In some optional embodiments, slide rails 13 are fixed to inner walls of two sides of the first pipeline 1, the slide rails 13 are parallel to the length direction of the first pipeline 1, at least two rollers 14 are arranged on outer walls of two sides of the movable frame 3, the cross section of each slide rail 13 is in an inverted concave shape, the rollers 14 on two sides of the movable frame 3 are respectively located on inner sides of the two slide rails 13, and the rollers 14 are arranged to facilitate movement of the movable frame 3 along the inner wall of the first pipeline 1.
In some optional embodiments, the first electromagnet 10 is arranged inside the first rectangular frame 8, after the cleaning operation of the second filter screen 9 is completed, the frame body 6 needs to be moved back into the second pipeline 7 again, the first electromagnet 10 is powered on, the first electromagnet 10 generates magnetism, the frame body 6 is attracted to the first rectangular frame 8, after the frame body 6 is in contact with the first rectangular frame 8, the first electromagnet 10 is powered off, then the edible oil is continuously introduced, and under the action of the edible oil, the frame body 6 keeps a state of being attached to the first rectangular frame 8.
In some optional embodiments, the rubber skin 5 is arranged on the outer wall of the frame body 6, so that the adhesion between the frame body 6 and the inner wall of the second pipeline 7 is improved, edible oil is prevented from passing through the inner walls of the frame body 6 and the second pipeline 7, and the filtering effect is reduced.

Claims (10)
1. The edible oil filtering device is characterized by comprising a filtering box (17), wherein the filtering box (17) is of a vertically placed cake-shaped structure, supporting legs (22) are fixed on two sides of the outside of the filtering box (17), a rotating shaft (19) in rotating connection is arranged in the center of the filtering box (17) in a penetrating mode, a rotating unit for driving the rotating shaft (19) to rotate is arranged on the outside of the filtering box (17), four rotating plates (18) are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft (19) along the circle center of the rotating shaft, the two sides of each rotating plate (18) are attached to the inner walls of the two sides of the filtering box (17), the two ends of each rotating plate (18) are respectively attached to the inner walls of the circumferences of the rotating shaft (19) and the filtering box (17), a rectangular groove (27) is formed in one side of the rotating plate (18) opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating shaft (19), and a through hole (28) penetrating through the rotating plate (18) is formed in the middle end of the bottom of the rectangular groove (27), rectangular channel (27) are close to inside springboard (30) that is provided with of one end of pivot (19), the one end that pivot (19) were kept away from in springboard (30) is fixed with fixed frame (29), the inside of fixed frame (29) is provided with filter screen (26), the inner wall laminating of springboard (30) and fixed frame (29) and rectangular channel (27), the one end that pivot (19) were kept away from in fixed frame (29) is fixed with driving lever (24), oil outlet (20) have been seted up on the circumference inner wall of rose box (17) right side below, slag hole (23) have been seted up on the circumference inner wall of rose box (17) left side below, be connected with the inlet tube on the circumference inner wall of rose box (17) upper right side.

The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shift lever (24) comprises a vertical portion vertically fixed at an end of the fixing frame (29), a horizontal portion extending towards a circumferential inner wall of the filtering box (17) is arranged at a top end of the vertical portion, a fixing plate (34) is fixed on a circumferential outer wall on a left side of the filtering box (17), a top block (33) in sliding connection penetrates through the circumferential inner wall on the left side of the filtering box (17), a first spring (35) is connected between the top block (33) and the fixing plate (34), an end face, facing towards the inside of the filtering box (17), of the top block (33) is an arc-shaped face, and a notch (36) is formed in one side of the arc-shaped face, facing away from a rotating direction of the rotating shaft (19).

The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a slot (32) is formed in a side wall of one end of the rectangular groove (27) close to the rotating shaft (19), one end of the elastic plate (30) is inserted into the slot (32), an auxiliary block (31) is fixed to the bottom of one end of the rectangular groove (27) close to the rotating shaft (19), and an upper end face of the auxiliary block (31) is flush with the bottom surface of the slot (32).
4. The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rectangular groove (27) is fixed with a striking block (25) at the bottom of one end far away from the rotating shaft (19).

The edible oil filtering device according to claim 4, wherein the rotating unit comprises rotating seats (21) located at two sides of the outside of the filtering tank (17), two ends of the rotating shaft (19) are fixed in the bearing inner rings of the two rotating seats (21), one of the rotating seats (21) is further fixed with a motor (37), and an output shaft of the motor (37) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft (19).
6. The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rectangular groove (27) is provided with an inclined flow guide surface at the upper end of the periphery thereof.

The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil inlet pipe comprises a first pipeline (1) and a second pipeline (7) communicated with the first pipeline, the second pipeline (7) is communicated with the inner wall of the circumference of the upper right of the filtering box (17), the first pipeline (1) and the second pipeline (7) are rectangular pipes, the size of the inner wall of the second pipeline (7) is smaller than that of the first pipeline (1), a second rectangular frame (15) is arranged inside the first pipeline (1), fixing rods (2) fixed on the inner wall of the first pipeline (1) are arranged at the top and the bottom of the second rectangular frame (15), a second electromagnet (16) is arranged inside the second rectangular frame (15), a movable frame (3) is arranged inside the first pipeline (1), the movable frame (3) is aligned with the second rectangular frame (15), and the movable frame (3) is connected with the inner wall of the first pipeline (1) in a sliding manner, the inner wall of pipeline two (7) is fixed with rectangle frame (8), rectangle frame (8) are provided with framework (6) towards one side of pipeline (1), framework (6) outer wall and the laminating of pipeline (1) inner wall, framework (6) inboard is fixed with filter screen two (9), the mesh aperture of filter screen two (9) is greater than the mesh aperture of filter screen (26), be connected with a plurality of springs two (4) between framework (6) and activity frame (3), the one end bottom that pipeline (1) is close to pipeline two (7) is provided with out hopper (11), the bottom that goes out hopper (11) is provided with blanking cover (12) that can dismantle the connection.

The edible oil filtering device according to claim 7, wherein sliding rails (13) are fixed on the inner walls of the two sides of the first pipeline (1), the sliding rails (13) are parallel to the length direction of the first pipeline (1), at least two rollers (14) are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the movable frame (3), the cross section of each sliding rail (13) is in an inverted concave shape, and the rollers (14) on the two sides of the movable frame (3) are respectively located on the inner sides of the two sliding rails (13).
9. The edible oil filtering device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the rectangular frame I (8) is internally provided with an electromagnet I (10).
10. The edible oil filtering device according to claim 7, characterized in that the outer wall of the frame body (6) is provided with a rubber skin (5).
