The invention discloses an intellectual property value evaluation method and system based on a block chain, wherein a block chain platform pushes intellectual property information to be evaluated to each evaluation executive party, receives corresponding evaluation value information submitted by each evaluation executive party, writes the evaluation value information of each evaluation executive party into the block chain, then executes an integral contract, and calculates the integral corresponding to the account of each evaluation executive party; then, selecting one piece of evaluation value information as final evaluation value information from the evaluation value information submitted by each evaluation executive party, writing the evaluation requester identifier, the intellectual property information, the final evaluation value information and the evaluation executive party identifier into a block chain, executing the integration contract, and calculating the integration of the account corresponding to the evaluation executive party identifier. Therefore, the invention attracts a plurality of evaluation organizations to participate in the intellectual property value evaluation by implementing the point reward, thereby improving the objectivity and the authenticity of the intellectual property value evaluation.

In the intellectual property value evaluation method based on the block chain, after the block chain platform receives the evaluation request, the authenticity of the intellectual property information is verified by accessing an intellectual property official system.
In the intellectual property value evaluation method based on the block chain, when the block chain platform executes the point contract, if an evaluation executive party submits the evaluation value information, a first number of points are added to the original points of an account of the evaluation executive party; and if the evaluation value information submitted by the evaluation executive party is determined to be final evaluation value information, adding a second number of points to the original points of the account of the evaluation executive party. In the intellectual property value evaluation method based on the block chain, the value of intellectual property information to be evaluated is evaluated by using a preset value evaluation model to obtain reference evaluation value information; and selecting the evaluation value information with the evaluation value of a median as final evaluation value information from the evaluation value information submitted by each evaluation executing party and the reference evaluation value information. 1. An intellectual property value evaluation method based on a block chain is characterized by being applied to a block chain platform and comprising the following steps of:
receiving an evaluation request sent by an evaluation requester, wherein the evaluation request comprises an evaluation requester identifier and intellectual property information to be evaluated;
the method comprises the steps that intellectual property information to be evaluated is pushed to each evaluation executive party, evaluation value information which is submitted by each evaluation executive party and is obtained according to the intellectual property information is received, the evaluation value information of each evaluation executive party is written into a block chain, a point contract is executed, and points corresponding to accounts of each evaluation executive party are calculated;
and selecting one piece of evaluation value information as final evaluation value information from the evaluation value information submitted by each evaluation executive party, writing the requester identifier, the intellectual property information, the final evaluation value information and the corresponding evaluation executive party identifier into a block chain, executing the integration contract, and calculating the integration of the account corresponding to the evaluation executive party identifier.
2. The intellectual property value assessment method based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein after receiving said assessment request, the authenticity of said intellectual property information is verified by accessing intellectual property official system.

The intellectual property value evaluation method based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein when executing the credit contract, if the evaluation executive party submits the evaluation value information, a first number of credits are added to the original credits of the evaluation executive party account; and if the evaluation value information submitted by the evaluation executive party is determined to be final evaluation value information, adding a second number of points to the original points of the account of the evaluation executive party.

The intellectual property value evaluation method based on the block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intellectual property information to be evaluated is evaluated for value by using a preset value evaluation model to obtain reference evaluation value information; and selecting the evaluation value information with the evaluation value of a median as final evaluation value information from the evaluation value information submitted by each evaluation executing party and the reference evaluation value information.

An intellectual property value evaluation system based on a block chain, comprising: the system comprises a block chain platform, an evaluation requester terminal and an evaluation executor terminal; the blockchain platform is used for realizing the intellectual property value evaluation method based on blockchains as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
