Diese Auflagen werden durch den nachfolgenden Schrumpfvorgang des zweiten Verpackungsmaterials, welches um die Auflage und um die auf der Auflage stehenden Gruppe aus Gegenständen gehüllt ist, vorgespannt. - The device (1) according to anyone of claims 1 to 2, wherein a first supply roll (13v) is allocated to the first roll (13) for the first packaging material (11) and a second supply roll (14v) is allocated to the second roll (14) for the second packaging material (12).
- A method for packaging groups of objects (3), characterized by the following steps:• that the shape and size of a first packaging material (11) and a second packaging material (12) required for packaging the objects (3) assembled into groups (2) is configured on a control panel (21) of a control and regulator unit (20) by a user;• that the first packaging material (11) and the second packaging material (12) are provided as continuous material from a first roll (13) and from a second roll (14), respectively;• that according to the input on the control panel (21) of the control and regulator unit (20) the first packaging material (11) is made-to-measure with a first separating device (17) and the second packaging material (12) is made-to-measure with a second separating device (18) according to the shape and/or size required for packaging the groups (2);• that the first made-to-measure packaging material (11) is fed to a conveyor (5) for the groups (2) to be packaged such that the first made-to-measure packaging material (11) serves as a support (24) for groups (2) to be packaged, wherein the first packaging material (11) is made of a sturdy polymer material or a cardboard material; and• that the second made-to-measure packaging material (12) fed to the conveyor (5) for the groups (2) to be packaged such that the second made-to-measure packaging material (12) is wrapped around the support (24) and the groups (2) to be packaged standing on the support (24) as a wrapping (25), wherein the wrapping (25) is a shrink film, so that the same tightly surrounds the support (24) and the objects (3) situated on the support (24) after a shrinking process.
- The method according to claim 4, wherein the control panel (21) is a touchscreen, by which the necessary parameters for the required dimensioning and shaping of the first packaging material (11) and the second packaging material (12) are entered by the user.
- The method according to claims 4 and 5, wherein a supply roll (13v) is allocated to the first roll (13) and a supply roll (14v) is allocated to the second roll (14), so that an exchange may be carried out, in case the roll material present on the first or second roll (13 or 14), respectively, is running out.
