2) mixing the raw materials of the non-sticky coating with good lubricating property, and uniformly mixing the raw materials by adopting high-speed dispersion;
3) and (3) coating the coating obtained in the step 2) on the surface of a base material in a spraying manner, wherein the spraying thickness is 120 microns, the coating is cured for more than 4 hours at the temperature of 58 ℃ after spraying, and then the coating is cured for more than 12 hours at normal temperature, so that the non-stick coating with good lubricating property is obtained.
Example 4:
the non-stick coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
45 parts of epoxy acrylate,
27.5 parts of polyacrylic acid fluorine-containing ester,
28.5 parts of poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene),
13 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder,
3.4 parts of suspension dispersant, 1.2 parts of flatting agent and 1.7 parts of curing agent.
In this example, the suspension dispersant is a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and vinylimidazole.
In the embodiment, the leveling agent is leveling agent AC-3777.
In this example, the curing agent is a mixture of CF-6501 epoxy curing agent, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole.
In this embodiment, the mass ratio of the CF-6501 epoxy curing agent, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole in the mixture of the CF-6501 epoxy curing agent, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole is 1: 0.75: 0.03.

3) and (3) coating the coating obtained in the step 2) on the surface of a base material in a spraying manner, wherein the spraying thickness is 120 microns, curing is carried out for more than 4 hours at the temperature of 50-58 ℃ after spraying, and then curing is carried out for more than 12 hours at normal temperature, so as to obtain the non-stick coating with good lubricating property.
The following tests were conducted on the non-stick coatings obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and the ordinary coatings (same thickness as in example 4 and same coating process as in example 4), and the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the non-stick coating of the invention has a static friction coefficient as low as 0.03, a dynamic friction coefficient as low as 0.015, excellent lubricating property and non-stick property, can completely meet the use requirements of various processing molds (such as various plastic demolding, baking molds, paper making and textile industries), can not use a mold release agent (can improve the production efficiency), and has excellent durability; the adhesive force with the base material is large, and the loading capacity is large; the impact resistance and the flexibility are good; has good comprehensive performance and long service life when being used for various processing moulds (such as various plastic demoulding, baking moulds, paper making and textile industries).
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The non-stick coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of epoxy acrylate,
25-32 parts of polyacrylic acid fluorine-containing ester,
25-32 parts of poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene),
10-15 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder,
2.5-4 parts of a suspension dispersant, 1-1.4 parts of a flatting agent and 1.5-2 parts of a curing agent.
2. The non-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the non-stick coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
45 parts of epoxy acrylate,
27.5 parts of polyacrylic acid fluorine-containing ester,
28.5 parts of poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene),
13 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder,
3.4 parts of suspension dispersant, 1.2 parts of flatting agent and 1.7 parts of curing agent.
3. The non-tacky coating of claim 1 wherein the suspending dispersant is a copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl imidazole.
4. The non-stick coating of claim 1 wherein the leveling agent is leveling agent AC-3777.
5. The non-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the curing agent is a mixture of CF-6501 epoxy curing agent, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole.
6. The non-tacky coating of claim 5 wherein the mixture of CF-6501 epoxy hardener, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole has a mass ratio of CF-6501 epoxy hardener, dicyanodiamide and dimethylimidazole of 1: (0.7-0.8): (0.02-0.04).
7. The non-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene powder has a particle size of 4um or less.
8. The non-stick coating of claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of a solvent.
9. The non-stick coating of claim 8, wherein the solvent is at least one of an alcohol solvent, a ketone solvent, an ester solvent, and an ether solvent.
10. A process for coating a non-stick coating according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials of the non-sticky coating according to the weight parts for later use;
2) mixing the raw materials of the non-sticky coating with good lubricating property, and uniformly mixing the raw materials by adopting high-speed dispersion;
3) and (3) coating the coating obtained in the step 2) on the surface of a base material in a spraying manner, wherein the spraying thickness is 50-150 mu m, curing is carried out for more than 4h at the temperature of 50-58 ℃ after spraying, and then curing is carried out for more than 12h at normal temperature, so as to obtain the non-stick coating with good lubricating property.
