Moreover, the safety devices all need to be regularly maintained, tested, checked or regularly updated.
Specifically, after the crew finishes maintaining the ship safety equipment, the camera built in the maintenance terminal 300 may scan the identifiable tag located at one side of the ship safety equipment and fill the maintenance information (such as maintenance time and maintenance record) of the safety equipment, and then send the maintenance information to the main control module 200. The main control module 200 generates maintenance report information corresponding to the security device according to the maintenance information every preset time (for example, one month). The main control module 200 then sends the prompt information of the abnormal working state of the anti-pollution device and the maintenance report information of the safety device to a remote server 500 (such as a shore-based server) through a communication module 400 (such as a 4G/5G communication module), so that the remote server 500, after receiving the prompt information of the abnormal operation state of the contamination-preventive device and the maintenance report information of the safety device, provides the information to the manager (such as shipowner and government operator), so that a manager can know that the working state of the pollution prevention device is abnormal according to the prompt information of the working abnormal state of the pollution prevention device, and managers can confirm whether the ship safety equipment is regularly maintained or not at any time according to the maintenance report information of the safety equipment, so that the ship anti-pollution equipment and the safety equipment can be effectively monitored.
The main control module 200 of this embodiment can determine that the working state of the pollution prevention device is an abnormal state when any of the following conditions is satisfied:
the first condition is as follows: the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment is in a working state, while the operation condition of the pollution preventing equipment is not in the working state; and a second condition: the operation condition of the pollution prevention equipment is in a working state, and the discharge rate of the pollution source is greater than a preset rate threshold value; and (3) carrying out a third condition: the operation condition of the pollution prevention equipment is in a working state, and the running position of the ship is not in a preset discharge area; and (4) condition four: the operation condition of the pollution prevention equipment is in a working state, and the running speed of the ship is less than a preset running speed threshold value; and a fifth condition: the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment is in a working state, and the emission amount of the pollution source is greater than a set emission threshold value; and a sixth condition: the liquid level parameter value of the cabin is greater than the preset liquid level value of the cabin; a seventh condition: the liquid level parameter value of the cabin is reduced, and the oil-water change rate of the ship is larger than the preset oil-water change rate.
Specifically, when the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment is in the working state, the pollution source generating equipment can generate a pollution source, and when the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment is known not to be in the working state according to the operation parameters of the pollution source, the pollution source cannot be processed by the pollution source, so the pollution source can pollute seawater, and therefore the master control module 200 can judge that the working state of the pollution source generating equipment is abnormal.
Optionally, when the operation condition of the anti-pollution device is known to be in the working state according to the operation parameters of the anti-pollution device, but the discharge rate of the pollution source is greater than the preset rate threshold, the pollution source may cause heavy pollution to the seawater in the local area due to the excessive discharge rate of the pollution source, and therefore the main control module 200 may determine that the working state of the anti-pollution device is abnormal.
Alternatively, when the operation condition of the anti-pollution device is known to be in the working state according to the operation parameters of the anti-pollution device, but when the ship is known not to be in the preset discharge area (for example, the ship is located in the near-shore area) according to the ship running position in the ship navigation parameters, the pollution source may cause pollution to seawater in the non-discharge area, so the main control module 200 may determine that the working state of the anti-pollution device is abnormal.
Optionally, when the operation condition of the anti-pollution device is known to be in the working state according to the operation parameters of the anti-pollution device, but the ship running speed in the ship navigation parameters is less than the preset running speed threshold value, the pollution source can cause severe pollution to the seawater in the local area, and therefore the main control module 200 can judge that the working state of the anti-pollution device is abnormal.
Alternatively, the contamination prevention device may also be a sewage treatment apparatus for cleaning sewage that generates exhaust gas when the marine main engine, the generator, and the boiler are in operation. When the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment is in the working state, but the discharge amount of the pollution source detected by the sewage treatment device is larger than the set discharge threshold value if the sulfur content is larger than the set discharge threshold value, the main control module 200 can judge that the working state of the pollution preventing equipment is abnormal.
Optionally, the condition parameter collecting module 100 is further configured to collect a liquid level parameter value of the cabin. Particularly, can be provided with level sensor in the ship profit under-deck, level sensor is connected with operating condition parameter acquisition module 100 electricity, and operating condition parameter acquisition module 100 accessible level sensor gathers the liquid level parameter value who acquires the cabin. When the liquid level parameter value of the cabin is greater than the preset liquid level value of the cabin, the main control module 200 can judge that the cabin has the risk of oil spill according to the received liquid level parameter value of the cabin. Therefore, the main control module 200 can determine that the operating state of the contamination-preventive device is abnormal.
Optionally, the main control module 200 is further configured to determine an oil-water change rate of the ship according to the ship navigation parameter. When the liquid level parameter value of the cabin is reduced and the oil-water change rate of the ship is greater than the preset oil-water change rate, the situation that oil-water leakage occurs in the cabin is described, and then the main control module 200 can judge that the working state of the anti-pollution device is abnormal.
