Detailed Description
In a conference, some text materials can be played through PPT, video and the like, or some paper text materials can be issued, and then a speaker explains the text materials. The invention can record the meeting key points, and then presents the meeting record in the form of sound photos, thereby facilitating the review and arrangement of the meeting content.
Fig. 1 is an overall flowchart of a conference recording method according to the present invention, which includes the following steps:
(1) recording conference audio, and synchronously acquiring pictures recorded with text or pattern contents played in a conference; recording the shooting time of the picture as a time stamp of the picture, and recording the initial shooting time of the audio as a time stamp of the audio;
(2) respectively storing the pictures and the audio, and setting a file name associated with the time stamp as a unique identification for the pictures and the audio during storage
(3) Associating the audio with the picture with consistent time stamp;
(4) loading an audio file associated with a picture before displaying the picture; and then playing the loaded audio file while displaying the picture.
The method of the technical scheme can be deployed in any intelligent terminal, and the whole method mainly comprises three parts: the storage and identification of the picture, the storage and identification of the audio and the binding of the picture and the audio are respectively explained in detail by taking the mobile phone as a deployment object of the method and combining with the specific implementation mode.
1. Storage and identification of pictures
As shown in fig. 2, the recognition of the picture is based on the recognition of its shooting time. It is necessary to set an identification associated with the shooting time stamp for each picture stored, so as to obtain the shooting time of the picture through the identification.
For example:
a single click event is triggered when the user clicks the photo button: first, the current time of the system is obtained (realized by a system in the development environment, currenttimeMillis () method), and then the time data is expressed by the time of [ year-month-day: dividing into: seconds) is stored in the string variable time. The character string is taken as the file name of the picture to be shot, and a file path is formed by adding and supplementing an upper directory and a suffix through the character string: mobile phone root directory/DCIM/conference recording picture file/time. And creating a new file according to the path, calling a system camera and outputting specified picture data to the file, thereby realizing the storage of the shot photos in the specified directory. The times of taking different photos are necessarily different, and the filenames named by their respective times of taking are also different, so the filenames of the photos are their identities.
When the user browses the history, the identity of the currently accessed photo, i.e. its file name, needs to be read. All pictures can be loaded by array, then each picture is accessed by array elements, and the getpath () method of the development environment is used for acquiring the path of the currently accessed picture and obtaining the file name from the path. The process of reading out the file name is an active recognition of the picture.
In generating an identity, that is, a character string containing time information, there are various implementation methods, such as:
a. the system currenttimeMillis (). toString () method is used to obtain the current time of the system and convert it into a string form, and then yyy-MM-dd HH is used: mm: ss format control code converts time string to [ year-month-day: dividing into: seconds) is then stored in the string variable time.
b. A variable of a Calendar type is defined, and the current time assignment of the system is acquired by using a Calendar. Then, the obtained year, MONTH, DAY, HOUR, MINUTE and SECOND information in the time are sequentially extracted by using a get (year, year/MONTH/DAY _ OF _ MONTH/HOUR _ OF _ DAY/MINOUSE/SECOND) method OF a Calendar type variable self-contained. Using "-", ": "character, reuse string addition, according to [ year-month-day: dividing into: second) is connected into a character string containing complete time information and stored into a variable time.
c. And defining a Time type variable, and acquiring the current Time of the system by using a setToNow method. And then sequentially extracting the year, month, day, hour, minute and second information of the obtained Time by using a year/month/hour/minute/second method with a Time type variable self. Using "-", ": "character, reuse string addition, according to [ year-month-day: dividing into: second) is connected into a character string containing complete time information and stored into a variable time.
Any one of the three methods can be used for acquiring the system time of the shooting moment and storing the system time into the variable time of the character string according to a certain format. the time is the file name set for the shot picture as their unique identity. Based on the time variable, the storage of the picture file can be extended to a required path.
It should be noted that there are various methods for acquiring the shooting time, but any method for acquiring the shooting time in the prior art should be included in the scope of the present invention.
2. Audio storage and identification
As shown in fig. 2, the identification of the recorded audio is also based on the identification of the time at which the recording was started. A single click event is triggered when the user clicks the photo button: the current time of the system is first obtained, and then the time data is recorded as the time of [ year-month-day: dividing into: seconds) is stored in the string variable time (which is the same as the first two steps in the image recognition section, which are run only once in the actual program). Then, the character string is taken as the file name of the record to be saved, and the addition of the character string supplements the superior directory and the suffix to form a file path: mobile phone root directory/meeting recording file/time.3gp. And creating a new file according to the path, calling a mobile phone recording function, and outputting specified audio data to the file, so that recording is stored in the specified directory. The time when different audio files start recording is different, and the file names of the audio files are not repeated, so that the file names of the audio files are the identification marks of the audio files.
