Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind power, and relates to a novel Spar type fan complete machine floating transportation method.
Background
With the rapid development of the global offshore wind power industry, offshore wind power development approaches saturation. The wind speed in deep and far sea areas with the water depth of more than 60m is large, the duration time is long, the wind speed is stable, and most offshore wind power resources are hidden. For deep and offshore wind power development, the foundation form is mainly floating platforms, including Semi-submersible (Semi-Sub), Spar (Spar), and Tension Leg (TLP). Compared with other forms, the Spar type platform has the advantages of being stable, good in hydrodynamic performance, relatively simple in structure, remarkable in economic advantage and wide in application prospect in deep and distant sea areas due to the fact that draught is deep and the waterplane area is small.
At present, the Spar type fan foundation is mostly a single-column straight-tube structure, and the installation mode adopts split type installation. The wind turbine is divided into four parts, namely a foundation, a tower barrel, a machine head and blades, and the four parts are respectively transported to a marine construction position by a barge and then sequentially installed and debugged. This approach has the following drawbacks: 1. the fans are transported to the open sea in a split manner, a large barge is needed, and the single machine transportation cost is high; 2. when the offshore installation is carried out, equipment such as a heavy floating crane ship, a crane ship and the like is used for assisting, so that the installation cost is high; 3. the offshore installation operation has high operation difficulty, poor safety, less effective construction operation window period and high construction cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a novel Spar type fan foundation form, which can be used for realizing the complete machine transportation of Spar type fans, is simple and convenient to construct and high in success rate, and greatly reduces the risk coefficient and construction cost of fan installation in deep and remote sea areas.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a novel Spar type wind turbine foundation comprises an upper foundation 1, a lower foundation 2 and a connecting shaft 8. The upper portion basis 1 and the lower part basis 2 are connected through the connecting axle 8, the connecting axle 8 is a 90-degree limiting self-locking axle.
A novel Spar type fan complete machine floating transportation method comprises the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that a Spar type fan foundation is prefabricated on land, and the foundation is divided into an upper foundation and a lower foundation which are connected through a connecting shaft;
(2) a frame structure is arranged on a deck of the transport and installation ship, and the frame structure consists of a movable part and a fixed part and is provided with an automatic telescopic device. And controlling the automatic telescopic device to extend and retract the movable part of the frame structure to the deck of the transport and installation ship. Hoisting the connected upper foundation and lower foundation into water, and fixing the upper foundation and the lower foundation in a frame structure of the transport and installation ship;
(3) sequentially hoisting a fan tower cylinder, a fan head and fan blades, completing the assembly of the whole fan, and carrying out wet towing and floating transportation to an installation site;
(4) before the fan reaches the installation site, performing seabed anchoring foundation construction;
(5) and after the construction of the anchoring foundation is finished, constructing a mooring system. One end of the mooring system is connected with the anchoring foundation, and the other end of the mooring system is connected with a buoyancy tank arranged on the mooring system and floats on the water surface;
(6) after the transport installation ship arrives at an appointed installation site, the center of gravity position is adjusted by injecting water into the lower foundation 2 cabin for ballasting, and the ballast water forms a counterclockwise restoring moment on the lower foundation, so that the lower foundation of the Spar fan foundation is slowly adjusted to be coaxial with the upper foundation, and the platform foundation is righted;
(7) the lower foundation of the straightened Spar fan foundation is connected with one end of a mooring system floating on the water surface;
(6) and the installation of the whole Spar type fan is finished, the movable part of the frame structure is pushed out of the deck through the automatic telescopic device of the frame structure, and the transport installation ship exits from the installation site along the exit channel. And after the exit is finished, controlling the automatic telescopic device to withdraw the movable part.
The invention discloses a novel Spar type fan foundation and a complete machine floating method. By utilizing the foundation form, large-scale offshore hoisting equipment and hoisting equipment are not needed to be used for offshore operation in the whole machine construction process, so that a large amount of equipment cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the one-step transportation of the whole Spar type wind turbine is realized, compared with the split installation process of the offshore wind turbine on the traditional floating foundation, the offshore operation time is shortened, and the problems of high offshore construction difficulty, low safety, short operation window period and the like are solved. In addition, the fan foundation, the fan tower barrel, the fan head and the fan blade are kept consistent in posture in the transportation process after the installation on land is completed, so that the damage risk of the fan assembly is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
