One end of the limiting guide cylinder 504 is fixed relative to the positioning seat 503, and the other end is inserted into the positioning tube 401. The limiting guide cylinder 504 is also provided with a positioning hole 505, and the pull rod is provided with a positioning bead 506 which limits the pull rod in the accommodating state when matched with the positioning hole. In the technical scheme, the positioning holes can be also arranged on other parts, and the positioning of the positioning beads can be realized. By adopting the technical scheme, the installation position of the caster is not required to be additionally arranged, and meanwhile, most of the volume of the caster is positioned in the concave area, so that the volume of the whole structure is reduced, and the whole structure is more compact. Of course, in the technical solution of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide casters on all of the bottom surfaces of the base, and at least three casters are generally provided as long as the stability of the entire tray can be ensured. In this embodiment, each base bottom surface is provided with a caster 304.
Alternatively, a hinge seat is arranged in the concave area, the caster wheel is connected in a caster seat, and the caster seat is hinged in the hinge seat; the caster wheel has a storage state of being stored in the concave area and a working state of being vertically arranged with the top plate after being turned over. And a locking piece for positioning the caster in the working state or the storage state is arranged between the hinged seat and the caster seat. As shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8, when the pull rod is needed, a horizontal pulling force can be applied to the pull rod 102 to make the positioning bead come out of the positioning hole 505, and the pulling force is continuously applied until the whole pull rod extends out of the positioning tube 401, at this time, the pull rod is not limited by the positioning tube, and under the action of the hinge base 404, the pull rod can be turned over up and down to meet the actual requirement.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the invention is a basic technical solution, which comprises a tray body 101 provided with a conveying gap, one or more layers of supporting partitions 1201 arranged on the top surface of the tray body 101, and a connecting column 1202 for connecting the layers of supporting partitions in sequence or connecting the supporting partitions and the tray body through a detachable structure.
In this embodiment, the supporting partition 1201 is a single layer, and the structure of the supporting partition is the same as that of the top plate 301 in the tray body, and when the supporting partition is not used, the supporting partition can be used as the top plate. The connecting column 1202 is generally provided in plural, and in this embodiment, the connecting column 1202 is provided in 9, and generally provided in 4, which are also respectively disposed at four corners of the supporting partition. The top end and the bottom end of the connecting column 1202 are fixed with the supporting partition plate or the top plate through screws or bolts and the like respectively, and the dismounting is convenient. When the supporting partition plate is not needed to be used, the supporting partition plate can be quickly and simply detached to form the structure of fig. 1, 2, 9 or 11, and the adjustability is stronger.
The following are several other embodiments of the present invention:
first, the basic solution of the present invention is the simplest solution, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, structures such as the pull rod and the corresponding limit block may be disassembled based on the above technical solution, or related structures of the pull rod may not be designed directly.
Second, as shown in FIG. 11, a handrail 1101 may be mounted at a handrail mounting location on the top surface of the tray body. At the moment, the related structure of the pull rod can be kept, and the related structure of the pull rod can also be removed. The structure of the handrail can be similar or identical to the structure of the pull rod, and can also be a conventional trolley handrail and the like.
And thirdly, when the structure is a single-layer structure, the caster is not required to be installed or the structure for installing the caster is not designed. Seventh, fig. 18 shows a structure for mounting the tie bar 102, and the tie bar 102 may be housed in the disc body. At the moment, the bottom of the tray body can be provided with casters.
The above structures may be designed individually, or may be designed in combination with various structures to constitute various embodiments of the present invention.
The tray with the multilayer structure can conveniently realize the disassembly between the top plate and the base, and the top plate or the base can be respectively accommodated before use or after the manufacture is finished, so that the transportation is convenient, and the transportation space and the transportation cost are saved. When in use, the fixing between the two can be realized conveniently.
The top plate of the invention adopts the blow molding piece with the cavity structure, thereby not only ensuring the mechanical strength, but also not increasing the weight of the structure; meanwhile, the cavity structure provides installation space for the pull rod and the positioning pipe, and the compactness of the whole structure is guaranteed.
The tray with the multilayer structure can be used as a traditional tray, a forklift is used for moving, and a pull rod can be used for manually moving, so that the practicability of the tray is improved; meanwhile, the pull rod can be conveniently stored in the tray when not in use, so that the whole tray is more compact and reasonable in structure and stronger in functionality.
The tray with the multilayer structure has a simple integral structure, and the tray body can adopt the structure of the multilayer structure, so that the storage and the transportation are convenient, and the maintenance is also convenient. Meanwhile, a caster structure can be arranged in the concave structure arranged at the bottom of the tray body, so that the compactness of the structure is further ensured. Moreover, the tray is further convenient to move through the arrangement of the caster wheels.

Claims (10)

1. The tray with the multilayer structure is characterized by comprising a tray body with a carrying gap, one or more layers of supporting partition plates arranged on the top surface of the tray body and a connecting column which is used for sequentially connecting the multiple layers of supporting partition plates or connecting the supporting partition plates with the tray body through a detachable structure.
