The protocol expiration information may include expiration dates of the user's physical examination protocol, including start dates and expiration dates, and the like. The plan price information may include information such as the overall price of the user's physical examination plan and the detailed prices of the individual physical examination items.
The health physical examination system integrates a plurality of initial physical examination schemes, and displays the physical examination scheme information of the user physical examination scheme generated by integration through the scheme display sub-platform.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a user information configuration platform includes a scenario determination sub-platform; the scheme determination sub-platform is used for acquiring the user level corresponding to the user to be subjected to physical examination from the physical examination information of the user to be subjected to physical examination; and determining a physical examination scheme set corresponding to the user to be subjected to physical examination according to the user level so as to determine a target physical examination scheme based on the physical examination scheme set. The user level may be a level corresponding to the user to be examined. The physical examination scheme set can be a set formed by all optional user physical examination schemes determined according to the user level and the physical examination requirements of the user. The target physical examination plan may be a user physical examination plan selected by the physical examination user from the physical examination plan set.
The scheme determination sub-platform can obtain the user level corresponding to the to-be-detected user from the to-be-detected user information of the to-be-detected user, after the user level is determined, a detection scheme set corresponding to the to-be-detected user can be determined from the health detection system according to the user level, and the user can determine a target detection scheme from the detection scheme set.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the user information configuration platform further comprises an information statistics sub-platform; the information statistics sub-platform is used for acquiring the event states of the user physical examination events of all the users to be subjected to physical examination in the physical examination group; determining the non-physical examination user information and the physical examination user information contained in the physical examination group according to the event state; determining physical examination result data corresponding to the physical examination group according to the physical examination user information and the physical examination user information; the physical examination result data comprises an actual physical examination rate and a physical examination settlement amount.
The user physical examination event may be an event generated when the user to be subjected to physical examination performs physical examination, and if the user to be subjected to physical examination performs physical examination, the user to be subjected to physical examination is considered to have performed a related user physical examination event. The event status may be a status in which the physical examination event of the user is generated or not generated, and the event status may include a generated status and an unproductive status. The non-physical examination user can be a user whose event state is a non-generation state, that is, a physical examination waiting user who has not performed a physical examination. The physical examination user information may be user basic information corresponding to the physical examination user. The physical examination user may be a user whose event status is the generated status, that is, the physical examination user may be a user who has performed a health examination. The physical examination user information may be user basic information corresponding to the physical examination user. The physical examination result data can be related data of the health physical examination corresponding to the physical examination group. The actual physical examination rate may be a ratio between the number of users who have actually performed a health physical examination in the physical examination group and the number of all the users to be subjected to physical examination. The physical examination settlement amount may be a settlement amount generated by a physical examination group performing a health examination.
The information statistics sub-platform can acquire the event states of the user physical events of all the users to be subjected to physical examination in the physical examination group, and the event states of the user physical events of the users to be subjected to physical examination change after the users to be subjected to physical examination perform health examination. Before the health examination of the user to be examined does not proceed, the event state corresponding to the user is a non-generated state, and after the health examination of the user to be examined proceeds, the event state of the user is changed to a generated state, so that whether a certain user has performed the health examination can be judged according to the event state of the user.
After the expiration period of a certain health physical examination is over, user information of all users in a physical examination group can be acquired, including non-physical examination user information and physical examination user information, the non-physical examination users and the physical examination users in the physical examination group are determined according to event states in the user information, the number of the non-physical examination users and the number of the physical examination users are counted, and the actual physical examination rate of the physical examination group is calculated according to the number of the non-physical examination users and the number of the physical examination users. In addition, for the physical examination users, the physical examination detail amount generated by each physical examination user performing the health examination can be determined from the physical examination user information to calculate the physical examination settlement amount according to the physical examination detail amount of each physical examination user.
In summary, the health check-up system in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the system comprises an information configuration platform, a plurality of physical examination service providers and a plurality of user physical examination schemes, wherein the information configuration platform is used for acquiring initial physical examination schemes corresponding to the plurality of physical examination service providers and generating corresponding user physical examination schemes based on the plurality of initial physical examination schemes; configuring physical examination group information corresponding to each physical examination group; the user information configuration platform is used for determining a to-be-detected body user set according to the physical examination group information and determining to-be-detected body user information corresponding to each to-be-detected body user in the to-be-detected body user set; the user reservation end is used for acquiring the physical examination reservation request of the physical examination user and generating a corresponding physical examination reservation result according to the physical examination reservation request and the physical examination user information so that the physical examination user can perform health physical examination according to the physical examination reservation result. On the one hand, the health examination system integrates a plurality of physical examination service providers, and the physical examination service providers can be directly accessed into the health examination system, so that each physical examination service provider does not need to build a respective reservation platform, and the construction cost and the maintenance cost of the system are reduced. On the other hand, the user can carry out physical examination appointment operation through the user appointment end of the physical examination system in a unified manner, so that the user operation can be simplified, and the selection diversity of the user can be increased. On the other hand, the physical examination result data corresponding to the physical examination group can be rapidly calculated by carrying out statistical analysis on the user information in the physical examination system.
