Therefore, the control unit 130 can adjust the backrest angle of the seat by controlling the backrest motor, adjust the sitting position of the seat by controlling the slide rail motor, adjust the height of the seat by controlling the heightening motor, adjust the waist support position of the seat by controlling the waist support motor, adjust the leg support of the seat by controlling the leg support motor, support the passenger from each part according to the body type of the passenger, improve the accuracy of seat adjustment, improve the sitting comfort, and reduce the fatigue of sitting.
It can be understood that there are a plurality of sitting posture parameters, including a first sitting posture parameter, a second sitting posture parameter, a third sitting posture parameter, a fourth sitting posture parameter and a fifth sitting posture parameter, where the first sitting posture parameter of the sitting posture parameters may be an adjustment value of the backrest motor, the second sitting posture parameter may be an adjustment value of the slide rail motor, the third sitting posture parameter may be an adjustment value of the height-adjusting motor, the fourth sitting posture parameter may be an adjustment value of the lumbar support motor, and the fifth sitting posture parameter may be an adjustment value of the leg support motor, so that the control unit 130 may adjust the corresponding seat adjusting unit 120 to adjust the seat position according to different sitting posture parameters. The operating state of the seat adjusting part 120 may be an operating state of each motor. For example, the control component 130 can adjust the backrest angle according to a first sitting posture parameter, can adjust the sitting position according to a second sitting posture parameter, can adjust the seat cushion height according to a third sitting posture parameter, can adjust the lumbar support position according to a fourth sitting posture parameter, and can adjust the leg support position according to a fifth sitting posture parameter. Therefore, a plurality of sitting posture parameters are set, and the motor arranged at each part is appointed and adjusted, so that the accuracy of seat adjustment is improved, and the riding comfort of a driver is improved.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a sitting posture control method, which is applied to the sitting posture control device 100 disposed in the seat in the above embodiments, wherein the structure or the component structure of the sitting posture control device 100 has been described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a flow of a sitting posture control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention. The sitting posture control method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps of, but is not limited to:

It can be understood that, when the passenger takes the seat, the passenger can contact with the back and the cushion of seat, and produce pressure, the passenger of different sizes can produce different pressure to back and cushion when taking the same seat, consequently, can utilize the parameter detection part who sets up on the seat to detect back and cushion, through the pressure that detects back and cushion and receive, calculate this passenger's height and weight, passenger's size promptly, thereby provide more comfortable more accurate position of sitting for this passenger according to passenger's size, improve the travelling comfort that the passenger took. The parameter detection component can detect the pressure on the backrest to obtain corresponding height pressure parameters, and can also detect the pressure on the cushion to obtain corresponding weight pressure parameters.
And S200, determining a sitting posture parameter according to the height pressure parameter, the weight pressure parameter and a preset seat position parameter.
It can be understood that the height and the weight of the passenger can be obtained through the height pressure parameter and the weight pressure parameter output by the parameter detection component, so that the body type of the passenger is obtained, and the seat is adjusted according to the body type of the passenger. However, in actual use, the seat is adjusted only by the pressure applied to the seat cushion and the backrest, respectively, and it is difficult to adapt to the sitting posture of the passenger. Therefore, a seat position parameter is preset in the sitting posture control device 100, the preset seat position parameter is obtained according to a standard seat position when a passenger sits comfortably in a standard body shape, and a specific height pressure parameter and a specific weight pressure parameter of the current passenger are comprehensively processed based on the preset standard seat position parameter to obtain a sitting posture parameter suitable for the passenger. The individual adjustment aiming at the current passenger is carried out on the basis of the preset standard seat position, and the accuracy of the seat adjustment can be improved, so that the comfort of the passenger can be improved, and the fatigue of the passenger can be reduced.
And step S300, adjusting the working state of the seat adjusting device according to the sitting posture parameters.
It can be understood that the sitting posture parameter is obtained by integrating a height pressure parameter, a weight pressure parameter and a preset seat position parameter when a current passenger sits, the sitting posture parameter is used for adjusting the working state of the seat adjusting device, the seat adjusting device can adjust the seat position according to different working states, namely the sitting posture parameter can be understood as being used for adjusting the seat position, the sitting posture parameter is a comfortable sitting posture when the current passenger sits, and the working state of the seat adjusting device is adjusted according to the sitting posture parameter, so that the seat adjusting device can adjust the seat position to be suitable for the comfortable sitting posture when the passenger sits. Therefore, the comfortable sitting posture parameters of the passengers are adjusted, the working state of the seat adjusting device can be adjusted more accurately, namely, the seat positions of the drivers in different body types can be adjusted more accurately, the comfort of the passengers is improved, and the fatigue of the passengers is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, step S200 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S210, when the height pressure parameter is greater than the first threshold and the weight pressure parameter is greater than the second threshold, determining that the sitting posture parameter is a general-type parameter.
