30-37 parts of ricinoleic acid modified epoxy resin,
16-20 parts of organic silicon modified epoxy resin,
50-60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion,
3-5 parts of 1,3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane,
4-5.5 parts of diatomite powder,
5-7 parts of filler,
2.6 to 3.2 parts of potassium aluminum silicate,
2-2.5 parts of tromethamine magnesium aluminum silicate;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.9-1.3 parts of curing agent and 0.6-0.8 part of accelerator.
2. The environment-friendly wear-resistant odor-resistant coating special for wood floors as claimed in claim 1,
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
33.5 parts of ricinoleic acid modified epoxy resin,
18 parts of organic silicon modified epoxy resin,
55 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion,
4 parts of 1,3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane,
4.8 parts of diatomite powder,
6 portions of filler,
2.9 parts of potassium aluminum silicate,
2.25 parts of tromethamine magnesium aluminum silicate;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.1 parts of curing agent and 0.7 part of accelerator.
3. The environment-friendly wear-resistant and odor-free coating special for the wood floors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the styrene-acrylic emulsion is styrene-acrylic emulsion 5969 of the company badefu.
4. The wear-resistant and odor-resistant coating special for the environment-friendly wood floors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is a mixture of nano silica, silver borosilicate and nano graphene oxide powder.
5. The environment-friendly wear-resistant odor-free coating special for the wood floors as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the nano-silica to the silver borosilicate to the nano-graphene oxide powder is 10: (2.3-3.3): (3-4).
6. The wear-resistant odor-free coating special for the environment-friendly wood floors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the curing agent is a mixture of methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and zinc peroxide.
7. The environment-friendly wear-resistant odor-removing coating special for wood floors as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of the methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride to the zinc peroxide is 1: (2.6-3.6).
8. The wear-resistant odor-free coating special for the environment-friendly wood floors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the accelerant is diphenyl imidazole.
9. The preparation method of the wear-resistant and odor-resistant coating special for the environment-friendly wood floors as recited in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the following steps:
weighing the following components in parts by weight: ricinoleic acid modified epoxy resin, organic silicon modified epoxy resin, styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1,3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane, diatomite powder, filler, aluminum potassium silicate, tromethamine magnesium aluminum silicate, curing agent and accelerator;
preparing a component A: stirring ricinoleic acid modified epoxy resin, organic silicon modified epoxy resin, styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1,3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane, diatomite powder, filler, potassium aluminum silicate and tromethamine magnesium aluminum silicate at the rotating speed of 1000-1500 r/min for 40-50 min to obtain a component A;
preparing a component B: uniformly mixing a curing agent and an accelerant to obtain a component B;
when in use, the component A and the component B are mixed evenly for use.