Further, in the present exemplary embodiment, a physical examination appointment method is provided, which may be implemented by a server, or a terminal device, wherein the terminal described in the present disclosure may include a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer. Figure 4 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of a physical examination appointment method flow, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 4, the physical examination ordering method may include the steps of:
step S410, receiving a medical examination appointment operation performed by the first user through the user appointment terminal, and generating a medical examination appointment request based on the first user appointment information corresponding to the first user.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the first user may be a medical examination user who has not yet performed a medical examination. The medical examination appointment operation may be a user operation performed when the first user makes a medical examination appointment through the medical examination system. The first user appointment information may be the user information to be checked-up, which is input by the first user when the first user performs the check-up appointment operation. The physical examination reservation request may be a request generated according to a physical examination reservation operation of the first user.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically illustrates an overall flow chart of a user's physical examination appointment according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The first user can perform the physical examination appointment operation through a user appointment end provided by the health physical examination system, for example, the first user can fill in the corresponding user name, user gender, certificate number, communication information and the like through the user appointment end, and can select the corresponding user physical examination scheme, the physical examination appointment time, the physical examination appointment location and the like through the user appointment end. After the information is filled, the first user can click a 'submit' or 'confirm' button to end the physical examination appointment operation, and the information filling result of the physical examination appointment operation is sent to the health physical examination system. After the physical examination appointment operation of the first user is finished, first user appointment information corresponding to the first user can be acquired. After the first user appointment information is acquired, a corresponding physical examination appointment request can be generated based on the first user appointment information, and the physical examination appointment request includes a user physical examination scheme, a physical examination appointment time, a physical examination appointment place and the like selected by the first user.
In step S420, in response to the physical examination reservation request, a target physical examination protocol corresponding to the physical examination reservation request is determined.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the target physical examination protocol may be a physical examination protocol determined according to a physical examination appointment request of the first user.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the health examination system, upon receiving the examination appointment request, responds to the examination appointment request to determine a target examination plan in the examination appointment request, and sends the examination appointment request to the corresponding examination service provider according to the target examination plan.
And step S430, determining a physical examination reservation result according to the physical examination reservation request and the target physical examination scheme, and returning the physical examination reservation result.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the medical examination appointment result may be a result of whether the first user has made a medical examination appointment after performing a medical examination appointment operation, and the medical examination appointment result includes an appointment success result and an appointment failure result.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the medical examination service provider may determine a corresponding medical examination appointment result according to the medical examination appointment request and return the medical examination appointment result to the health medical examination system, and the user may view the corresponding medical examination appointment result through the health medical examination system, including an appointment success result and an appointment failure result. If the physical examination reservation result is a reservation success result, the reservation state corresponding to the first user is changed into 'reservation in'; if the physical examination reservation result is a reservation failure result, the reservation state corresponding to the first user is changed into 'reservation failure'.
According to the physical examination reservation method in the embodiment of the invention, the user can perform the physical examination reservation operation through the unified user reservation end provided by the physical examination system, and the corresponding target physical examination scheme is determined because the physical examination system integrates a plurality of physical examination service providers, so that the diversity and the flexibility of user selection are increased.
Next, the physical examination reservation method in the present exemplary embodiment will be further described.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a current appointment number corresponding to a target physical examination scheme and a pre-configured appointment number threshold are obtained; comparing the current number of reserved people with a threshold of the number of reserved people; if the current number of reserved persons is more than or equal to the threshold value of the number of reserved persons, returning a reservation failure result; and if the current number of the reserved persons is smaller than the threshold value of the number of the reserved persons, returning a reservation success result and physical examination reservation information.
