However, when the bandage is detected at present, no professional equipment is used for stretching and detecting the bandage, and most of the bandage is pulled manually by a plurality of workers, so that the manpower resource is wasted.

The invention provides a bandage stretching length measuring device, which aims to solve the problems that no professional device is used for stretching detection of a bandage, most of workers pull the bandage manually, manpower resources are wasted and the like when the bandage is detected in the prior art.

the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate, a clamping assembly is arranged on the fixing plate, the moving mechanism comprises a moving plate, the clamping assembly is also arranged on the moving plate, moving wheels and finger position plates are arranged on two sides of the moving plate, and one end of the moving plate far away from the fixing mechanism is provided with a moving pulley, the traction retaining mechanism comprises an installation box with two open ends, a top plate is arranged at the top of the mounting box, a horizontal fixed friction wheel and a horizontal traction eccentric wheel are arranged between the top plate and the mounting box, the rotating shafts of the fixed friction wheel and the traction eccentric wheel penetrate through the top plate, and are respectively connected with one end of a spring rod and one end of a bent rod, the other end of the spring rod is connected with the other end of the bent rod, and a traction pulley is arranged at an opening at one end of the mounting box, which is far away from the moving mechanism, through a fixing frame.

The working principle is as follows:
when in use, one end of the bandage is fixed on the clamping component 7 on the fixing mechanism 2, the other end passes through the roller 305 and is fixed on the clamping component 7 on the moving mechanism 3, one end of the pull wire is connected with the weight seat, the other end passes through the traction pulley 404 and the moving pulley 304 in sequence, then passes through the space between the fixed friction wheel 405 and the clamping eccentric wheel 703, and is finally fixed on the winding wheel 501, the winding wheel 501 is rotated through the winding wheel handle 502, so that the moving mechanism 3 moves towards the direction close to the traction stopping mechanism 4 along with the pulling wire until the weight is off-ground-centimeter, the winding wheel 502 which is continuously held by one hand prevents the winding wheel 501 from backing, the other hand pulls the bent rod 408, so that the fixed friction wheel 405 and the traction eccentric wheel 406 tightly clamp the pulling wire, the pulling wire can only move towards the winding wheel 501 direction, but can not back, the stopping effect is achieved, and the invention replaces the traditional manual drawing, can be operated by one person, not only saves human resources, but also improves the automation level of production equipment.