In this embodiment, when the ship is performing ballast water discharging operation, dirty oil-containing water discharging operation, and oil-water replenishing or liquid cargo loading and unloading operation, the main control module 200 is further configured to generate and send a corresponding work record report. The remote server 500 is further configured to receive and provide corresponding work record reports, so that a manager can perform online monitoring on ballast water discharge operation, dirty oil-containing water discharge operation, and oil-water replenishment or liquid cargo handling operation.
Specifically, when the ship is performing ballast water discharge and dirty water and oil discharge operations, the main control module 200 is further configured to generate a work record report, where the work record report includes a start time, an end time, a ship position, a ship speed, a discharge amount, a discharge rate, and the like of the operation. The main control module 200 may transmit the working record report to the remote server 500 through the communication module 400. Managers can monitor whether the ships discharge ballast water and discharge oil-containing water according to the requirements of the convention standard or not through the working record report.
Similarly, when the ship is performing oil-water supply or liquid cargo loading and unloading, the main control module 200 is further configured to generate a corresponding work record report, where the work record report includes a start time, an end time, an oil-water supply amount or a loading and unloading amount, and the like. The main control module 200 transmits the working record report to the remote server 500 through the communication module 400. Managers can monitor whether oil and water supply or liquid cargo loading and unloading are carried out according to the requirements of the convention and the standard through the working record report.
Further, the main control module 200 is further configured to receive the identity information and the health status information of the crew, which are sent by the crew terminal device, and send the health alarm prompt information and the identity information of the crew to the remote server 500 through the communication module 400 when the health status of the crew is identified as an abnormal status according to the health status information.
The health status information may include, among other things, the body temperature of the crew and a history of disease. When the health status information is abnormal (if the body temperature is higher than the normal body temperature), it is determined that the crew corresponding to the corresponding identity information is not suitable for boarding, and the communication module 400 sends a health alarm prompt message to the remote server 500. Furthermore, the manager can lock the shipman with abnormal physical state through the health alarm prompt information and the identity information and process the shipman in time.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the online monitoring system 10 for vessel anti-pollution devices and safety devices further comprises an image acquisition module 600. The image acquisition module 600 is connected to the main control module 200, and the image acquisition module 600 is used for acquiring image information and video information including a ship driving state. The main control module 200 is also used to transmit the image information and the video information to the remote server 500 through the communication module 400. Furthermore, managers can remotely monitor whether the running state of the ship is safe and environment-friendly through the video information and the image information. When the crew carries out anti-pollution exercise activities on the ship, the crew can comment and guide the exercise activities according to the video information and the image information.
The online monitoring system for the ship anti-pollution equipment and the safety equipment of the embodiment judges whether the working state of the anti-pollution equipment is abnormal or not according to the collected operating condition of the equipment, the operation parameters of the anti-pollution equipment and the ship navigation parameters, outputs prompt information of the working abnormal state of the anti-pollution equipment, and generating maintenance report information of the safety equipment according to the maintenance information of the safety equipment, and sending the prompt information of the abnormal working state of the anti-pollution equipment and the maintenance report information of the safety equipment to a remote server, so that the remote server manager can monitor the ship pollution prevention equipment and the safety equipment on line, therefore, the real-time supervision on the running state of the ship and the equipment maintenance is realized, the supervision and management efficiency and the inspection result reliability of the ship are improved, the labor cost is saved, and the safety accidents or the ocean pollution caused by the ship running can be effectively avoided.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of an online monitoring method for the ship anti-pollution device and the safety device. The ship is provided with an anti-pollution device, a safety device, and a pollution source generating device. Referring to fig. 4, the online monitoring method for the ship anti-pollution device and the safety device provided by the embodiment includes:
and step S1, collecting the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment, the operation parameters of the pollution prevention equipment and the ship navigation parameters.
And step S2, receiving and judging the working state of the pollution prevention device to be abnormal according to the operating condition of the pollution source generation device, the operation parameters of the pollution prevention device and the ship navigation parameters, and outputting the prompt information of the working abnormal state of the pollution prevention device.
Step S3, maintenance information of the security device is acquired.
And step S4, generating maintenance report information of the safety equipment according to the maintenance information of the safety equipment at preset intervals.
And step S5, sending prompt information of the working abnormal state of the pollution prevention equipment and maintenance report information of the safety equipment.
And step S6, receiving and providing prompt information of the working abnormal state of the anti-pollution equipment and maintenance report information of the safety equipment.
Specifically, the online monitoring method for the ship anti-pollution device and the safety device in the present embodiment is applied to the online monitoring system 10 for the ship anti-pollution device and the safety device. The online monitoring system 10 for the ship pollution prevention equipment and the safety equipment comprises a working condition parameter acquisition module 100, a main control module 200, a maintenance terminal 300, a communication module 400 and a remote server 500. The main control module 200 is electrically connected to the operating condition parameter acquiring module 100, and the main control module 200 may be a central processing unit of the ship. The main control module 200 receives the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment, the operation parameter of the anti-pollution equipment and the ship navigation parameter acquired by the condition parameter acquisition module 100, judges whether the operation state of the anti-pollution equipment is abnormal or not according to the operation condition of the pollution source generating equipment, the operation parameter of the anti-pollution equipment and the ship navigation parameter, and outputs the prompt information of the abnormal operation state of the anti-pollution equipment when the operation state of the anti-pollution equipment is abnormal.
