Abstract

There is provided herein a fixation device comprising: the fixing frame is provided with M mounting parts for mounting the marker; and the N bottom feet are positioned on one side of the fixing frame and can be rotatably arranged on the fixing frame, the fixing frame is fixed on the supporting surface through the N bottom feet, and N is more than or equal to 3. The fixing device is used for correspondingly mounting the M markers on the M mounting parts one by one so as to ensure that the relative positions of the markers are unique; because N footing all rotationally installs on the mount, no matter the surface of CT is plane or curved surface like this, all can be through the angle of adjusting the footing respectively, make N footing laminate respectively and fix on N first relevant position on CT to realize M markers and the M second relevant position one-to-one on CT, solved these markers when the relevant position on CT is fixed, hardly guarantee the unique problem in relative position between these markers.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to, but is not limited to, the field of medical devices, and more particularly, to a fastening device.
Background
Under the guidance of a CT (computed tomography) device, the equipment for minimally invasive surgery partially through an optical positioning system needs to fix a plurality of markers on the CT, and the markers are used for feeding back to the position of the CT of the optical positioning system so as to ensure that the puncture surgery is successfully performed, so that the relative positions of the markers are required to be unique.
However, the fixed position of these markers on the CT varies depending on the operating room environment. However, the surface of the CT is a plane, a curved surface, and the curvature of the curved surface is not determined, so that it is difficult to ensure that the relative positions of the markers are unique when the corresponding positions of the markers on the CT are fixed.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a fixing device, which can solve the problem that when the corresponding positions of markers on a CT are fixed, the relative positions of the markers are difficult to ensure to be unique.
The fixing device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: the fixing frame is provided with M mounting parts for mounting the marker, and M is more than or equal to 3; and the N bottom feet are positioned on one side of the fixed frame and can be rotatably arranged on the fixed frame, the fixed frame is fixed on a supporting surface through the N bottom feet, and N is more than or equal to 3.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The fixing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprises: the fixing frame 100, wherein M installing parts for installing the marker 200 are arranged on the fixing frame 100; and N feet 300 which are positioned below the fixed frame 100 and can be rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 100, wherein the fixed frame 100 is fixed on a supporting surface through the N feet 300, N is more than or equal to 3, and the supporting surface is the surface of the CT.
In the fixing device, M markers 200 are correspondingly arranged on M mounting parts one by one, so that the relative positions of the markers 200 are unique; furthermore, since the N feet 300 are rotatably mounted on the fixing frame 100, no matter the surface of the CT is a plane or a curved surface, the N feet 300 can be respectively attached and fixed to the N first corresponding positions on the CT by respectively adjusting the angles of the feet 300, so that the M markers 200 can be in one-to-one correspondence with the M second corresponding positions on the CT, and the problem that it is difficult to ensure that the relative positions of the markers 200 are unique when the corresponding positions of the markers 200 on the CT are fixed is solved.
Preferably, the N feet are all installed in a vertical rotating mode (namely, the axes of the N feet are all horizontally arranged), and the axes of the N feet are located on the first plane; in addition, M installation department is located the second plane and is not collinear setting, and the second plane sets up to be parallel to first plane.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, N is 3, and 3 feet 300 are spaced along the circumference of the fixing frame 100, so that the fixing device has better stability and does not shake after being installed (i.e., the triangle has stability, and the triangle is preferably a regular triangle).

In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom surface of the fixing frame 100 is provided with N mounting legs 110, and N feet 300 are rotatably mounted at the lower ends of the N mounting legs 110 in a one-to-one correspondence, so that the fixing frame 100 is avoided from the surface of the CT, thereby better realizing that the N feet 300 are respectively attached and fixed at N first corresponding positions on the CT.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, foot 300 may include: a support plate 310; the first hinge base 320 is fixed on one side surface of the support plate 310, the lower end of the mounting leg 110 is provided with the second hinge base 111, and the first hinge base 320 and the second hinge base 111 are hinged through a hinge shaft; or one of the first hinge seat and the second hinge seat is replaced by a ball seat, the other one of the first hinge seat and the second hinge seat is replaced by a ball head, and the rotatable installation of the bottom foot is realized through a ball hinge structure; the above objectives can be achieved without departing from the design concept of the present invention, and therefore, the details are not repeated herein and all of the objectives should fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting legs 110 are disposed obliquely outward from top to bottom, that is, the upper ends of the plurality of mounting legs 110 are inwardly gathered, and the lower ends of the plurality of mounting legs 110 are outwardly diffused, so that the fixing device is more stable and stable after being installed.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing device further includes: m markers 200 are arranged above the fixing frame 100 and are correspondingly arranged on M mounting parts one by one, wherein M is more than or equal to 3. The fixing frame 100 may be provided with M supporting arms 120, and the M mounting portions are located at the ends of the M supporting arms 120 in a one-to-one correspondence. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, M is 4, the markers 200 are light-reflecting balls, 4 light-reflecting balls are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixing frame 100, and the connecting lines of two sets of two opposite light-reflecting balls are perpendicularly intersected, so that the position of the optical positioning system CT can be better fed back through the X0Y coordinate system.
Of course, N may be 5 or 6, etc., and the purpose of the present application may also be achieved, and the purpose thereof does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, and therefore, it is not described herein again, and it also falls within the scope of the present application.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the other side of the support plate 310 is provided with an adhesive layer (i.e., the first hinge base 320 is located on one side of the support plate 310 and the adhesive layer is located on the other side of the support plate 310), and the feet 300 are adhesively fixed on the surface of the CT by the adhesive layer, which may be provided as a double-sided adhesive layer.
The fixing frame 100, the mounting leg 110, the supporting arm 120 and the foot 300 may be made of plastic or metal, and the like, all of which can achieve the purpose of the present application.
In summary, in the fixing device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the M markers are correspondingly mounted on the M mounting portions one by one, so as to ensure that the relative positions between the markers are unique; because N footing all rotationally installs on the mount, no matter the surface of CT is plane or curved surface like this, all can be through the angle of adjusting the footing respectively, make N footing laminate respectively and fix on N first relevant position on CT to realize M markers and the M second relevant position one-to-one on CT, solved these markers when the relevant position on CT is fixed, hardly guarantee the unique problem in relative position between these markers.
