The oil fume purification system based on teppanyaki as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water circulation mechanism comprises a fan (16), a rotating rod (18) and a water pumping mechanism, the fan (16) is installed in the connecting pipe (9), the rotating rod (18) is located in the diffusion cover (10), a rotating shaft (17) is fixedly connected between the rotating rod (18) and the center of the fan (16), and the water pumping mechanism is installed at the top of the diffusion cover (10) and used for circularly pumping mixed liquid mixed with flavoring agents and discharging sewage.

The oil smoke purification system of claim 4, wherein the top of the smoke inlet of the filter box (5) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped water spray pipe (21), the side wall of the arc-shaped water spray pipe (21) is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, the arc-shaped water spray pipe (21) is communicated with the tail end of the water outlet pipe (27), and the tail end of the sewage suction pipe (22) is communicated with the bottom of the filter box (5).

s1, starting a fan, enabling oil smoke generated in the cooking process to enter the electrostatic adsorption type oil smoke purifier through the fan, and under the action of a high-voltage electric field, ionizing oil smoke gas to degrade and carbonize most of the oil smoke; a small part of tiny oil particles move to the positive and negative plates of the electric field under the action of the electric field force of the adsorption electric field and airflow and are collected on the plates, the remaining micron-sized oil mist is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by the electric field, and simultaneously, under the action of a high-voltage generator, air in the electric field generates ozone, and most of the smell of the oil fume in the fume is removed;
s2, the oil smoke processed by the S1 enters a UV photolysis purifier for further smell removal, and more than 95% of degradation and smell removal can be basically realized through the two steps;
s3, enabling the oil smoke discharged through S2 to enter a filter box, on one hand, wetting a filter screen close to the smoke inlet side of the filter box by a water circulation mechanism in the filter box to wet the wetted filter screen, and cooling, filtering and enhancing fragrance of the oil smoke, on the other hand, discharging sewage generated by filtering the oil smoke by the wetted filter screen, wherein the wetting water is a mixed liquid of a fragrance enhancer and tap water;
s4, the smoke processed by S3 passes through a plurality of inclined smoke outlet channels, the moisture in the oil smoke is liquefied when meeting the uniformly distributed baffle columns, and the oil smoke is filtered by the last filter screen, so that the temperature of the discharged oil smoke is lower and more moist, and the moisture content is controlled within a reasonable range;
s5, a smoke outlet is additionally arranged at a smoke outlet of the filter box, a drawing box is installed at the bottom of the smoke outlet, a solid freshener is placed in the drawing box, the solid freshener can continuously give out fragrance to be mixed with oil smoke, and the fragrance of the discharged oil smoke is further increased.
