body and the rear body have the same shape and size, the work cost can be reduced in the manufacturing process.
In the double-sided shirt of the present invention, the front piece and the back piece having the same shape and size are made of the same fabric having the same color, and the left and right sleeves are made of the same fabric having the same color as the front piece and the back piece, so that the double-sided shirt can be made into a general design of "easy-to-wear. Alternatively, the front body, the rear body, or the left and right sleeves may be designed to have different designs, colors, or fabrics, so that the clothes have fashionable appearance that can be changed depending on the front-back and front-back wearing manner.
