Abstract
The invention discloses a network disk scheduling synchronization method and a network disk scheduling synchronization system for a conference recording file. The network disk scheduling synchronization method for the conference recording file comprises the following steps: storing a conference recording file sent by a conference server in a target storage server, and enabling the target storage server to carry out compliance check on the conference recording file; when the conference recording file passes the compliance check, judging whether to synchronize the conference recording file according to a synchronization strategy of the conference recording file; and when the conference recording file is judged to be synchronized, the target storage server synchronizes the conference recording file to a synchronous storage server. Background
The global audio and video conference system can realize the conference of a plurality of people in different places and the whole recording conference. The embodiment can rapidly store the conference recording file by determining the target storage server according to the near storage principle, and can synchronize the conference recording file according to the actual synchronization requirement instead of the whole amount of synchronization by determining the synchronization strategy according to the conference priority level, thereby being beneficial to saving the storage space.

Similarly, for the overseas conference B, when the conference server starts recording the conference, because the priority of the overseas conference B is low, synchronization is not required, the scheduling service in the network disk server directly schedules the conference recording file of the overseas conference B to the target storage server, namely amazon S3 for storage, when the conference server finishes recording the conference, the detection service in amazon S3 performs compliance check on the conference recording file, and after the conference recording file passes the compliance check, the file size, the generation time, the storage location in amazon S3 and other information of the conference recording file are stored in the database.
Of course, if the user grades of the domestic conference a and the overseas conference B are higher, the scheduling target storage server is also required to synchronize the conference recording files, so that differentiated services can be performed for different user grades.

In the preferred embodiment, the network disk server 22 is further configured to store file information, storage information and check information of the conference recording file in the database.
Illustratively, after the recorded conference file is stored in the target storage server 23 and passes the compliance check, the information such as the file size, the generation time, the storage location, the check result, etc. of the recorded conference file is stored in the database through the network disk server 22, and after the recorded conference file is synchronized to the synchronous storage server 24 by the target storage server 23, the information such as the file size, the generation time, the storage location, etc. of the recorded conference file in each synchronous storage server 24 is stored in the database.
In the embodiment, the file information, the storage information and the check information of the conference recording file are stored in the database through the network disk server 22, which is beneficial to the follow-up data tracing.
As shown in fig. 5, a conference service is deployed in the conference server 21, a scheduling service, a Web service, and a database are deployed in the disk server 22, an access service, a detection service, and a storage service are deployed in the target storage server 23/synchronous storage server 24, and an interaction flow of the disk scheduling synchronization system for recording a conference file is specifically as follows:
1. when the conference service starts recording the conference, the scheduling service is informed to store the conference recording file;
2. the scheduling service selects the storage service with the closest physical position (according to specific rule setting) according to the conference information and the strategy;
3. the access service requests the storage service (OSS/S3/Blob) to provide a storage location;
4. returning the storage position and the path information to the conference service;
5. the conference service starts recording normally, and the conference recording file starts writing and storing;
6. stopping recording when the conference is finished (of course, an administrator can manually stop recording, and does not need to wait for the conference to be finished);
7. the scheduling service informs the access service to stop recording;
8. the access service informs a storage engine to stop recording;
9. notifying the generation of the conference recording file, and requiring the detection service to carry out compliance check on the conference recording file;
10. after the conference recording file passes the compliance check, the detection service notifies the access service that the conference recording file passes the check;
11. the access service informs the conference service that the conference service is completed, the file of the whole conference is recorded, and the recorded file is generated in compliance (namely, the single storage engine file of the conference service is completed);
12. if the conference recording file needs to be synchronized, the access service informs different storage engines of synchronizing the conference recording file;
13. after the storage engine completes file synchronization, the storage engine informs the access service;
14. the access service informs the database of the information, and the database writes the relevant information of the conference recording file (such as the attribution, the size, the generation time, the storage location of which storage service is in, etc.).