After reading the file name of the current access picture, the recording with the same file name needs to be searched in the folder stored in the recording file. The file name can be expanded into a new file path through character string addition, and the path points to a recording file which is under the directory (meeting recording file) and has the same name as the picture file, so that the matching of the file name and the recording file is realized. At this time, the identity of the audio file is passively validated when looked up.
3. Binding of pictures and audio
Fig. 3 shows a flow of binding pictures and audio to realize playing of associated audio content while playing images. The picture file and the recording file are logically in one-to-one correspondence, and one picture corresponds to the audio file recorded in the shooting process and is recorded as a group of data. As can be seen from the foregoing image and audio storage and recognition, the picture file and the audio file belonging to the same group of data have the same file name, which is the system time obtained when the user clicks the shooting button during the shooting, that is, the value of the character string variable time at that time. The two are slightly different, namely the difference between the postfix of the superior directory and the filename, namely [ mobile phone root directory/DCIM/picture file of conference recording/time. jpg ] and [ mobile phone root directory/recording file of conference recording/time. 3gp ]. The method has the advantages that the method is used for storing pictures and sound recordings, and the two files have the same name, so that the method plays an important role in binding the pictures and the sound recordings.
Firstly, all picture files under a mobile phone root directory/DCIM/conference recording picture file/directory are loaded into an array of a file type, and the name of the array is recorded as files. Due to the storage characteristic of the mobile phone, the pictures are sequentially stored in an array according to the time sequence (namely the shooting time sequence) stored previously, the pictures with the labels at the front in the array are the pictures shot previously, and the pictures with the labels at the back are the pictures shot recently. This array provides a quick way to access all picture files. Then, an integer variable i is defined to participate in the operation of the array index part, so that the pictures can be accessed sequentially according to the time sequence of shooting by continuously changing the value of i. And the custom built-in logic is that the smaller i the newer the picture accessed (i 0 accesses the one just taken, i array length-1 accesses the one taken the most previously). The array access format is therefore: files [ array length-1-i ].
By using the access format of the array and setting the initial value of i to be 0, the pictures can be sequentially accessed according to the sequence that the new picture is before and the old picture is after. Then, a getpath () method carried by the development environment can be used for acquiring a path of the currently accessed picture file, so as to extract a file name, namely the identity of the picture, and store the file name into a character string variable path. Supplementing an upper-level directory and a file name suffix through character string addition, and expanding into a file path: the mobile phone root directory/conference recording sound recording file/path.3gp is the path stored by the sound recording file with the same file name as the currently accessed picture file. And establishing a variable of a file type according to the path, and judging whether the file of the path exists in the mobile phone storage by utilizing an existing exists () method. If the return value is 0, the file does not exist, that is, the sound recording file corresponding to the currently accessed picture file cannot be found (since the user can choose not to store the sound recording after shooting, there is a case that the picture and the sound recording do not correspond to each other). If the return value is 1, the sound recording file corresponding to the picture can be judged to exist. And then loading the audio file into the player according to the file path, thereby realizing the binding of the picture and the recording. The audio file as the sound source of the player is the audio file corresponding to the currently accessed picture file (with the same file name). When a user browses, the picture is displayed on the upper surface, and the recording of the picture is sounded by clicking the play button on the lower surface.
When the user clicks the previous button, the value of i is reduced by 1, and according to the array access format: files [ array Length-1-i ], where the element in the array labeled with 1 is accessed, i.e., a photograph taken later in time. And then acquiring the file name of the newly accessed photo, updating the value of the variable path of the character string, obtaining the corresponding recording file path with the file name through character string addition, and loading the audio into the player after judging the existence. Similarly, when the user clicks the next button, the value of i is increased by 1, a picture with the earlier shooting time is accessed, and the subsequent steps are the same as the above. Therefore, when the user switches the photos to browse, the recording loaded by the player is always matched with the currently displayed picture, and the dynamic binding of the picture and the recording is realized.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before storing the picture, the method further includes a step of preprocessing the picture: and automatically identifying and cutting the effective contents in the picture, or discarding or fuzzifying the ineffective contents in the picture.
Preferably, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores at least one instruction executable by a processor, and the at least one instruction, when executed by the processor, implements the conference recording method.
Preferably, the present invention further provides a conference recording apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes a memory 1 and a processor 2, the memory 1 is configured to store at least one instruction, and the processor 2 is configured to execute the at least one instruction to implement the conference recording method.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
