In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the moving base 21 further includes: a battery 2102, a control 2103, wheels 2104;
a battery 2102 is fixedly arranged in the chassis 2101, and the battery 2102 stores electric quantity for the equipment and supplies power; the control device 2103 is fixedly arranged in the chassis 2101, a signal receiver and a central processing unit are arranged in the control device 2103, a remote control signal is received through the signal receiver, and the equipment works orderly through a program edited by the central processing unit.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, an automatic door stop mechanism for a collapsible operating room 22 comprises: a fixed plate 2205, a stop plate 2206, a sliding frame 2207, a fixed rack 2208 and an electric gear 2209;
the fixing plate 2205 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate 2201, and a sliding groove is formed in the fixing plate 2205; the opening blocking plate 2206 is slidably mounted on the lower end surface of the bottom plate 2201, the opening blocking plate 2206 can block the ventilation opening of the bottom plate 2201, the sliding frame 2207 is mounted on the rear end surface of the opening blocking plate 2206, and the lower end of the left rod of the sliding frame 2207 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove of the fixing plate 2205; the fixed rack 2208 is fixedly arranged on the rear end surface of the mouth blocking plate 2206; a motorized gear 2209 is mounted on the fixed plate 2205, and teeth of the motorized gear 2209 are engaged with the fixed rack 2208.
In an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10-13, the sequential folding mechanism of collapsible operating room 22 comprises: a rotating rod 2210, a stepping motor 2211, a bevel gear A2212, a long gear 2213, a gear A2214, a gear B2215, an electric cylinder 2216, a gear C2217, a gear D2218, a belt A2219, a fine rotating rod 2220, a cam 2221, a top rod 2222, a gear E2223, a belt B2224, a transmission wheel A2225, a belt C2226, a transmission wheel B2227, an adjusting wheel 2228, a bevel gear B2229, a bevel gear C2230, a transmission wheel C2231, a linkage gear 2232 and a belt D2233;
a rotating rod 2210 is rotatably arranged in a frame on the bottom plate 2201, and a bevel gear A2212, a long gear 2213, a gear A2214 and a gear B2215 are arranged on the rotating rod 2210; the stepping motor 2211 is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate 2201, a motor shaft of the stepping motor 2211 is fixedly connected with a bevel gear, and the bevel gear is meshed with a bevel gear A2212; the electric cylinder 2216 is fixedly arranged on a frame of the bottom plate 2201, the piston rod end of the electric cylinder 2216 is fixedly connected with a gear C2217, the gear C2217 is movably meshed with a long gear 2213 and a gear D2218, and the gear D2218 is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate 2201; the belt A2219 wraps the side rotating wheel of the gear D2218 and the rotating wheel on the thin rotating rod 2220; the thin rotating rod 2220 is rotatably mounted in a frame on the bottom plate 2201, and three cams 2221 with different shapes are arranged on the thin rotating rod 2220; the number of the top rods 2222 is three, three top rods 2222 are slidably mounted in a rack on the bottom plate 2201, the three top rods 2222 correspond to the three cams 2221 respectively, the rear ends of the three top rods 2222 are fixedly mounted with a gear E2223 respectively, the left gear E2223 is movably engaged with a gear A2214, the middle gear E2223 is movably engaged with a long gear 2213 and a linkage gear 2232, and the right gear E2223 is movably engaged with a gear B2215; the belt B2224 covers the gear E2223 and the transmission wheel A2225, and the transmission wheel A2225 is rotatably arranged in a frame on the bottom plate 2201; the number of the belts C2226 is three, the middle belt C2226 covers a transmission wheel A2225 and a transmission wheel B2227, the other side of the transmission wheel B2227 is connected with the belt, the other end of the belt is connected with the shaft at the lower end of the small side plate 2202, the side belt C2226 covers the side transmission wheel A2225 and a bevel gear B2229, the bevel gear B2229 is meshed with a bevel gear C2230, the bevel gear C2230 is connected with the transmission wheel C2231 through the belt, and the other side belt pulley of the transmission wheel C2231 is connected with the shaft at the lower end of the large side plate 2203; an adjusting wheel 2228 is mounted on the bottom plate 2201, and a belt pulley of the adjusting wheel 2228 is connected with a belt B2224 in a sliding manner; the linkage gear 2232 is rotatably arranged on the lower end surface of the bottom plate 2201, and the linkage gear 2232 is movably meshed with the gear E2223; the belt D2233 covers the rotating wheel of the linkage gear 2232 and the lower end rotating shaft of the small side plate 2202 on the other side.
