The object of the present invention is to provide a tearing machine that solves one or more of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
The invention provides a cloth tearing machine, which comprises a discharging device, a material pressing and cutting mechanism, a cloth tearing rod device and an auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism, wherein the cloth tearing rod device is arranged between the material pressing and cutting mechanism and the auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism,
the pressing and cutting mechanism comprises an upper cloth pressing device and a cutting component arranged below the upper cloth pressing device;
the auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism comprises a lower cloth pressing device arranged corresponding to the upper cloth pressing device and a lifting device connected with the lower cloth pressing device;
the cloth tearing rod device comprises a sliding assembly and a cloth tearing rod arranged on the sliding assembly.
In some embodiments, the discharging device comprises a pulling roller, the upper cloth pressing device is arranged below the pulling roller, and preferably, an anti-rebound cloth pressing rod is arranged on the pulling roller and presses on the cloth surface on the pulling roller.
In some embodiments, the discharging device further comprises a discharging frame provided with a discharging roller, the linear speed of the discharging roller is less than that of the pulling roller, preferably, a deviation rectifier and a metering device are installed on the discharging roller for metering the discharging length, and a meter counter is adopted as the metering device.
In certain embodiments, the upper and lower cloth pressing devices operate synchronously.
In some embodiments, the upper cloth pressing device comprises an upper cloth pressing cylinder, a first pressing plate and a cloth upper baffle, the first pressing plate is connected with the upper cloth pressing cylinder, the position of the first pressing plate corresponds to the position of the cloth upper baffle, and the first pressing plate is used for pressing the fabric put down by the material placing device on the cloth upper baffle; the lower cloth pressing device comprises a lower cloth pressing cylinder, a second pressing plate and a lower cloth baffle, the lower cloth pressing cylinder is connected with the lifting device, the second pressing plate and the lower cloth baffle are connected with the lower cloth pressing cylinder, the position of the second pressing plate corresponds to that of the lower cloth baffle, and the second pressing plate is used for pressing the fabric put down by the material placing device onto the lower cloth baffle.
In some embodiments, the lower cloth baffle and the upper cloth baffle are in the same plane, and the plane is tangent to the roller surface of the pulling roller in the emptying device.
In some embodiments, the slitting assembly comprises a slitting cylinder and a blade mounted on the slitting cylinder.
In some embodiments, the cloth tearing rod comprises a mounting handle, a cloth tearing rod main body, a cloth stopper rod and a cloth pushing rod, one end of the cloth tearing rod main body is connected with the mounting handle, the mounting handle is connected with the sliding assembly, the other end of the cloth tearing rod main body is provided with the cloth stopper rod and the cloth pushing rod, and the outer surface of the cloth tearing rod main body is preferably a smooth arc surface.
In some embodiments, the tearing machine further comprises a thread shifting mechanism arranged corresponding to the cloth tearing rod, wherein a thread shifting hooking groove is arranged at the end part, which is not connected with the sliding assembly, of the main body of the cloth tearing rod, and the thread shifting hooking groove corresponds to the thread shifting mechanism.
In some embodiments, the cloth tearing machine further comprises a cloth edge blocking rod, and the cloth edge blocking rod is arranged corresponding to the upper cloth pressing device and the lower cloth pressing device.
The tearing machine has the advantages that:
the cloth tearing machine is reasonable in structure, can automatically measure the length of cloth, and tears the cloth by utilizing the outer surface of the smooth arc-shaped surface on the cloth tearing rod main body to transversely move at a cut fixed at the edge of the cloth and generate tearing force towards two sides at the cut. The whole process of emptying and tearing cloth only needs about 12 seconds. The cloth tearing speed is more than five times of the common manual cloth tearing speed. The automation degree is high, the operation is simple and convenient, and the dependence on manpower is reduced.
Meanwhile, because the cloth length is automatically measured by the equipment, the length error of each time is very small, the size is accurate, and each product is almost the same. The loss of raw materials is reduced.