Wherein the preset seat position parameter comprises a first threshold and a second threshold.
It can be understood that preset seat position parameter is the seat position parameter that corresponds when the passenger that is fit for standard size takes according to standard position of sitting, preset seat position parameter is provided with a plurality ofly, can be provided with the seat position parameter that a plurality of standard size passenger standard positions of sitting correspond, for example set up a plurality of standard sizes according to height or weight, comfortable position of sitting that takes according to different standard sizes is as standard position of sitting, turns into preset seat position parameter, thereby when adjusting seat position, can adjust to comfortable position of sitting more accurately. The preset seat position parameters can further comprise a first threshold and a second threshold corresponding to a standard sitting posture, wherein the first threshold is a height pressure value of the standard sitting posture, and the second threshold is a weight pressure value of the standard sitting posture, so that the height pressure parameter and the weight pressure parameter output by the parameter detection component are respectively compared with the preset seat position parameters, targeted adjustment is performed on the basis of the corresponding standard sitting posture, the seat position is adjusted more accurately, and the riding comfort is improved. When the body pressure parameter is greater than the first threshold value and the body weight parameter is also greater than the second threshold value, it is considered that the body size of the current passenger is greater than the standard body size, the sitting posture parameter is determined to be the large body size parameter, and adjustment needs to be performed based on the seat position of the standard sitting posture, for example, on the basis of the seat position of the standard sitting posture, the height of the seat cushion is increased, the backrest angle is increased, the seat sitting space is increased, and the seat position is more suitable for the sitting posture of the large passenger.
It should be noted that, a plurality of first thresholds and a plurality of second thresholds may be respectively provided, and a plurality of corresponding seat position parameters are also provided, for example, a first height threshold and a second height threshold are provided in the first threshold, and a first body weight threshold and a second body weight threshold are provided in the second threshold, where the first height threshold and the first body weight threshold correspond to the seat position parameter of the first standard body type, and the second height threshold and the second body weight threshold correspond to the seat position parameter of the second standard body type. The sitting posture control device 100 can also be preset with three position parameters corresponding to the body types, including a first body type and a corresponding first position parameter, a second body type and a corresponding second position parameter, and a third body type and a corresponding third position parameter. When the height pressure parameter output by the parameter detection part is smaller than a first height threshold and the weight pressure parameter is smaller than a first body weight threshold, the body type of the current passenger can be considered to be a first body type smaller than a first standard body type, so that the control part determines a corresponding sitting posture parameter according to a first position parameter corresponding to the first body type, and the seat is adjusted; for another example, when the height pressure parameter output by the parameter detecting component is greater than the first height threshold and less than the second height threshold, and the weight pressure parameter is greater than the first body weight threshold and less than the second body weight threshold, the body type of the current passenger may be considered as a second body type that is greater than the first standard body type and less than the second standard body type, so that the control component determines the corresponding sitting posture parameter according to the second position parameter corresponding to the second body type; for another example, when the height pressure parameter output by the parameter detecting component is greater than the second height threshold, and the weight pressure parameter is greater than the second body weight threshold, the body type of the current passenger may be considered as a third body type that is greater than the second standard body type, so that the control component determines the corresponding sitting posture parameter according to the third position parameter corresponding to the third body type. Therefore, the height pressure parameter and the weight pressure parameter output by the parameter detection component can be compared with the preset seat position parameters respectively, the seat position parameter corresponding to the standard sitting posture suitable for the body type of the current passenger is selected from the preset seat position parameters, personalized adjustment is carried out on the passenger based on the seat position parameter, the seat position is adjusted more accurately, and the comfort of the passenger is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, step S300 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S310, adjusting the backrest motor according to the first sitting posture parameter, adjusting the slide rail motor according to the second sitting posture parameter, adjusting the height-adjusting motor according to the third sitting posture parameter, adjusting the waist support motor according to the fourth sitting posture parameter, or adjusting the leg support motor according to the fifth sitting posture parameter.
