Abstract
The invention provides a detachable smoke segmented collection device which comprises a first weighing unit, a second weighing unit, a smoking set end, a smoke capturing end, a mechanical arm mechanism and a suction end, wherein the first weighing unit is connected with the first weighing unit; the smoking set end comprises a smoking set clamping mechanism and a first smoke conveying channel; the smoke trapping end comprises a second smoke conveying channel and a smoke trapping filter disc; the suction end comprises a power pump and a corresponding suction channel; the smoke tool end, the smoke capturing end and the suction end are sequentially connected together through three assembly structures, and the first smoke conveying channel, the second smoke conveying channel and the suction channel are coaxially positioned and are communicated in a sealing way through a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring and a third sealing ring; the mechanical arm mechanism can move the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end to the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit respectively. The device realizes sectional type weighing, is favorable to flue gas trapping analysis, and has the advantages of simple and reliable modularized dismounting mode, good flexibility and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco, in particular to a detachable flue gas segmented collection device.
Background
In tobacco, the collection and detection of particulate matter in flue gas aerosol is an important component in tobacco research. And the total particulate matters in the flue gas aerosol are measured by weighing the mass of the flue gas catcher before and after suction.
At present, the mode of measuring the quality of the flue gas catcher adopts an off-line manual weighing mode, or the flue gas catcher is separated from a suction device through a mechanical structure to automatically weigh after the suction of a single tobacco product is completed.
In order to solve the above problems, an ideal technical solution is always sought.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and provides a detachable flue gas segmented collection device which is simple, reliable and flexible in disassembly mode and beneficial to flue gas trapping and analysis.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a detachable smoke segmented collection device comprises a first weighing unit, a second weighing unit, a smoking set end, a smoke capturing end, a mechanical arm mechanism and a suction end;
the smoking set end comprises a smoking set clamping mechanism and a first smoke conveying channel, the smoking set clamping mechanism is arranged corresponding to the first smoke conveying channel in position so that smoke generated by cigarettes can pass through the first smoke conveying channel, and a first sealing ring and a first assembly structure are arranged on the end face of the smoking set end, which is positioned at the tail end of the first smoke conveying channel;
the smoke trapping end comprises a second smoke conveying channel and a smoke trapping filter disc, the smoke trapping filter disc is embedded in the second smoke conveying channel, and a second sealing ring and a second assembling structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the smoke trapping end;
the suction end comprises a power pump and a corresponding suction channel, and a third sealing ring and a third assembly structure are arranged on the end face of the suction end, which is positioned at the inlet end of the suction channel;
the first smoke conveying channel, the second smoke conveying channel and the suction channel are opposite in position and are in sealing communication through the first sealing ring, the second sealing ring and the third sealing ring;
the mechanical arm mechanism is used for moving the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end to the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit respectively and for resetting the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end in a butt joint mode.
The first assembly structure, the second assembly structure and the third assembly structure are quick-assembly mechanical connection structures or electromagnetic attraction structures or bonding structures.
In the above, one of the two assembly structures spliced with each other is an electromagnet, and the other is an iron structure.
The cigarette holder is characterized by further comprising a guide rail mechanism for assisting the alignment of the smoking set end, the smoke collecting end and the suction end, wherein sliding mechanisms matched with the guide rail mechanism are arranged at the bottoms of the smoking set end, the smoke collecting end and the suction end.

