In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 1 of the present invention, where the seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes:
and S10, acquiring a target pressure value of the target area of the seat.
Specifically, the target area of the seat may be a plurality of areas, specifically, a cushion area, a lumbar support area, a backrest area, a headrest area, and the like of the seat, and in each target area, a pressure value applied to the target area by a user is different, wherein in the cushion area, the lumbar support area, and the backrest area, due to different riding postures of the user, the pressure values applied to the cushion area, the lumbar support area, and the backrest area by the user are likely to be uneven, which causes an excessive pressure value in a partial area to affect user experience. Thus, as an alternative embodiment of the invention, the target areas are in particular the cushion area, the lumbar support area and the backrest area of the seat.
The target pressure value refers to an average pressure value in a region where the pressure values are concentrated and the pressure values are all large in the target region. As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step S10 includes:
a plurality of pressure values for each target region are obtained.
And carrying out similarity analysis on the pressure values to obtain a plurality of pressure value sets.
An average pressure value is calculated for each set of pressure values.
And selecting the maximum average pressure value from the average pressure values, and taking the maximum average pressure value as a target pressure value.
Specifically, the contact area of the user and each region of each target region is different, and the pressure values applied to each region of the target region are also different, wherein a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged in the target region, when the user contacts the target region, the pressure values of the corresponding region are collected by each pressure sensor in the target region, each region of the target region has a pressure value set corresponding to the region, average pressure value calculation is performed on a plurality of pressure values in each pressure value set, an average pressure value in each pressure value set is calculated, a plurality of average pressure values are obtained, the average pressure values include a maximum value and a minimum value, and the maximum value in the average pressure values is used as the target pressure value in the embodiment of the present invention.
S11: and judging whether the target pressure value is in the set value range.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, there are a plurality of target areas, and correspondingly, there are a plurality of target pressure values, and each target pressure value has a set value range corresponding to the target pressure value.
The set value range may be a reference value range in which the user comfort is low, that is, an abnormal body pressure range in which the body pressure of the user exceeds the normal range. The range of the set value may be obtained by testing a plurality of users using the plurality of users as test samples, adjusting the inclination angle between the target area of the seat and the user in real time to adjust the contact area between the user and the seat during the test to change the body pressure of the user, and recording the body pressure range with higher comfort level of the user (smaller body pressure) and the body pressure range with lower comfort level of the user (set value range).
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the target areas are embodied as a cushion area, a lumbar support area and a backrest area of the seat.
Wherein, the setting value ranges corresponding to the cushion area, the waist support area and the backrest area are different.
Specifically, the seat cushion region corresponds to a first set value range, the waist support region corresponds to a second set value range, and the backrest region corresponds to a third set value range, wherein the first set value range, the second set value range, and the third set value range are different from each other.
S12: and if so, adjusting the seat part corresponding to the target area until the target pressure value exceeds the range of the set value.
Specifically, a driving part (motor) is installed at the seat part of the target area, and the seat part corresponding to the target area is driven to adjust through the rotation of the motor, so that the size of the target pressure value is changed.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step S12 includes:
an electric adjustment member corresponding to the target area is driven.
And controlling the electric adjusting part to adjust the inclination angle of the seat part corresponding to the target area.
The inclination angle of the seat portion corresponding to the target area is adjusted to adjust the target pressure value by increasing or decreasing the contact area of the seat portion with the target user.
Specifically, the electric adjustment component may be a motor, and the motor is specifically installed in the seat frame of each target area, so as to control the inclination angle of the seat portion of each target area to change, thereby changing the contact area and the stress state between each seat portion and the user, and for the structure in which the motor controls the inclination angle and the position of the seat portion to change, reference may also be made to the prior art, and details of this portion are not repeated in the embodiments of the present invention.
When the target pressure value is out of the set value range, the adjustment of the seat portion corresponding to the target region is stopped. In step S11, if the target pressure value is not within the set value range, the seat is kept in the current state without adjusting the seat portion corresponding to the target region, and the set value range is a range in which the user feels uncomfortable, and therefore, the maximum set value in the set value range is the maximum body pressure that the user can receive, and the exceeding of the set value range means that the body pressure of the user is smaller than any one set value in the set value range, that is, the minimum set value in the set value range.