The seat adjusting part comprises a backrest motor, a slide rail motor, a height adjusting motor, a waist support motor and a leg support motor; the sitting posture parameters comprise a first sitting posture parameter used for adjusting the backrest motor, a second sitting posture parameter used for adjusting the slide rail motor, a third sitting posture parameter used for adjusting the height-adjusting motor, a fourth sitting posture parameter used for adjusting the waist support motor and a fifth sitting posture parameter used for adjusting the leg support motor.
It can be understood that the seat adjusting part is provided with a plurality of motors distributed at different positions of the seat, including a backrest motor, a slide rail motor, a height adjusting motor, a waist support motor and a leg support motor, and the sitting posture parameters are also provided with a plurality of motors which are in one-to-one correspondence with the adjusting values of the motors at the positions in the seat adjusting part. The first parameter can be an adjustment value of a backrest motor, the second sitting posture parameter can be an adjustment value of a sliding rail motor, the third sitting posture parameter can be an adjustment value of a height-adjusting motor, the fourth sitting posture parameter can be an adjustment value of a waist-supporting motor, and the fifth sitting posture parameter can be an adjustment value of a leg-supporting motor. Therefore, the backrest motor can be adjusted according to the first sitting posture parameter, and the backrest angle can be adjusted; meanwhile, the slide rail motor can be adjusted according to the second sitting posture parameter, so that the sitting position can be adjusted; the height adjusting motor can be adjusted according to the third sitting posture parameter, so that the height of the seat cushion can be adjusted; the waist support motor can be adjusted according to the fourth sitting posture parameter, so that the waist support position can be adjusted; and the leg support motor can be adjusted according to the fifth sitting posture parameter, so that the position of the leg support can be adjusted. Therefore, the motor arranged at each part is appointed and adjusted according to different sitting posture parameters, so that the accuracy of seat adjustment can be improved, and the riding comfort of a driver is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates a seat adjusting apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention. The sitting posture control device includes but is not limited to:
a memory 510 for storing programs;
a processor 520 for executing the program stored in the memory 510, wherein when the processor 520 executes the computer program stored in the memory 510, the processor 520 is configured to perform the sitting posture control method.
The processor 520 and the memory 510 may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory 510, as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs and non-transitory computer executable programs, such as the sitting posture control method described in any embodiment of the present invention. The processor 520 implements the sitting posture control method described above by running non-transitory software programs and instructions stored in the memory 510.
The memory 510 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the data storage area can store and execute the sitting posture control method. Further, the memory 510 may include high-speed random access memory 510, and may also include non-transitory memory 510, such as at least one piece of disk memory 510, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state memory 510. In some embodiments, memory 510 may optionally include memory 510 located remotely from processor 520, and such remote memory 510 may be connected to such processor 520 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The non-transitory software programs and instructions needed to implement the sitting posture control method described above are stored in the memory 510 and, when executed by the one or more processors 520, perform the sitting posture control method provided by any of the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a seat, which comprises the sitting posture control device 100 of the embodiment or the sitting posture control device of the embodiment.
By providing the parameter sensing component on the seat, the seat has a back and a cushion. Because the passenger of different sizes can receive the pressure of different numerical values when taking the seat, utilizes parameter detection part to detect the back and the cushion of seat, acquires the height pressure parameter that the back corresponds and the weight pressure parameter that the cushion corresponds, can obtain the position of sitting that is fit for current passenger through height pressure parameter, weight pressure parameter and as the seat position parameter of presetting of standard position of sitting to the definite position of sitting that is used for adjusting the seat position. The operating state of the seat adjusting device is therefore adjusted according to the corresponding sitting position parameters, so that the seat adjusting device adjusts the seat to a position which is suitable for the current sitting position of the passenger. Therefore, the working state of the seat adjusting device can be adjusted more accurately according to different conditions of height pressure parameters, weight pressure parameters and preset parameters, namely the seat position can be adjusted more accurately for drivers with different body types, so that the seat can be adjusted accurately according to the body types and sitting postures of the driver, the comfort of the driver in riding is improved, and the fatigue of the driver is relieved.
