The inspection standard of the embodiment of the invention is established on the basis of an operation, distribution, inspection and storage integrated service system, and the operation monitoring content of the measured assets is reasonably set and optimized under the comprehensive service requirements and contents, so that the asset data information among the systems is interconnected and intercommunicated in the inspection system, and when the asset monitoring data is analyzed by a fuzzy algorithm, a measurement parameter weight coefficient is formed under different services, and the accuracy of the evaluation information is restricted. Meanwhile, the embodiment of the invention carries out comprehensive design on the service function requirements of the metering assets and the requirements of the inspection system based on the whole service architecture of the operation, distribution, inspection and storage system, forms a management base of the inspection system and the inspection process, and each service system can extract corresponding data and processes from the base according to the real-time inspection requirements, thereby greatly saving data processing resources and improving the economy of task execution of the inspection system. In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a related service system to apply and call at any time through the shared checking database, and realizes the timeliness of data supply on the premise of ensuring the data security.

Aiming at the assets with problems, such as abnormal conditions of electricity stealing behavior, serious exceeding of threshold value of resident high-power electricity utilization and the like, the method provides a correction scheme in time and pertinently. In the aspect of economic benefit, the method designed by the invention can improve the problem discovery efficiency of the original inspection method by about 20%, and if 100 pieces of measured asset defect time originally exists, 10 ten thousand yuan of economic loss can be caused, the traditional inspection method is difficult to discover the invisible problems, only 60 pieces can be discovered, 6.5 ten thousand yuan of economic loss is avoided, 72 inspection abnormal events can be extracted by the method, 8 ten thousand yuan of loss is avoided, and the economy is improved by 25%. In the aspect of execution efficiency, the full-automatic multi-system data monitoring can reduce the workload of field inspection data extraction personnel, can reduce 30% of personnel on the basis of the originally set inspection personnel, further reduces the operation and maintenance cost, and can reduce adverse consequences caused by errors in the manual operation process by a machine identification method. Therefore, the inspection platform continuously improves the accuracy of the inspection result and can reduce the economic loss caused by the problems of operation and maintenance and asset fault lamps through comprehensive analysis.

1. A metered asset audit management platform comprising:

the data extraction unit is used for extracting corresponding data from the measured asset data, the operation data and the monitoring data according to the inspection theme;
the data calculation management unit is used for calculating the measured asset data, the operation data and the monitoring data to obtain an inspection result; and evaluating the asset running state in the inspection result by utilizing a multi-attribute decision fuzzy algorithm.
4. The metered asset audit management platform of claim 3 wherein said audit subject matter comprises:
metering assets to be delivered, metering assets to be accepted, metering assets to be detected, metering assets to be distributed, metering assets to be installed, metering assets to be operated and metering assets to be scrapped.
