1. Wisdom city cloud calculates parking management information system, its characterized in that: the system comprises an entrance guard end, a non-business main end, a background end and a monitoring end;
the monitoring terminals are uniformly arranged in the garage and used for carrying out full-view monitoring on the garage and sending the monitoring images to the background terminal; the background end stores owner vehicle information and corresponding parking space information;
the entrance guard end is used for collecting the information of the vehicle to be owned and sending the information to the background end; the background end is used for analyzing whether the vehicle information of the desired person is an owner vehicle or not after receiving the vehicle information of the desired person, and if not, sending a connection prompt signal to the access control end; the entrance guard end is also used for displaying a connection prompt after receiving the connection prompt signal; the non-owner terminal is used for sending a connection signal to the background terminal; the background end is used for connecting with the non-business main end after receiving the connection signal and sending a recommended parking space to the non-business main end;
the back end is also used for carrying out parking track analysis on the vehicle of the non-owner end according to the monitoring image after recommending a parking space for the non-owner end, and sending a warning signal to the non-owner end when the analysis result shows that the vehicle is parked in the non-recommended parking space; the back end is also used for adding the non-owner end into a parking blacklist and sending a punishment signal to the non-owner end when the vehicle of the non-owner end is still parked in the non-recommended parking space after sending the warning signal for the preset time;
the background end is also used for analyzing whether the back end is in a parking blacklist or not when the back end is connected with the non-owner end, and if the back end is in the parking blacklist, a parking prohibition signal is sent to the non-owner end.

The smart city cloud computing parking management information system of claim 1, wherein: the penalty signal comprises a penalty end time, and the background end is further used for moving the corresponding non-owner end from the blacklist to the history list when the penalty end time is reached.

The smart city cloud computing parking management information system of claim 2, wherein: the background end is also used for searching whether corresponding records exist in the historical list when the non-owner end is added into the parking blacklist, and if so, the number of the records is found; and the background end is also used for generating a penalty ending time according to the finding result of the historical list and the current time.

The smart city cloud computing parking management information system of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of access terminals are respectively arranged at each entrance and exit of the garage; the monitoring terminal is used for collecting environmental data in the garage and sending the environmental data to the background terminal; a plurality of monitoring ends are respectively arranged in different areas of the garage; an electronic map of the garage is stored in the background end, and detection areas of all monitoring ends and positions of all entrances and exits are marked on the electronic map;
the background end is also used for carrying out environment analysis according to the received environment data, matching a corresponding abnormal area when the environment analysis result is abnormal and identifying on the electronic map; the background end is also used for connecting the non-business main end and pushing an abnormal signal to the non-business main end when an abnormal area exists on the electronic map and the connection signal is received, wherein the abnormal signal comprises an abnormal warning and the abnormal area; the non-owner end is used for inputting the destination and sending the destination to the background end after receiving the abnormal signal; the back end is also used for analyzing whether idle parking spaces and access routes which do not pass through the abnormal area exist or not according to the entrance guard end where the non-owner end is located, the destination, the abnormal area and the idle parking spaces in the garage after receiving the destination; if the parking space information exists, the background end sends route information to the non-owner end, wherein the route information comprises parking space information and an access route; and if not, the background end sends strict entrance inhibition information to the non-owner end.

The smart city cloud computing parking management information system of claim 4, wherein: the system also comprises a main terminal; the back end also stores the face information and address information of the owner corresponding to the owner; the backstage end is also used for matching corresponding owner end, parking space information and address information when an abnormal area exists on the electronic map and the analysis result of the desired vehicle information is an owner vehicle, and analyzing whether an access line which does not pass through the abnormal area exists or not by combining the parking space information, the address information and the electronic map; the background end is also used for sending alarm information and an access route to the corresponding owner end when the analysis result shows that the access route which does not pass through the abnormal area exists, and sending the entry prohibition information to the corresponding owner end when the analysis result shows that the access route which does not pass through the abnormal area does not exist.

The smart city cloud computing parking management information system of claim 5, wherein: the background end is also used for analyzing whether an access line which does not pass through the abnormal area exists or not according to the position of the access point and the parking space information of the owner when the abnormal area exists on the electronic map and the analysis result of the face information sent to the access point is the face information of the owner, and if the access line exists, the background end sends alarm information and the access line to the owner; if not, the background end sends the prohibition information to the owner end.
