Claims (21)

1. Assembled partition wall, its characterized in that includes:
keel frame (3) comprising: the top keel (4), the vertical keel (5) and the bottom keel (6) are combined to form a frame structure;
the composite board is compounded with a sound insulation material (20) at the inner side, is attached to one side of the keel frame (3) in an attached mode to form a first side wallboard (1), and is attached to the other side of the keel frame (3) in an attached mode to form a second side wallboard (2);
on fossil fragments frame (3), be formed with the intermediate layer between first curb plate (1) with second curb plate (2), have in the intermediate layer and be suitable for setting up the passageway of reserving the pipeline.

The fabricated partition wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top keel (4) is provided with a top extension strip (11) for receiving a top end of a composite board, the top extension strip (11) is provided with a plurality of first connecting lugs (12) arranged at intervals, and the first connecting lugs (12) are bent downwards relative to the top extension strip (11) to cover the outer side of the composite board.

The fabricated partition according to claim 2, wherein the top keel (4) comprises: the ceiling structure comprises a top groove plate (9) and a top cover plate (10) covering the groove of the top groove plate (9), wherein the top cover plate (10) is suitable for being provided with a fastener for being connected with a ceiling.
4. An assembly partition according to claim 3 wherein the top end channel plate (9) and the top end cover plate (10) are connected by adhesive, fasteners or welding, or by a combination of adhesive and fasteners.
5. An assembled partition as claimed in claim 3 wherein the top end groove plate (9) has top end extension strips on each side of the groove extending towards both sides.
6. A fabricated partition according to claim 3, characterised in that a buffer (13) is provided on the top end extension of the top end groove plate (9) on the side facing the ceiling.
7. An assembly partition according to claim 3 in which the recess of the top end recess plate (9) has a through hole in its underside which is opposite the fastener on the top end cover plate (10).
8. A fabricated partition according to claim 3, characterised in that the ceiling grid (4) is adapted to be connected to a ceiling by fasteners.
9. An assembly partition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the base runner (6) has a base end extension (16) for receiving the base end of the composite panel, the base end extension (16) having a plurality of spaced second lugs (17), the second lugs (17) having an initial condition extending outwardly of the runner frame (3), the second lugs (17) further having a snap-fit condition bent upwardly to overlie the outer side of the composite panel.

An assembled partition according to claim 9 wherein the bottom keel (6) comprises: the floor comprises a bottom groove plate (14) and a bottom cover plate (15) covering the groove of the bottom groove plate (14), wherein the bottom cover plate (15) is provided with a connecting surface used for being connected with a floor.
11. The fabricated partition of claim 10, wherein the bottom end groove plate (14) and the bottom end cover plate (15) are connected by bonding, fasteners or welding, or by a combination of bonding and fasteners.
12. An assembly partition according to claim 10 wherein the bottom end channel panels (14) have bottom end extension strips (16) on either side of the channel extending towards each side.
13. An assembly partition according to claim 10 wherein the bottom end extension (16) of the bottom end channel panel (14) is provided with a cushioning member (13) on the side facing the floor.
14. An assembly partition as claimed in claim 10 wherein the recess of the bottom end recess panel (14) has a through hole in the floor thereof.
15. An assembly partition according to claim 10 wherein the bottom keel (6) is adapted to be attached to the floor by gluing.
16. The fabricated partition according to claim 1, wherein the mullion (5) is connected with the top keel (4) and the bottom keel (6), respectively, by fasteners.
17. The assembly type partition wall according to claim 16, wherein bending pieces (18) are respectively arranged at two ends of the vertical keel (5), after two ends of the vertical keel (5) are respectively abutted to the top keel (4) and the bottom keel (6), the bending pieces (18) are abutted to the top keel (4) or the bottom keel (6), and a fastener for fixedly connecting the bending pieces (18) with the top keel (4) or the bottom keel (6) is suitable for being arranged on the bending pieces (18).
18. The fabricated partition wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cross bracing keel (7) is further connected between the vertical keels (5), and the cross bracing keel (7) is provided with a through hole which is vertically communicated.
19. The fabricated partition of claim 1, wherein the vertical keel (5) is provided with a plurality of through holes which transversely penetrate from left to right.
20. The fabricated partition of claim 1, wherein the composite panel comprises: the decorative plate (19) and rock wool compounded on one side of the decorative plate (19); the rock wool is provided with a plurality of spliced blocks in the composite board, and splicing seams of the rock wool and splicing seams of the decorative boards (19) are arranged in a staggered mode.
21. A method of installing a fabricated partition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 20, including the steps of:
splicing the keel frame (3);
a reserved pipeline is arranged in the keel frame (3);
and respectively attaching the composite plates to two sides of the keel frame (3) for fixed connection.
