Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
The application provides a recording method of a network conference, a computer readable storage medium and an electronic device, which are used for automatically intercepting and storing a screen picture shared by a speaker in the network conference, automatically recording conference voice and converting the conference voice into characters for storage, and further correspondingly storing a sharing screen and recording characters according to time to generate a network conference record, so that the recording efficiency of the network conference is improved.
Fig. 1a to 1b are schematic diagrams illustrating application of the recording method for web conference in different embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1a and 1b respectively show the content displayed on the screen during the web conference, except that the sharing screen of the main speaker of the web conference in fig. 1a is displayed in full screen; the sharing screen of the network conference speaker in fig. 1b is not displayed in full screen, but is displayed in the electronic device screen in the form of a window, wherein the window can change its specific position or window size in the electronic device screen by dragging the window with a mouse.
In the present application, the sharing screen of the speaker may be any content that the speaker wants to show to the participants in the network conference, such as a word document, a PPT document, a video file, a webpage layout, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
The recording method of the network conference is executed by electronic equipment, including but not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a desktop computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a smart television and the like, and the electronic equipment can display a sharing screen through a display screen of the electronic equipment and can also display the sharing screen through equipment such as a connected display screen and a connected projector.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a recording method for a web conference according to this embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the recording method of the network conference includes the following steps:
step S1: responding to a screen sharing instruction of the network conference, recording voice and intercepting a sharing screen to obtain and store a first image;
step S2: intercepting the sharing screen again after a first preset time interval to obtain a second image for matching the first image;
step S3: under the condition that the first image and the second image are not matched, matching the second image with each stored image, wherein each image in the plurality of images carries an image time stamp when the image is acquired;
step S4: and storing the second image when the second image does not match with the stored images.
The following describes steps S1 to S4 of the recording method of the web conference according to the present embodiment in detail.
Step S1: and responding to a screen sharing instruction of the network conference, recording voice and intercepting a sharing screen to obtain and store a first image.
After the network conference starts, the speaker starts the screen sharing function of the electronic device, so that the content to be shared is displayed on the display screen of the electronic device or the display screen connected with the electronic device. The electronic equipment responds to a screen sharing instruction of the network conference, intercepts a sharing screen, stores the sharing screen as a first image, and starts to record voice of the network conference.
Taking fig. 1a as an example, after the network conference starts, the speaker starts the screen sharing function of the electronic device, the sharing screen is full-screen display, and the sharing screen intercepted in response to the screen sharing instruction is a full-screen image.
Taking fig. 1b as an example, after the network conference starts, the speaker starts the screen sharing function of the electronic device, the sharing screen is displayed as a window, the sharing screen intercepted in response to the screen sharing instruction is a window image, an image (an area shown by a dotted line) including a window area, or a full-screen image, and the specific interception range may be set before the electronic device performs this step. For example, the capture range is preset to be only a window part, and the electronic device automatically detects the display area of the window, so as to capture the shared screen picture in the window; for another example, the user uses a mouse to mark out an area shown by a dashed box in the screen in advance, and the electronic device automatically detects the display area of the dashed box, so as to capture the shared screen in the dashed box. In addition, the electronic equipment can also automatically recognize that the word document is displayed on the sharing screen, and the images displayed in front of and behind the sharing screen are spliced, so that the content of the word document is restored. The method for identifying the word document by the electronic equipment comprises the following steps: and judging whether the images displayed before and after the sharing screen have the same area and whether the same area has shifts such as upward shift, downward shift and the like, and if the shifts are met, determining that the word document is displayed on the sharing screen.
Step S2: and intercepting the sharing screen again after a first preset time interval to obtain a second image for matching the first image.
The first preset time interval may be set to 1 second in advance, and after 1 second, the electronic device may capture the sharing screen again to obtain the second image, and match the second image with the first image stored in step S1. For example, suppose that screen sharing of a web conference starts at the 0 th second, at this time, the electronic device intercepts the sharing screen and stores it as a first image, and when the screen sharing process proceeds to the 1 st second, the electronic device intercepts the sharing screen again and matches the intercepted second image with the first image.
Step S3: and under the condition that the first image and the second image are not matched, matching the second image with a plurality of stored images, wherein each image in the plurality of images carries an image time stamp when the image is acquired.
If the first image and the second image are not matched, that is, the first image and the second image are not the same image, it is indicated that the sharing screen at this time is updated, and the second image needs to be continuously matched with each of the stored images, so as to determine whether each previously captured and stored sharing screen image includes the currently updated sharing screen, so as to avoid repeated storage of the sharing screen images.