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention have the following beneficial effects:
the conference recording file is scheduled through the network disk and stored in the target storage server, the target storage server is enabled to carry out compliance check on the conference recording file, the target storage server is selected and scheduled according to a synchronization strategy when the conference recording file passes the compliance check, the target storage server is enabled to synchronize the conference recording file to the synchronous storage server, the conference recording file can be synchronously stored in a plurality of storage servers according to actual synchronization requirements, so that the storage server can be scheduled nearby to obtain the conference recording file, legal risks are effectively avoided, users in different areas can access the conference recording file quickly, and compliance of the conference recording file is guaranteed.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, and the computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the above embodiments. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
Claims (10)
1. A network disk scheduling synchronization method for conference recording files is characterized by comprising the following steps:
storing a conference recording file sent by a conference server in a target storage server, and enabling the target storage server to carry out compliance check on the conference recording file;
when the conference recording file passes the compliance check, judging whether to synchronize the conference recording file according to a synchronization strategy of the conference recording file;
and when the conference recording file is judged to be synchronized, the target storage server synchronizes the conference recording file to a synchronous storage server.
2. The method for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk for a conference recording file according to claim 1, wherein before the storing the conference recording file sent by the conference server in the target storage server and making the target storage server perform compliance check on the conference recording file, the method further comprises:
and screening a storage server from all storage servers as the target storage server according to the conference information, and determining the synchronization strategy.
3. The method for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk of a conference recording file according to claim 2, wherein the step of screening a storage server from all storage servers as the target storage server according to the conference information and determining the synchronization policy specifically comprises:
according to the physical position of the conference server in the conference information, screening a storage server which is closest to the physical position of the conference server from all the storage servers as the target storage server;
and comparing the conference priority in the conference information with a preset threshold, and determining the synchronization strategy as synchronizing the conference recording file when the conference priority is greater than or equal to the preset threshold.
4. The method for synchronizing scheduling of network disks for recording files in a conference as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
responding to an access request initiated by a user terminal, acquiring the conference recording file from the target storage server or the synchronous storage server closest to the physical position of the user terminal, and sending an access link of the conference recording file to the user terminal.
5. The method for synchronizing scheduling of a network disk for a conference recording file according to claim 1, further comprising:
and storing the file information, the storage information and the check information of the conference recording file in a database.
6. A network disk scheduling synchronization system for conference recording files is characterized by comprising a conference server, a network disk server, a target storage server and a synchronous storage server;
the conference server is used for sending a conference recording file to the network disk server;
the network disk server is used for storing the conference recording file in the target storage server;
the target storage server is used for carrying out compliance check on the conference recording file;
the network disk server is also used for judging whether to synchronize the conference recording file according to the synchronization strategy of the conference recording file when the conference recording file passes the compliance check;
and the target storage server is also used for synchronizing the conference recording file to the synchronous storage server when the conference recording file is judged to be synchronized.
7. The system for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk for a conference recording file according to claim 6, wherein the network disk server is further configured to screen a storage server from all storage servers as the target storage server according to conference information and determine the synchronization policy before the conference recording file is stored in the target storage server.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein the system for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk for recording a file in a conference, according to the conference information, selects a storage server from all storage servers as the target storage server, and determines the synchronization policy, specifically:
according to the physical position of the conference server in the conference information, screening a storage server which is closest to the physical position of the conference server from all the storage servers as the target storage server;
and comparing the conference priority in the conference information with a preset threshold, and determining the synchronization strategy as synchronizing the conference recording file when the conference priority is greater than or equal to the preset threshold.
9. The system for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk of a conference recording file according to claim 6, wherein the network disk server is further configured to respond to an access request initiated by a user terminal, obtain the conference recording file from the target storage server or the synchronous storage server closest to the physical location of the user terminal, and send an access link of the conference recording file to the user terminal.
10. The system for scheduling and synchronizing a network disk for a conference recording file according to claim 6, wherein the network disk server is further configured to store file information, storage information and check information of the conference recording file in a database.