In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the disinfecting top cover 23 further includes: a transmission wheel D2301, a turning block 2302, an operation lamp 2304 and a groove 2305;
a conveying wheel D2301 is rotatably arranged in a groove on the upper end face of the top plate 2303, and the conveying wheel D2301 is connected with a rotating shaft at the lower end of the large side plate 2203 through a belt; one end of the rotating block 2302 is fixedly arranged on the top plate 2303, and the other end of the rotating block 2302 is fixedly connected with the conveying wheel D2301; the operating lamp 2304 is fixedly mounted on the top plate 2303; the recess 2305 is provided at an intermediate position of the top plate 2303.
The sterilization mechanism of the sterilization top cover 23 includes: a rotating belt 2306, a sterilizing box 2307 and a sterilizing spray head 2308;
the rotating belt 2306 is rotatably installed in the groove 2305; the sterilizing box 2307 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top plate 2303; the disinfection spray nozzle 2308 is fixedly arranged on the rotating belt 2306, and a water pipe of the disinfection spray nozzle 2308 is connected with a water pump in the disinfection box 2307.
The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, the first motor 2107 drives the movable gear 2106 to rotate, so that the movable operating room 2 slides to the side from the top of the vehicle body 101 along the slide rail 102, and the wheels 2104 contact the ground; a stepping motor 2211 drives a bevel gear A2212 to rotate so as to drive a rotating rod 2210, an electric cylinder 2216 drives a gear C2217 to move so that the gear C2217 is meshed with a long gear 2213 and a gear D2218, the long gear 2213 drives the gear C2217 to rotate so as to drive the gear D2218 to rotate so as to drive a belt A2219, the belt A2219 drives a thin rotating rod 2220 to drive a cam 2221 on the thin rotating rod to push a top rod 2222, the gear E2223 on the right side is meshed with a gear B2215, then the electric cylinder 2216 drives the gear C2217 to be disengaged, the gear B2215 drives the gear E2223 to rotate so as to drive a belt B2224 to rotate so as to drive a transmission wheel A2225, the transmission wheel A2225 drives the belt C2226 to rotate so as to drive the bevel gear B2229 to rotate so as to drive a transmission wheel C2231, and the transmission wheel C2231 drives the belt so as to drive a large side plate 2203 on one side to be opened; next, the electric cylinder 2216 continuously drives the gear C2217 to be meshed with the long gear 2213 and the gear D2218, the thin rotating rod 2220 continuously rotates the cam 2221 to push the ejector rod 2222 on the other side to enable the gear E2223 to be meshed with the gear a2214, and the gear E2223 drives the mechanism on the other side to rotate to enable the large side plate 2203 on the other side to be opened; then the electric cylinder 2216 drives the gear C2217 to rotate, the gear D2218 moves the base 4 to drive the belt A2219 to drive the cam 2221 to continuously rotate, the middle gear E2223 is meshed with the long gear 2213 and the linkage gear 2232, the long gear 2213 drives the gear E2223 to drive the belt B2224 to drive the transmission wheel A2225 to drive the belt C2226 to drive the transmission wheel B2227 to drive the small side plate 2202 on one side, the linkage gear 2232 drives the belt D2233 to drive the small side plate 2202 on the other side to be opened, when the small side plates 2202 on the two sides are opened to be in a horizontal state, then a doctor, a patient and equipment enter the bottom plate 2201 from the small side plate 2202, then the small side plate 2202 continuously rotates to be in a vertical state, and the small side plate 2202 and the large side plate 2203 form a four-sided wall body;
then, a belt at the middle position of a large side plate 2203 at one side is driven to rotate by a conveying wheel C2231 at the side surface, so that a conveying wheel D2301 is driven to rotate, a rotating block 2302 rotates, and a top plate 2303 rotates to cover the top;
the operation lamp 2304 is used for lighting, the disinfection box 2307 is used for providing disinfection water for the disinfection spray head 2308, and the rotating belt 2306 is used for driving the disinfection spray head 2308 to rotate for comprehensive disinfection; the electric gear 2209 drives the fixed rack 2208 to slide so as to drive the baffle plate 2206 to slide out of the hole of the bottom plate 2201 and open, and sterile air is provided for the bottom plate 2201 through the super clean bench 2204, so that the interior of an operating room is kept sterile, and the operation is prevented from being influenced;
when the operation is finished, the operation room can be automatically folded and transported to the top of the ambulance, the integral foldable design and the portable design of the equipment are very favorable for saving the rescue time, and when the ambulance moves to the position of a patient, the patient can be timely rescued in the emergency operation room, so that the missing of the optimal rescue time is avoided.