In an embodiment, in case the first image and the second image match, the second image is not processed, but the step S2 is returned and executed. As the web conference continues, the number of shared screen images stored by the electronic device will increase. For example, when the network conference proceeds to the 15 th second, the electronic device already stores 3 images of the sharing screen, the first image is the image captured and stored at the beginning of the network conference, i.e., the 0 th second, the second image is the image captured and stored when the network conference proceeds to the 2 nd second, and the third image is the image captured and stored when the network conference proceeds to the 14 th second. When the network conference is carried out for the 15 th second, the electronic equipment matches the image intercepted in the 15 th second with the image intercepted and stored in the 14 th second, and if the matching result is inconsistent, the image intercepted in the 15 th second is matched with the image intercepted and stored in the 0 th second and the image intercepted and stored in the 2 nd second respectively.
Step S4: and storing the second image when the second image does not match with the stored images.
If the second image is not matched with the stored images of the sharing screens, the second image is stored, so that the sharing screens are intercepted and stored in sequence, and the situation that the sharing screens are stored repeatedly is effectively avoided.
In an embodiment, in case the second image matches a stored image, the second image is not processed, but is returned to and executed at step S2.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a network conference recording method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the recording method of the network conference includes the following steps:
step S1: responding to a screen sharing instruction of the network conference, recording voice and intercepting a sharing screen to obtain and store a first image;
step S2: intercepting the sharing screen again after a first preset time interval to obtain a second image for matching the first image;
step S3: under the condition that the first image and the second image are not matched, matching the second image with a plurality of stored images, wherein each image in the plurality of images carries an image time stamp when the image is acquired;
step S4: in a case where the second image does not match the stored images, performing step S5;
step S5: intercepting the sharing screen again after a second preset time interval to obtain a third image for matching the second image;
step S6: storing the second image if the second image matches the third image;
further, in a case where the second image does not match the third image, the step of matching the second image with the stored images is performed by returning to step S4.
Since the principle of steps S1 to S4 in this embodiment is the same as that of steps S1 to S4 in the embodiment of fig. 2, the description is not repeated here. The following describes steps S5 to S6 of the present embodiment in detail.
The caller may make an incorrect page-changing operation during the network conference due to improper operation, for example, the operation of the next page is inadvertently triggered, which causes the content that can be shared later to be displayed in the sharing screen in advance. In this embodiment, the sharing screen is captured again after a second preset time interval (e.g., 0.5 second), so as to obtain a third image, and the third image is matched with the second image. If the matching result is consistent, the speaker can be determined not to perform error page turning operation, and a second image is stored; if the matching result is inconsistent, it can be determined that the speaker has a wrong page turning operation, and the second image is not stored.
Besides, in an embodiment, before the step of storing the second image, the recording method for the web conference further includes the steps of: acquiring a sound recording file between a first image time stamp for acquiring the first image and a second image time stamp for acquiring the second image, wherein the sound recording file carries the sound recording time stamp when the sound recording file is acquired; and converting the sound recording file into characters for storage. And when the network conference is finished, responding to a finishing instruction of the network conference, and generating a conference record based on the stored characters formed by converting the images and the sound recording files. In the conference record, the image time stamp of each image collected in the stored images corresponds to the recording time stamp of each recording file obtained from the plurality of recording files.
For example, the stored image of this network conference includes: the image timestamps carried by the image A, the image B, the image C and the image D when being collected are respectively as follows: timestamp a, timestamp b, timestamp c, timestamp d; the recording file collected by the network conference comprises: recording I (between timestamp a and timestamp b), recording II (between timestamp b and timestamp c), recording III (between timestamp c and timestamp d), recording IV (between timestamp d and the end of the web conference), the recording timestamps when being gathered that it carried respectively are: the time stamp a ', the time stamp b', the time stamp c 'and the time stamp d' are used for correspondingly converting the recording files into characters, and the characters comprise: text i, text ii, text iii, text iv. When a meeting record is generated, the recording I of the timestamp a is stored in a corresponding mode with the character I of the timestamp a ', the recording II of the timestamp b is stored in a corresponding mode with the character II of the timestamp b', the recording III of the timestamp c is stored in a corresponding mode with the character III of the timestamp c ', and the recording IV of the timestamp d is stored in a corresponding mode with the character IV of the timestamp d', so that the meeting record is automatically generated.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a network conference recording method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the recording method of the network conference of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s41, after the conference enters the network conference and the main speaker starts screen sharing, the software takes a snapshot of the shared picture and stores the picture as a first picture;
s42, monitoring screen sharing pictures by software, and sampling pictures at intervals (such as 1 second);
s43, comparing the picture sampled each time with the previous sampled picture, if the comparison result is the same, not doing any processing, continuing monitoring, namely returning to the step S42; if the comparison result is not the same, go to step S44;
s44, comparing the current sampling picture with all stored pictures; if the current picture is found to be the same as all the saved pictures, no operation is performed, and monitoring is continued, namely, the step S42 is returned;
s45, if the current picture is different from all the stored pictures, namely the current picture is a new picture, extending a period of time (such as 0.5 second) to perform sampling detection again;
s46, judging whether the picture detected by resampling is the same as the just new picture, if so, executing the step S47, otherwise, returning to the step S44;
s47, saving the picture detected by resampling or the just new picture as a new picture; and then returns to step S42.