Basically, the flue gas capturing end and the suction end are electrified through a contact type metal sheet, and an electromagnet arranged at the flue gas capturing end is connected with the contact type metal sheet through an electric wire.
Based on the above, the flue gas trapping filter disc is detachably arranged at the flue gas trapping end.
The first weighing unit and the second weighing unit are balances.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a detachable flue gas segmented collection device comprises a first weighing unit 1, a second weighing unit 2, a smoking set end 3, a flue gas capturing end 4, a mechanical arm mechanism (not shown) and a suction end 5;
the smoking set end 3 comprises a smoking set clamping mechanism 3-1 and a first smoke conveying channel 3-2, the smoking set clamping mechanism is arranged corresponding to the first smoke conveying channel in position so that smoke generated by cigarettes can pass through the first smoke conveying channel 3-2 completely, and a first sealing ring 3-3 and an iron sheet 3-4 are arranged on the end face of the tail end of the smoking set end 3-2.
The flue gas capturing end 4 comprises a second flue gas conveying channel 4-1 and a flue gas capturing filter disc 4-2, the flue gas capturing filter disc 4-2 is embedded in the second flue gas conveying channel 4-1, two ends of the flue gas capturing end 4 are respectively provided with a second sealing ring 4-3, an air inlet end is provided with an electromagnet 10, an air outlet end is provided with an iron sheet, and the flue gas capturing filter disc is detachably embedded in the flue gas capturing end 4 so as to be convenient to replace.
The suction end 5 comprises a power pump and a corresponding suction channel 5-1, and a third sealing ring 5-2 and an electromagnet are arranged on the end face of the suction end 5, which is positioned at the inlet end of the suction channel 5-1.
The power supply mode of the electromagnet is two, one is that the integrated storage battery directly supplies power, the other is that the storage battery is electrified through the contact type metal sheet 12, specifically, an electrified wire is installed inside the suction end 5, the contact type metal sheet 12 is installed between the suction end 5 and the smoke collecting end 4, an electric wire 11 is arranged inside the smoke collecting end 4, after the electromagnet magnetically connects the suction end 5 and the smoke collecting end 4, the contact type metal sheet 12 realizes the electrification of the electromagnet of the smoke collecting end 4, the connection between the smoking set end 3 and the smoke collecting end 4 is completed, and the smoking set end 3 only needs to be provided with an iron sheet on the end face.
The smoking set end 3, the smoke collecting end 4 and the suction end are sequentially connected together through three assembly structures, sliding mechanisms are arranged at the bottom ends of the smoking set end 3, the smoke collecting end 4 and the suction end 5 and are respectively matched with the guide rail mechanism 13 so as to align the three parts, and the positions of the first smoke conveying channel 3-2, the second smoke conveying channel 4-1 and the suction channel 5-1 are opposite to each other and are in sealing communication through the first sealing ring 3-3, the second sealing ring 4-3 and the third sealing ring 5-2.
In other embodiments, the first, second and third mounting structures may also be quick-fit mechanical connection structures or adhesive structures for quick-fit connection purposes.
The mechanical arm mechanism is used for moving the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end to the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit respectively and for resetting the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end in a butt joint mode.
In this embodiment, the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit are both balances.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the manipulator mechanism includes a screw driving travelling mechanism 6, a fork frame 7 and a horizontal telescopic mechanism 8, the fork frame 7 is installed at a telescopic end of the horizontal telescopic mechanism, a tail end of the horizontal telescopic mechanism 8 is installed at a travelling end of the screw driving travelling mechanism 6, and matched fork openings 9 are provided at bottoms of the smoking set end 3 and the smoke collecting end 4 corresponding to the fork frame.
Example 1
The method comprises the steps of analyzing the precipitate of the whole cigarette, loading the cigarette or tobacco tar into a smoking set, placing a smoke trapping filter disc into a smoke trapping end, fixing the smoke trapping filter disc at the smoking set end, controlling the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end to be respectively placed on two balances through a mechanical arm to weigh to obtain initial weight, controlling a mechanical arm mechanism to reset the smoking set end and the smoke trapping end, starting an electromagnet, butting the smoking set end, the smoke trapping end and the suction end under the action of magnetic force, realizing butting of a first smoke conveying channel, a second smoke conveying channel and the suction channel due to the guiding action of a guide rail mechanism 13, starting a power pump of the suction end, simulating the process of population smoking, igniting or heating the cigarette or tobacco tar, controlling the electromagnet to cut off after the smoking of the whole cigarette or tobacco tar is finished, disconnecting the smoking set end, and the smoke trapping end and the suction end, respectively placing the smoking set end and the suction end on the two balances through the mechanical arm mechanism to weigh to obtain second weight data, and analyzing the change of the precipitate after the physical and chemical characteristics of the smoke are observed by comparing with the weight data of the balance.
Example 2
The difference between the analysis of the precipitate of the multi-port cigarettes and the embodiment 1 is that after each port cigarette is sucked, the electromagnet can be disconnected, then the mechanical arm mechanism is controlled to weigh the smoking set end and the smoke collecting end on two balances, the weight change of each port cigarette after the end is obtained, and simultaneously, the physicochemical characteristics of each port cigarette are analyzed and judged, so that the continuous port-by-port detection of the same cigarette is realized.
In summary, since the designed flue gas capturing device is of a modularized design, the flexibility is extremely high, and various flue gas detection means can be introduced, so that the flue gas capturing device has a remarkable contribution to increasingly finer researches.

the smoke trapping end comprises a second smoke conveying channel and a smoke trapping filter disc, the smoke trapping filter disc is embedded in the second smoke conveying channel, and a second sealing ring and a second assembling structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the smoke trapping end;
the suction end comprises a power pump and a corresponding suction channel, and a third sealing ring and a third assembly structure are arranged on the end face of the suction end, which is positioned at the inlet end of the suction channel;
the smoke tool end, the smoke collecting end and the suction end are sequentially connected together through three assembly structures, the three assembly structures are electromagnetic suction structures, and a first sealing ring and an iron sheet are arranged on the end face of the tail end of a first smoke conveying channel of the smoke tool end; two ends of the smoke trapping end are respectively provided with a second sealing ring, an air inlet end of the smoke trapping end is provided with an electromagnet, and an air outlet end of the smoke trapping end is provided with an iron sheet; the end face of the suction end, which is positioned at the inlet end of the suction channel, is provided with a third sealing ring and an electromagnet;
the electric wire is arranged inside the suction end, a contact metal sheet is arranged between the suction end and the smoke trapping end, an electric wire is arranged inside the smoke trapping end, after the electromagnet magnetically connects the suction end and the smoke trapping end, the contact metal sheet realizes the electrifying of the electromagnet of the smoke trapping end, the connection of a smoking set end and the smoke trapping end is completed, and the smoking set end is provided with an iron sheet on the end face of the end of the channel; the first flue gas conveying channel, the second flue gas conveying channel and the suction channel are opposite to each other.

The detachable flue gas segmented collection apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the smoke trapping end and the suction end are electrified through a contact type metal sheet, and an electromagnet arranged at the smoke trapping end is connected with the contact type metal sheet through an electric wire.
7. The detachable flue gas segmented collection apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the smoke trapping filter disc is detachably arranged at the smoke trapping end.
8. The detachable flue gas segmented collection apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit are balances.
