Abstract

Claims (10)
1. A method for creating meeting invitation information, for a meeting management client, the method comprising:
acquiring first meeting invitation information from a chat client;
acquiring meeting time and a participant mailbox according to the first meeting invitation information;
and creating second meeting invitation information according to the meeting time and the attendee mailbox.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the first meeting invitation information from the chat client comprises:
obtaining archived information from the chat client;
the first meeting invitation information is determined from archived information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining a meeting participant mailbox according to the first meeting invitation information comprises:
determining a chat object corresponding to the first meeting invitation information in the archived information;
acquiring a member name corresponding to the chat object;
acquiring names of participants according to the member names;
and acquiring the participant mailbox according to the participant name.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining the names of participants according to the member names comprises:
and determining the member name as the name of the conference participant.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining the names of participants according to the member names comprises:
acquiring meeting subject information corresponding to the first meeting invitation information; extracting key words from the conference subject information;
matching an organization corresponding to the keyword in a preset organization list; the organization list stores the corresponding relation between the keywords and the organizations;
matching an alternative member name corresponding to the organization in a preset member list, wherein the member list stores the corresponding relation between the alternative member name and the organization;
and determining the member name which is the same as the candidate member name as the conference participant name.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining meeting time based on the first meeting invitation information comprises:
and resolving the meeting time at a first preset position in the first meeting invitation information.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein creating a second meeting invitation message based on the meeting time and the attendee mailbox comprises:
and filling the meeting time and the meeting participant mailbox into a preset meeting invitation template to obtain second meeting invitation information.
8. An apparatus for creating meeting invitation information, comprising:
the chat system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a chat client, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to acquire first meeting invitation information from the chat client and send the first meeting invitation information to the second acquisition module;
the second obtaining module is configured to receive the first meeting invitation information sent by the first obtaining module, obtain the meeting time and the attendee mailbox according to the first meeting invitation information, and send the meeting time and the attendee mailbox to the creating module;
the creating module is configured to receive the meeting time and the attendee mailbox sent by the second obtaining module, and create second meeting invitation information according to the meeting time and the attendee mailbox.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing program instructions, wherein the processor is configured to perform the method for creating meeting invitation information of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program instructions.
10. A readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions, which when executed perform a method for creating meeting invitation information according to any of claims 1 to 7.
