s2: the driving motor (16) is started in the forward direction, the driving motor (16) drives the right screw (14) to rotate, the right screw (14) drives the right first gear (18) to rotate, the right first gear (18) drives the second gear (19) to rotate, the second gear (19) drives the left first gear (18) to rotate, the left first gear (18) drives the left screw (14) to rotate, and the two screws (14) rotate synchronously;
s3: when the two screw rods (14) rotate synchronously in the S2, the two nuts (17) can be driven to move downwards, the two nuts (17) drive the extension pipe (15) to slide downwards on the vertical pipe (11), the extension pipe (15) drives the valve (21) to move downwards through the liquid flowmeter (20), and the valve (21) drives the circular pipe (23) and the liquid outlet pipe (24) to move downwards, so that the height of the liquid outlet pipe (24) is changed;