The current appointment number can be the number of people who have successfully completed the appointment operation currently in the target physical examination scheme. The reserved number of persons threshold may be a preset number of persons threshold for comparison with the current reserved number of persons.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 schematically shows a flowchart of the health examination system transmitting the examination appointment result to the first user according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. After the medical examination service provider sends the appointment result notification to the health medical examination system, the health medical examination system can send corresponding appointment result information to the first user according to the appointment result notification. Specifically, when the physical examination appointment result is determined, the current appointment number corresponding to the acquired target physical examination scheme and the appointment number threshold value can be acquired, the current appointment number and the appointment number threshold value are compared, if the current appointment number is greater than or equal to the appointment number threshold value, the appointment is considered to fail, and an appointment failure result is returned; and if the current number of the reserved persons is smaller than the threshold value of the number of the reserved persons, the reservation is considered to be successful, and a reservation success result and physical examination reservation information are returned.
When the physical examination reservation result is a successful reservation result, the health physical examination system can send the relevant contents such as the physical examination location, the physical examination time, the physical examination notice and the like to the first user in a short message form or a public number message form, so that the user can perform the health physical examination according to the physical examination reservation result. When the physical examination reservation result is a reservation failure result, the health examination system can send a reservation failure message to the user in a short message form or a public number message form, for example, a prompt message that the current reservation is full is sent to the user, and other reservation available time of the user is given, so that the user can make a reservation again.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, a result viewing operation of a second user is received, and user identity information of the second user is acquired; performing identity authentication operation on the second user according to the user identity information, and determining an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication operation; and acquiring a physical examination report result corresponding to the second user according to the identity verification result, and returning the physical examination report result.
Wherein the second user may be a user who has completed a health check-up. The result viewing operation may be an operation in which the second user views the physical examination report result. The user identity information may be related information for confirming a specific identity of the second user, for example, the user identity information may include a login account and a login password of the user. The authentication operation may be a process of comparing and verifying the user identity information of the second user with the user information stored in the health examination system in advance. The authentication result may be an authentication result obtained after performing an authentication operation for the second user. The physical examination report result can be a detailed physical examination report formed after the second user performs the physical examination.
After the second user completes the physical examination, the physical examination report result can be viewed through the physical examination system. And the second user can perform result viewing operation through a result viewing page provided by the user reservation end and input a user account and a user password corresponding to the second user. The health examination system can acquire user identity information input by a second user, and perform identity verification operation on the second user according to the user identity information to determine a corresponding identity verification result. And when the user identity information input by the second user is consistent with the information pre-stored in the health physical examination system, the identity verification operation is considered to be passed, a physical examination report result corresponding to the second user is obtained, and the physical examination report result is displayed to the second user, so that the second user can check the physical examination report result.
For example, after the user completes the health examination, the result viewing operation may be performed after a preset time threshold, for example, the health examination service provider may upload the examination report result of the second user to the health examination system after the second user completes the health examination for one week, the health examination system may notify the second user by sending a short message or a public number message, and the second user may log in the health examination system to view the examination report result.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", etc. are used in this disclosure only for distinguishing different users, and should not limit the disclosure in any way.
It is noted that although the steps of the methods of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
In addition, in the present exemplary embodiment, a medical examination reservation apparatus is also provided. Referring to fig. 7, the medical examination ordering apparatus 700 may include: a request generation module 710, a scheme determination module 720, and a result determination module 730.
Specifically, the request generating module 710 is configured to receive a physical examination appointment operation performed by a first user through a user appointment end, and generate a physical examination appointment request based on first user appointment information corresponding to the first user; a plan determination module 720, configured to determine, in response to the physical examination appointment request, a target physical examination plan corresponding to the physical examination appointment request; the result determining module 730 is used for determining the physical examination appointment result according to the physical examination appointment request and the target physical examination scheme, and returning the physical examination appointment result.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the result determination module includes a result determination unit, configured to obtain a current appointment number corresponding to the target physical examination scheme and a pre-configured appointment number threshold; comparing the current number of reserved people with a threshold of the number of reserved people; if the current number of reserved persons is more than or equal to the threshold value of the number of reserved persons, returning a reservation failure result; and if the current number of the reserved persons is smaller than the threshold value of the number of the reserved persons, returning a reservation success result and physical examination reservation information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the medical examination appointment apparatus further includes a medical examination result acquisition module, configured to receive a result viewing operation of the second user, and acquire user identity information of the second user; performing identity authentication operation on the second user according to the user identity information, and determining an identity authentication result corresponding to the identity authentication operation; and acquiring a physical examination report result corresponding to the second user according to the identity verification result, and returning the physical examination report result.
The specific details of the virtual modules of the medical examination reservation devices are described in detail in the corresponding medical examination reservation method, and therefore are not described herein again.