The invention provides a cloth tearing machine, which combines the contents shown in figures 1 to 5 and comprises a feeding device, a material pressing and cutting mechanism, a cloth tearing rod device, an auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism, a wire shifting mechanism and an electric cabinet 11 which are arranged on a bracket 21, wherein the feeding device, the material pressing and cutting mechanism, the cloth tearing rod device, the auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism and the wire shifting mechanism are all connected with the electric cabinet 11,
the discharging device comprises a drawing roller 3 and a discharging frame provided with a discharging roller 2, the drawing roller 3 is arranged on one side of the discharging frame, a deviation corrector and a metering device are installed on the discharging roller 2, discharging is carried out along a fixed straight line under the driving of the discharging roller 2 according to a set length, an anti-rebound cloth pressing rod 4 is installed on the drawing roller 3, the anti-rebound cloth pressing rod 4 is lightly pressed on a cloth surface on the drawing roller 3, on one hand, the advancing of cloth is not hindered, on the other hand, the transverse extension of the cloth during cloth tearing is not blocked, meanwhile, when the cloth tearing is finished, the cloth rebounds to be separated from the drawing roller, the stable and normal operation of production is ensured, wherein the linear velocity of the drawing roller 3 is greater than that of the discharging roller 2, the tension of the cloth unwound by the drawing roller 3 can be smoothly and straightly drawn to the height of the drawing roller 3 in a very small state and vertically hangs down around the drawing roller 3;
the material pressing and slitting mechanism comprises an upper cloth pressing device and a slitting assembly arranged below the upper cloth pressing device, the upper cloth pressing device comprises an upper cloth pressing cylinder 19, a first pressing plate and a cloth upper baffle 5, the first pressing plate is connected with the upper cloth pressing cylinder 19, the position of the first pressing plate corresponds to the position of the cloth upper baffle 5, the first pressing plate is used for pressing the fabric laid down by the material placing device on the cloth upper baffle 5, the slitting assembly comprises a slitting cylinder 18 and a blade, the blade is arranged on the slitting cylinder 18, and the slitting cylinder 18 is used for driving the blade to cut a cloth edge into a notch, so that the cloth can be smoothly torn by the cloth tearing rod 8 along the notch;

the auxiliary longitudinal cloth tearing mechanism comprises a lower cloth pressing device arranged corresponding to the upper cloth pressing device and a lifting device 15 connected with the lower cloth pressing device, the lower cloth pressing device comprises a lower cloth pressing cylinder 16, a second pressing plate and a cloth lower baffle 6, the cloth lower baffle 6 and the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 are both connected with the lifting device 15, the second pressing plate is connected with the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16, the position of the second pressing plate corresponds to the position of the cloth lower baffle 6, the second pressing plate is used for pressing the fabric put down by the material placing device on the cloth lower baffle 6, the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 and the upper cloth pressing cylinder 19 synchronously press and release the cloth, after the cloth is pressed, the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 moves downwards under the driving of the lifting device 15, namely moves longitudinally along the cloth to tear the cloth, plays an auxiliary cloth tearing role in transverse cloth tearing, wherein the cloth lower baffle 6 and the cloth upper baffle 5 are positioned on the same plane, the plane is tangent to the roll surface of a pulling roll 3 in the discharging device, so that the cloth falling from the pulling roll 3 falls against a cloth upper baffle 5 and a cloth lower baffle 6;
the thread shifting mechanism comprises a thread shifting hooking knife 12, a horizontal thread shifting cylinder 13 and a vertical thread shifting cylinder 14, the thread shifting hooking knife 12 is driven by the horizontal thread shifting cylinder 13 and the vertical thread shifting cylinder 14 to move in a front-up-down-back sequence, in the process, the thread shifting hooking knife 12 penetrates through a thread shifting hooking knife groove 8.2 in the cloth tearing rod 8 to cut off and shift yarns possibly wound on the cloth tearing rod 8, and the cloth tearing rod 8 is guaranteed to play a normal cloth tearing function.
In some embodiments, a cloth roll lifting mechanism 1 is disposed on the other side of the discharging frame, and the cloth roll lifting mechanism 1 is composed of two vertically disposed cylinders and the discharging frame, and is used for lifting the cloth roll 22 to the height of the discharging roller 2, so that the cloth roll can be conveniently loaded.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the discharging roller 2 is constant, the cloth roll 22 is placed on the discharging roller 2 to rotate with the discharging roller for discharging, and the rotating length of the discharging roller 2 is the same as the discharging length of the cloth roll 22, so that the discharging length is calculated, and the function of discharging and tearing cloth with fixed length is realized.