Since the seat in this embodiment has the sitting posture control device 100 or the sitting posture control device in any of the above embodiments, the seat in this embodiment may have the structure or the component structure of the sitting posture control device 100 in the above embodiments, and the structure or the component structure of the sitting posture control device 100 is described in detail in the above embodiments and will not be described again. The seat in this embodiment may further have a hardware structure of the sitting posture control device in the above embodiment, and the control processor in the sitting posture control device can call the control program for seat adjustment stored in the memory to implement control of the sitting posture control device.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are used for executing the sitting posture control method.
In one embodiment, the storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, which when executed by one or more control processors, for example, by a processor in the network device, may cause the one or more processors to perform the sitting posture control method provided by any of the embodiments of the present invention.
The above described embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein elements illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention is not limited thereto. Under the shared conditions, various equivalent modifications or substitutions can be made, and the equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope of the invention defined by the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A sitting posture control device provided in a seat, the seat including a backrest and a cushion, the control device comprising:
the parameter detection component is used for acquiring a height pressure parameter corresponding to the backrest and a weight pressure parameter corresponding to the cushion;
a seat adjusting part for performing position adjustment on the seat;
and the control component is respectively connected with the parameter detection component and the seat adjusting component, and is used for determining a sitting posture parameter according to the height pressure parameter, the weight pressure parameter and a preset seat position parameter and adjusting the working state of the seat adjusting component according to the sitting posture parameter.
2. A seating position control apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the predetermined seat position parameters include a first threshold and a second threshold; the control component is further configured to:
and when the height pressure parameter is greater than the first threshold value and the weight pressure parameter is greater than the second threshold value, determining a sitting posture parameter.
3. The control device of claim 1, wherein the seat adjustment component includes a back motor, a track motor, a height adjustment motor, a waist support motor, and a leg support motor.
4. The control device of claim 3, wherein the sitting position parameters include a first sitting position parameter for adjusting the back motor, a second sitting position parameter for adjusting the sled motor, a third sitting position parameter for adjusting the height adjustment motor, a fourth sitting position parameter for adjusting the lumbar support motor, and a fifth sitting position parameter for adjusting the leg support motor; the control component is used for adjusting the backrest motor according to the first sitting posture parameter, adjusting the slide rail motor according to the second sitting posture parameter, adjusting the height-adjusting motor according to the third sitting posture parameter, adjusting the waist support motor according to the fourth sitting posture parameter, or adjusting the leg support motor according to the fifth sitting posture parameter.
5. A sitting posture control method is applied to a sitting posture control device, the sitting posture control device is arranged on a seat, the seat comprises a backrest and a cushion, and the sitting posture control device comprises: the parameter detection component is used for acquiring height pressure parameters corresponding to the backrest and weight pressure parameters corresponding to the cushion, and the seat adjusting component is used for adjusting the position of the seat;
the sitting posture control method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the height pressure parameter and the weight pressure parameter output by the parameter detection part;
determining sitting posture parameters according to the height pressure parameters, the weight pressure parameters and preset seat position parameters;
and adjusting the working state of the seat adjusting device according to the sitting posture parameters.
6. The seating posture control method of claim 5, wherein the preset seat position parameter comprises a first threshold and a second threshold;
the determining of sitting posture parameters according to the height pressure parameters, the weight pressure parameters and preset seat position parameters comprises:
and when the height pressure parameter is greater than the first threshold value and the weight pressure parameter is greater than the second threshold value, determining that the sitting posture parameter is a general type parameter.
7. The sitting posture control method of claim 5, wherein the seat adjusting means comprises a backrest motor, a slide rail motor, a height adjustment motor, a waist support motor and a leg support motor; the sitting posture parameters comprise a first sitting posture parameter corresponding to the backrest motor, a second sitting posture parameter corresponding to the slide rail motor, a third sitting posture parameter corresponding to the height-adjusting motor, a fourth sitting posture parameter corresponding to the waist support motor and a fifth sitting posture parameter corresponding to the leg support motor;
the adjusting the working state of the seat adjusting device according to the sitting posture parameter comprises the following steps:
adjusting the backrest motor according to the first sitting posture parameter, adjusting the slide rail motor according to the second sitting posture parameter, adjusting the height-adjusting motor according to the third sitting posture parameter, adjusting the waist support motor according to the fourth sitting posture parameter, and adjusting the leg support motor according to the fifth sitting posture parameter.
8. A sitting posture control apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the sitting posture control method according to any one of claims 5 to 7 when executing the computer program.
9. A seat comprising a sitting position control device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 or a sitting position control device as claimed in claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements a sitting posture control method as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 7.
