Abstract
The invention discloses a sleeve-shaped honeycomb packing paper, a manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment, wherein the honeycomb packing paper comprises a packing paper body, the packing paper body is of a semi-closed sleeve-shaped structure with closed left and right sides and open upper and lower ends, a plurality of rows of deformable holes are arranged between the closed two sides of the packing paper body, two adjacent rows of holes are staggered one above the other, and the expanded holes are in a honeycomb shape. The packaging paper can be sleeved on the bottle body of the glass product, so that the situation that the honeycomb paper falls off from the bottle body is avoided, and the bottle body is effectively protected. The number of tension pulley 21 is two, and both align the setting from top to bottom to unreel two rolls of raw materials paper with the specification simultaneously. The deviation correcting device 22 is a mechanical device for correcting a lateral error occurring in the forward movement of the raw paper, and includes a light sensor, a guide roller, and a servo motor. The raw material paper passes through the guide roller and is pulled to the next station, and the raw material paper position of the guide roller is detected by the light sensor. The upper and lower tension wheels 21 unreel the raw material paper simultaneously, the raw material paper is divided into two feeding paths through the two deviation correcting devices 22, the spray heads of the glue spraying stations 23 respectively spray glue on the raw material paper on the upper and lower paths, the positions of the glue spraying are sprayed along two opposite surfaces of the two raw material papers, and the positions of the spraying are only on the edges of the left side and the right side of the two surfaces. The two feeding paths passing through the glue spraying station 23 are converged on the pressing rotating roller 24, the pressing rotating roller 24 is composed of an upper rotating roller body and a lower rotating roller body, a narrow distance is reserved between the upper roller body and the lower roller body, when two raw material values pass through the two roller bodies, two opposite surfaces of two raw material papers are attached under the rotation of the pressing rotating roller 24, and the raw material papers form a sleeve-shaped shape as shown in fig. 1 under the adhesive force of glue and the pressure of the pressing rotating roller 24. The surface of the perforating rotating roller 25 is provided with a plurality of rows of cutter heads for perforating, the pressed raw paper enters the perforating rotating roller 25, the cutter heads perforate the paper surface between the sealing edges 11, the shape after perforating is as shown in fig. 2, the holes 12 formed by perforating are folded, and after being unfolded in use, the holes 12 are deformed into a honeycomb shape. The final material pulling and rotating roller 26 and the cutter 27 of the device are used for cutting the whole raw material paper into finished honeycomb packing paper with the length close to that of the bottle body.