It should be noted that although several modules or units of the medical examination ordering apparatus are mentioned in the above detailed description, such division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device capable of implementing the above method is also provided.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 800 according to such an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 8. The electronic device 800 shown in fig. 8 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, electronic device 800 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 800 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 810, the at least one memory unit 820, a bus 830 connecting different system components (including the memory unit 820 and the processing unit 810), and a display unit 840.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 810 to cause the processing unit 810 to perform steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention as described in the "exemplary methods" section above in this specification.
The storage unit 820 may include readable media in the form of volatile storage units, such as a random access storage unit (RAM)821 and/or a cache storage unit 822, and may further include a read only storage unit (ROM) 823.
Storage unit 820 may include a program/utility 824 having a set (at least one) of program modules 825, such program modules 825 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 830 may represent one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 800 may also communicate with one or more external devices 870 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 800, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 800 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 850. Also, the electronic device 800 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via the network adapter 860. In some possible embodiments, aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of the present description, when said program product is run on the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 9, a program product 900 for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Claims (11)

1. A health check-up system, comprising:
the system comprises an information configuration platform, a physical examination service provider and a user physical examination service provider, wherein the information configuration platform is used for acquiring initial physical examination schemes corresponding to a plurality of physical examination service providers and generating corresponding user physical examination schemes based on the initial physical examination schemes; configuring physical examination group information corresponding to each physical examination group;
the user information configuration platform is used for determining a to-be-detected body user set according to the physical examination group information and determining to-be-detected body user information corresponding to each to-be-detected body user in the to-be-detected body user set;
and the user reservation end is used for acquiring the physical examination reservation request of the user to be subjected to physical examination and generating a corresponding physical examination reservation result according to the physical examination reservation request and the user information to be subjected to physical examination so that the user to be subjected to physical examination carries out health physical examination according to the physical examination reservation result.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the information configuration platform comprises a solution acquisition sub-platform and a solution presentation sub-platform;
the scheme acquisition sub-platform is used for determining a plurality of physical examination service providers and acquiring the initial physical examination schemes provided by the physical examination service providers;
the scheme display sub-platform is used for displaying the user physical examination scheme and the physical examination scheme information corresponding to the user physical examination scheme.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the physical examination protocol information includes one or more of the following: scheme image-text detail information, scheme deadline information and scheme price information.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the user information configuration platform comprises a scenario determination sub-platform;
the scheme determination sub-platform is used for acquiring the user level corresponding to the user to be subjected to physical examination from the physical examination information of the user to be subjected to physical examination;
and determining a physical examination scheme set corresponding to the user to be subjected to physical examination according to the user level so as to determine a target physical examination scheme based on the physical examination scheme set.
5. The system of claim 1 or 4, wherein the user information configuration platform further comprises an information statistics sub-platform;
the information statistics sub-platform is used for acquiring the event states of the user physical examination events of all the users to be subjected to physical examination in the physical examination group;
determining the non-physical examination user information and physical examination user information contained in the physical examination group according to the event state;
determining physical examination result data corresponding to the physical examination group according to the physical examination user information and the physical examination user information; the physical examination result data comprises an actual physical examination rate and a physical examination settlement amount.
6. A medical examination reservation method applied to the health medical examination system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
receiving physical examination reservation operation performed by a first user through a user reservation end, and generating a physical examination reservation request based on first user reservation information corresponding to the first user;
responding to the physical examination reservation request, and determining a target physical examination scheme corresponding to the physical examination reservation request;
and determining a physical examination appointment result according to the physical examination appointment request and the target physical examination scheme, and returning the physical examination appointment result.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said determining a scheduled physical examination result from said scheduled physical examination request and said targeted physical examination protocol comprises:
acquiring the current appointment number corresponding to the target physical examination scheme and a preset appointment number threshold;
comparing the current reserved number of people with the reserved number threshold;
if the current number of reserved persons is more than or equal to the threshold value of the number of reserved persons, returning a reservation failure result;
and if the current number of reserved people is smaller than the threshold value of the number of reserved people, returning a reservation success result and physical examination reservation information.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving result viewing operation of a second user, and acquiring user identity information of the second user;
performing identity verification operation on the second user according to the user identity information, and determining an identity verification result corresponding to the identity verification operation;
and acquiring a physical examination report result corresponding to the second user according to the identity verification result, and returning the physical examination report result.
9. A medical examination reservation apparatus, comprising:
the request generation module is used for receiving physical examination reservation operation performed by a first user through a user reservation end and generating a physical examination reservation request based on first user reservation information corresponding to the first user;

a processor; and
a memory having stored thereon computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement a physical examination appointment method according to any one of claims 6-8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a medical examination appointment method according to any one of claims 6-8.
