Illustratively, the Web service in the network disk server 22 responds to the access request of the user terminal to the conference recording file, analyzes the physical position of the user terminal, screens a storage server closest to the physical position of the user terminal from a target storage server 23 and a synchronous storage server 24 which store the conference recording file, acquires the conference recording file from the storage server, and issues an access link, such as a URL link, of the conference recording file to the user terminal, so that the user can conveniently access the conference recording file through the access link.
According to the embodiment, the network disk server 22 acquires the conference recording file according to the nearby acquisition principle, and issues the access link of the conference recording file to the user terminal, so that users in different areas can quickly access the conference recording file.
In a preferred embodiment, the network disk server 22 is further configured to store file information, storage information, and inspection information of the meeting record file in a database.
Illustratively, by the network disk server 22, after the conference recording file is stored in the target storage server 23 and the conference recording file passes the compliance check, information such as the file size, the generation time, the storage location, the check result, etc. of the conference recording file is stored in the database, and after the target storage server 23 is caused to synchronize the conference recording file with the synchronous storage server 24, information such as the file size, the generation time, etc. of the conference recording file is stored in the database at the storage location of each synchronous storage server 24.
In this embodiment, the file information, the storage information and the inspection information of the conference recording file are stored in the database by the network disk server 22, which is beneficial to the subsequent data tracing.
As shown in fig. 5, the conference server 21 is deployed with a conference service, the network disk server 22 is deployed with a scheduling service, a Web service and a database, the target storage server 23/the synchronous storage server 24 is deployed with an access service, a detection service and a storage service, and the interaction flow of the network disk scheduling synchronization system of the conference recording file is specifically as follows:
1. when the conference service starts recording the conference, notifying the scheduling service to store conference recording files;
2. the scheduling service selects a storage service with the nearest physical position (see specific rule setting) according to the conference information and the strategy;
3. an access service request storage service (OSS/S3/Blob) provides a storage location;
4. returning the storage position and the path information to the conference service;
5. the conference service normally starts recording, and conference recording files start writing and storing;
6. ending the conference and stopping recording (of course, an administrator can manually stop recording and does not need to wait for ending the conference);
7. the scheduling service informs the access service and stops recording;
8. the access service informs the storage engine to stop recording;
9. informing that a conference recording file is generated, and requiring a detection service to carry out compliance check on the conference recording file;
10. after the meeting record file passes the compliance check, the detection service notifies the access service, and the meeting record file passes the check;
11. the access service informs the conference service that the conference service is completed, the file recording of the entire conference, and the compliance of the recorded files (i.e., the single storage engine file of the conference service is completed;
12. if the conference recording file needs to be synchronized, the access service informs different storage engines of synchronizing the conference recording file;
13. after the storage engine completes file synchronization, informing the access service;
14. the access service informs the database of the information, and the database writes the related information of the meeting record file (such as the attribution, the size, the generation time, the storage location of which storage service is in, etc. of the meeting record file).
In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the conference recording files are scheduled to be stored in the target storage server through the network disc, so that the target storage server performs compliance inspection on the conference recording files, and when the conference recording files pass the compliance inspection, the target storage server is selected to be scheduled according to the synchronization strategy, so that the target storage server synchronizes the conference recording files to the synchronization storage server, the conference recording files can be synchronously stored in the plurality of storage servers according to actual synchronization requirements, the subsequent nearby scheduling storage server can acquire the conference recording files, legal risks are effectively avoided, users in different areas can quickly access the conference recording files, and the compliance of the conference recording files is guaranteed.

The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), or the like.

Claims (6)

1. The network disk scheduling synchronization method for the conference recording file is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
storing a conference recording file sent by a conference server in a target storage server, so that the target storage server performs compliance checking on the conference recording file;
before the conference recording file sent by the conference server is stored in the target storage server, and the target storage server performs compliance checking on the conference recording file, the method further comprises the following steps:
screening a storage server from all storage servers according to meeting information to serve as the target storage server, and determining a synchronization strategy, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: screening a storage server closest to the physical position of the conference server from all storage servers as the target storage server according to the physical position of the conference server in the conference information; comparing the conference priority in the conference information with a preset threshold value, and determining that the synchronization strategy is to synchronize the conference recording file when the conference priority is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value;
when the conference recording file passes the compliance check, judging whether to synchronize the conference recording file according to the synchronization strategy of the conference recording file;
and when the conference recording file is judged to be synchronized, the target storage server synchronizes the conference recording file to the synchronous storage server.
2. The network disk scheduling synchronization method of a conference recording file according to claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to an access request initiated by a user terminal, acquiring the conference recording file from the target storage server or the synchronous storage server which is closest to the physical position of the user terminal, and issuing an access link of the conference recording file to the user terminal.
3. The network disk scheduling synchronization method of a conference recording file according to claim 1, further comprising:
and storing the file information, the storage information and the checking information of the conference recording file in a database.
4. The network disk scheduling and synchronizing system for the conference recording files is characterized by comprising a conference server, a network disk server, a target storage server and a synchronous storage server;
the conference server is used for sending a conference recording file to the network disk server;
the network disk server is used for storing the conference recording file in the target storage server;
the target storage server is used for carrying out compliance check on the meeting record file;
the network disk server is further configured to determine whether to synchronize the conference recording file according to a synchronization policy of the conference recording file when the conference recording file passes a compliance check;
the network disk server is further configured to, before the storing the meeting record file in the target storage server, screen a storage server from all storage servers according to meeting information as the target storage server, and determine the synchronization policy, specifically: screening a storage server closest to the physical position of the conference server from all storage servers as the target storage server according to the physical position of the conference server in the conference information; comparing the conference priority in the conference information with a preset threshold value, and determining that the synchronization strategy is to synchronize the conference recording file when the conference priority is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value;
and the target storage server is also used for synchronizing the conference recording file to the synchronous storage server when the conference recording file is judged to be synchronous.
5. The network disk scheduling synchronization system of a meeting record file according to claim 4, wherein the network disk server is further configured to obtain the meeting record file from the target storage server or the synchronous storage server closest to the physical location of the user terminal in response to an access request initiated by the user terminal, and issue an access link of the meeting record file to the user terminal.
6. The network disk scheduling synchronization system of a meeting recording file of claim 4, wherein the network disk server is further configured to store file information, storage information, and inspection information of the meeting recording file in a database.
