As an optimization, float 1 top fixedly connected with a plurality of photovoltaic board fixture blocks 29 that increase in proper order of board, and photovoltaic board 33 fixes on photovoltaic board fixture block 29, photovoltaic board 33 preferred slope sets up on photovoltaic board fixture block 29, through a plurality of photovoltaic board fixture blocks 29 fixed photovoltaic board 33 that increase in proper order for each other do not influence between photovoltaic board 33, guarantee that every photovoltaic board 33 homoenergetic receives maximum solar energy, and spray pipe 2 is fixed to be set up on photovoltaic board fixture block 29, communicate through intercommunication passageway 30 between spray pipe 2 and intake antrum 101.
Further, the communication channels 30 which are communicated with the water spraying pipes 2 are communicated with each other, and the communication channels 30 are communicated with each other, so that water continuously flows out of each water spraying pipe 2 in the whole pushing process of the magnetic pushing plate 4, and the communication positions of the communication channels 30 and the water inlet cavity 3 are close to the opening of the water inlet cavity 101, so that the magnetic pushing plate 4 can push the water in the water inlet cavity 101 into the water spraying pipes 2 to a greater extent.
As a preferred, the reinforcing steel rope 31 is drawn to fixedly connected with below the collet 14, and the one end fixedly connected with iron anchor 32 that the reinforcing steel rope 31 kept away from the collet 14, and iron anchor 32 draws the collet 14 through drawing reinforcing steel rope 31 and realizes the location, strengthens the stability of collet 14 and floating plate 1 in aqueous, prevents that collet 14 and floating plate 1 from taking place extensive skew on the surface of water.
A construction process of a floating structure of a water surface photovoltaic power station is used for the floating mechanism of the water surface photovoltaic power station, and comprises the following steps:
a, assembling internal components of a floating plate 1, and welding a photovoltaic plate clamping block 29 above the floating plate 1 to enable a water spraying pipe 2 to be communicated with a water inlet cavity 101;
b, simulating a debugging control circuit, manually controlling the alarm switch 21 or the timing switch to be closed, and observing whether the water spray pipe 2 discharges water or not;
c, fixing the photovoltaic panel 33 on the photovoltaic panel fixture block 29 at a position for receiving the water outlet of the water spray pipe 2 to the maximum extent according to the water outlet path and angle of the water spray pipe 2;
d, adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating motor 15, so that the driving motor 15 drives the floating plate 1 to rotate through the rotating rod 16 to track sunlight, the photovoltaic panel 33 is guaranteed to receive illumination to the maximum extent, the elastic ring plate 18 at the second electric connecting plate 23 is guaranteed to rotate to the extrusion column 17 at the noon, and a timing switch is triggered;
e, after the whole debugging is finished, the rotating rod 16 is welded on the bottom surface of the floating plate 1, and the whole device is transported to a preset water surface photovoltaic power station.
The working principle is as follows: when the part of the elastic ring plate 18 with the second electric connecting plate 23 is contacted with the extrusion column 17, the extrusion column 17 extrudes the elastic ring plate 18 to be concave and deformed, so that the second electric connecting plate 23 moves towards the direction close to the first electric connecting plate 22 and is connected with the first electric connecting plate 22, the timing switch is closed, the control circuit is closed to work, and when strong wind weather occurs, the alarm sensor 24 gives an alarm and closes the alarm switch 21, and the control circuit is also closed to work;
the electromagnet 5 has magnetism by the closed work of the control circuit, the electromagnet 5 attracts the magnetic push plate 4 to slide along the direction close to the electromagnet 5, so that outside water enters the water inlet cavity 101 through the electromagnetic valve 3, the floating plate 1 submerges, meanwhile, the magnetic push plate 4 pushes the connecting rods 11 through the refrigeration semiconductor 8, so that the adjacent connecting rods 11 are close to each other, namely, the adjacent electric connecting columns 12 are close to each other;
until the magnetic push plate 4 moves to the second touch pressure sensor 7, the second touch pressure sensor 7 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to be closed, meanwhile, the adjacent electric connecting columns 12 are connected with each other, the electric connecting plates 12 at the two ends are respectively connected with the refrigerating semiconductor 8 and the heating semiconductor 9, so that a circuit of the refrigerating push-pull assembly is communicated, and the refrigerating push-pull assembly works under the driving of the power supply 20, so that the refrigerating semiconductor 8 refrigerates the magnetic push plate 4, and water entering the water inlet cavity 101 is refrigerated;
when the part of the elastic ring plate 18 with the second electric connecting plate 23 is not contacted with the extrusion column 17, the second electric connecting plate 23 is driven by the elastic ring plate 18 to be far away from the first electric connecting plate 22, so that the timing switch is switched off, and when strong wind weather passes, the alarm sensor 24 stops alarming and also switches off the alarm switch 21 again;
control circuit disconnection makes electro-magnet 5 lose magnetism, two adjacent connecting rods 11 of elasticity push rod 13 promotion are kept away from each other, make the flexible subassembly extension that connects, magnetism push pedal 4 slides to being close to intake antrum 101 open-ended direction under the promotion of refrigeration push-and-pull subassembly once more, magnetism push pedal 4 is in the water extrusion of slip in-process in with intake antrum 101 to spray pipe 2, rivers wash and cool off photovoltaic board 33 through 2 blowout of spray pipe, it rises to float board 1 simultaneously, extrude trigger first touch pressure sensor 6 once more until magnetism push pedal 4, make solenoid valve 3 open.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
