As shown in fig. 1, the left side plate 23 and the right side plate 24 are provided with anti-slip lines to ensure that the goods will not slip on the left side plate 23 and the right side plate 24 when the present invention is used as a general pallet. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the left side plate 23 and the right side plate 24 are provided with opening handles flush with the top surface, and since the front side plate 21 and the rear side plate 22 do not need to be provided as a plane, they can be opened by using a latch or the like as a handle.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7, the bottom of the front side plate 21 is provided with a side plate hinge end 211, the front of the tray 1 is provided with a tray hinge end 13 matched with the side plate hinge end 211, the front of the tray 1 is slidably provided with a slider 14 matched with the tray hinge end 13, the right end of the slider 14 is provided with a rotating shaft 141 matched with the side plate hinge end 211, and the slider 14 is provided with an extending end 142 extending out of the tray 1, so that the operation is convenient. Of course, the protruding end 142 may be sunk into the groove by providing a sunk groove, and is flush with the surface of the tray 1, which is not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. When the sliding block 14 is slid rightwards to insert the rotating shaft 141 into the side plate hinge end 211, the front side plate 21 is hinged with the tray 1, as shown in fig. 3, and the front side plate 21 can be turned outwards and opened.
The front side of the right side plate 24 is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft 241, the right end of the front side plate 21 is slidably provided with a rotating shaft bolt 212, the right end of the rotating shaft bolt 212 is provided with a limit block (as shown in fig. 3), the left side of the rotating shaft 241 is provided with a limit hole 242 (as shown in fig. 5) matched with the rotating shaft bolt 212, and a locking hole matched with the limit block is arranged in the limit hole 242. As shown in fig. 7, the locking hole 2421 is a circular hole disposed at the bottom of the limiting hole 242, and the diameter of the locking hole 2421 is larger than the diameter of the limiting hole 242, so that a step matched with the limiting block is formed at the joint of the limiting hole 242 and the locking hole 2421, when the rotating shaft bolt 212 is inserted into the limiting hole 242, the limiting block of the rotating shaft bolt 212 enters the locking hole 2421, and if the rotating shaft bolt 212 rotates, the locking hole 2421 is locked due to the matching of the limiting block and the locking hole 2421. As shown in fig. 7, the handle of the rotary shaft bolt 212 can be inserted into the limiting hole after being lifted, when the handle is put down after the rotary shaft bolt 212 is inserted, the limiting block is locked with the locking hole in a matching way, and meanwhile, the front side plate 21 is hinged with the right side plate 24, as shown in fig. 4, the front side plate 21 can be turned and opened rightwards. As shown in fig. 7, a gap is left between the side plate hinged end 211 and the tray hinged end 13 to enable the front side plate 21 to open and close rightwards, so that interference between the side plate hinged end 211 and the tray hinged end 13 is avoided when the front side plate 21 is opened and closed. When unloading is needed, the worker can select a proper opening mode of the front side plate 21 according to the situation.
A locking mechanism 20 is disposed between the rear side plate 22, the left side plate 23 and the right side plate 24, as shown in fig. 2, preferably, the locking mechanism 20 is a bolt, and the bolt is inserted into a corresponding bolt hole to keep the folding box 2 in an unfolded state when being unfolded. Further, the folding box 2 further comprises an upper cover (not shown in the figure), wherein an upper cover locking mechanism matched with the right side plate 24 is arranged on the right side of the upper cover, and an upper cover locking mechanism matched with the left side plate 23 is arranged on the left side of the upper cover. The upper cover locking mechanism realizes the locking of the upper cover and the box body, and the existing lockset for locking the cover body and the box body, such as a hasp lock, a bolt and the like, can be adopted.
As for the pressure release manner of the hydraulic oil pump 4, in addition to pulling the pressure release valve 41 with the brake wire by the pressure release trigger 36, the second embodiment of the present invention is: as shown in fig. 11-13, a pressure relief block placement groove 37 is disposed at the bottom of the left end of the pull rod 3, a pressure relief block 38 is hinged in the pressure relief block placement groove, a torsion spring is disposed in the pressure relief block placement groove 37, the pressure relief block 38 is held in the pressure relief block placement groove 37, a wire passing hole 39 is disposed in the pull rod 3 and connects the pressure relief block placement groove 37 and the pressure relief trigger 36, a pressure relief pull wire 391 is disposed in the wire passing hole 39, two ends of the pressure relief pull wire 391 are respectively connected to the pressure relief trigger 36 and the pressure relief block 38, and when the pull rod 3 is pulled out, the pressure relief block 38 is located right above a pressure relief valve 41 of the hydraulic oil pump 4. When the pull rod 3 is pulled out and lifted by a certain angle, the pressure relief block 38 can be pulled by a pull wire through the pressure relief trigger 36 to extend out of the pressure relief block placing groove 37, and if the pull rod 3 is pressed down at the moment, the pressure relief block 38 on the pull rod 3 presses the pressure relief valve 41 to relieve pressure, so that the hydraulic push rod 5 retracts.
When the tray is used, the front side plate and the rear side plate are turned inwards to be parallel to the tray in a normal state, and then the left side plate and the right side plate are turned inwards to be parallel to the tray, so that the left side plate and the right side plate form a plane in the state.
If the goods with large transportation volume and scattered needs to be loaded, the folding box can be opened and used for loading the goods. When the folding box is unfolded, the left side plate and the right side plate are erected through the opening handle, then the front side plate and the rear side plate are erected respectively, and then the folding box is locked through the locking mechanism, so that the folding box is kept in an unfolded state. When the unloading is needed, the front side plate can be turned outwards or turned rightwards to be opened according to the situation. If the front side plate is turned over outwards and opened, the rotating shaft on the sliding block can be inserted into the hinged end of the side plate to enable the front side plate to be hinged with the tray, then the locking mechanism on the left side of the front side plate is opened, the rotating shaft bolt is pulled out from the limiting hole of the rotating shaft, the limiting in the left-right direction of the front side plate is removed, and the outward turning is achieved. When needs overturn the preceding curb plate to the right side, then insert the spacing downthehole and spacing of rotation axis bolt, make preceding curb plate articulated with the right side board through the cooperation of rotation axis bolt and rotation axis, the slider that slides this moment is with pivot follow curb plate hinged end in roll-off, removes the articulated connection of preceding curb plate and tray, and preceding curb plate under this state can be opened to the right.
When the tray needs to be moved, the hydraulic oil pump is pressed in a lever pressing mode through the pulled-out pull rod, so that hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil pump is injected into the hydraulic ejector rod to prop the hydraulic ejector rod open, and finally the roller arranged on the output shaft of the hydraulic ejector rod is in contact with the ground to drive the tray to move.