In some embodiments, the cloth roll lifting mechanism 1 can be improved into an automatic cloth roll releasing device, so that cloth roll feeding is facilitated, and labor intensity is reduced.
In some embodiments, the material placing frame is provided with a cloth sewing head recognition device, and sewing heads are recognized in the material placing process so as to be torn off at the sewing heads, so that the waste of cloth is avoided.
In some embodiments, a meter counter is used as the metering device to accommodate different dimensional accuracy requirements.
In some embodiments, the cloth is driven to advance by the friction force generated by lapping the pulling roller 3, so that the fabric is prevented from being stretched and deformed due to strong pulling, the stability of the size is ensured, and the cloth tearing machine can be better applied to the elastic and deformable fabric.
In some embodiments, the cloth tearing rod 8 extends out of the plane where the upper cloth baffle 5 and the lower cloth baffle 6 are located by 20-30 mm, that is, the cloth tearing rod 8 penetrates through the plane of the cloth, and the cloth tearing rod 8 can tear the cloth all the time under the blocking of the cloth baffle 8.4.

In some embodiments, a rodless cylinder is used as the lifting device 15.
The operating principle of the tearing machine is as follows:
placing the yardage roll 22 on a yardage roll lifting mechanism 1, removing the package, and preparing for feeding;
discharging, namely, placing the lifted cloth roll 22 on the discharging roller 2, and discharging the cloth along a fixed straight line according to a set length under the driving of the discharging roller 2; the cloth unwound by the unwinding roller 2 is smoothly and straightly pulled to the height of the pulling roller 3 by the pulling roller 3, and naturally and vertically hangs down by the pulling roller 3 under the action of the self gravity of the cloth and clings to the cloth upper baffle 5 and the cloth lower baffle 6, and one edge of the cloth passes through a channel between the first pressing plate and the cloth upper baffle 5 and a channel between the second pressing plate and the cloth lower baffle 6, so that the cloth head is not required to be pulled forward by means of external force after each tearing, and meanwhile, the cloth is in an approximately tension-free state, the extension deformation in the cloth feeding process is reduced to the minimum, and the stability of the size is ensured;
stopping discharging when the discharging length reaches a set value;
the upper cloth pressing cylinder 19 presses the cloth edge on the upper cloth baffle 5, the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 presses the cloth edge on the lower cloth baffle 6, and the cutting cylinder 18 drives the blade to cut the cloth edge after the cloth edge is pressed;
then the cloth tearing rod 8 is driven by the cloth tearing rod sliding seat 9 to tear the cloth transversely along the notch from left to right; meanwhile, the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 is driven by the lifting device 15 to pull the cloth edge below the cut downwards to do longitudinal movement, and auxiliary cloth tearing is performed to simulate manual actions to tear the cut;
and after the cloth tearing rod 8 finishes the cloth tearing action, returning to the original point on the left side. Meanwhile, the upper cloth pressing cylinder 19 and the lower cloth pressing cylinder 16 are lifted, the cloth edges are released, next discharging is started, and the lifting device 15 is lifted to the cut to wait for next cloth tearing.
After the cloth tearing rod 8 reaches the original point and stops, the vertical line shifting cylinder 14 is lifted to drive the line shifting hook knife 12 to penetrate through the line shifting hook knife groove 8.2 on the cloth tearing rod, then the horizontal line shifting cylinder 13 is pushed forwards to drive the vertical line shifting cylinder 14 to move forwards, so that the line shifting hook knife 12 can gather yarns wound on the cloth tearing rod 8, then the vertical line shifting cylinder 14 descends to drive the line shifting hook knife 12 to cut the gathered yarns, the yarns are shifted from the cloth tearing rod 8, the horizontal line shifting cylinder 13 returns to the original position, and the line shifting action is completed. And after the emptying is finished, carrying out the next fixed-length cloth tearing circulation.