In the seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 1 of the present invention, when the target pressure value in the target area of the seat is within the set value range, the seat portion corresponding to the target area can be adjusted until the target pressure value exceeds the set value range. Therefore, when the target pressure value exceeds the range of the set value, the seat part in the target area can be timely adjusted, the target pressure value is prevented from being continuously in the range of the set value, the target pressure value in the target area is kept in the range of the non-set value, and the comfort level and the experience feeling of passengers are improved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, a seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 2 of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 2 of the present invention, and the method includes:
and S10, acquiring a target pressure value of the target area of the seat.
S11: and judging whether the target pressure value is in the set value range.
S20: if yes, the voice communication device is driven.
S21: the voice communication device is controlled to send out a first voice signal for inquiring whether a target user is comfortable.
S22: a first feedback signal corresponding to a first speech signal is received.
S23: and judging whether the first feedback signal is the first target signal, if so, entering the step S12, and if not, entering the step S24.
S12: and adjusting the seat part corresponding to the target area until the target pressure value exceeds the range of the set value.
S24: the seat portion corresponding to the target area is maintained at the current position.
Specifically, the voice communication device is specifically a voice player, a voice communication component, and the like, and for the structure of the voice communication device, reference may be made to the structure of the voice communication device in the prior art, and no improvement is made in the embodiment of the present invention. The first voice signal may be a voice signal asking the user whether he feels comfortable, such as a voice signal of the class "do you feel comfortable". The first feedback signal is a feedback signal such as "comfortable" or "uncomfortable" that the target user utters with respect to the first voice signal, and the first target signal is a voice signal containing a feeling of discomfort of the user such as "uncomfortable".
If the first feedback signal sent by the target user is the first target signal, the process proceeds to step S12 to adjust the seat position. When the first feedback signal sent by the target user is not the first target signal, even if the target pressure value at the moment is in the set range, the seat part corresponding to the target area is still kept at the current position.
The seat adjusting method disclosed by the embodiment 2 of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the target pressure value of the target area of the seat is in the set value range, the seat part corresponding to the target area can be adjusted until the target pressure value exceeds the set value range.
Whether the user feels comfortable or not is inquired by controlling the voice communication device to send out a first voice signal, and when a first feedback signal sent out by the user is received, the seat part corresponding to the target area is adjusted, so that the experience of the user is further improved.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, a seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 3 of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of the seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 3 of the present invention, and the method includes:
and S10, acquiring a target pressure value of the target area of the seat.
And S30, controlling the voice communication device to send out a second voice signal asking the target user whether the target user is comfortable.
S31: a second feedback signal corresponding to the second speech signal is received.
S32: and judging whether the second feedback signal is the second target signal, if so, entering the step S33, and if not, entering the step S34.
S33: the adjustment continues for the seat portion corresponding to the target area.
S34: the seat portion is maintained at a position corresponding to a target set value out of the set value range.
And S24, maintaining the seat portion corresponding to the target area at the current position.
Specifically, after the seat portion corresponding to the target area is adjusted and the target pressure value exceeds the set value range, the target user may be continuously asked whether the target user feels comfortable. The second voice signal may be a voice signal asking the user whether he feels comfortable, such as a voice signal of the class "do you feel comfortable". The second feedback signal is a feedback signal such as "comfortable" or "uncomfortable" that the target user utters with respect to the second voice signal, and the second target signal is a voice signal containing a sense of discomfort of the user such as "uncomfortable". And after receiving the second target signal, continuing to adjust the seat part corresponding to the target area, specifically, adjusting the inclination angle of the seat part corresponding to the target area, continuing to send out the second voice signal after completing one adjustment, and stopping adjusting the seat part corresponding to the target area when the received second feedback signal is a non-second target signal. If the seat part corresponding to the target area is adjusted until the target pressure value exceeds the set value range, the pressure value of the user is at the position of the target set value (the pressure value of the current user) exceeding the set range, and if the second feedback signal sent by the user is not the second target signal, the comfort level experienced by the user is better, and the seat part corresponding to the target area does not need to be continuously adjusted, and the seat part is kept at the position corresponding to the target set value exceeding the set value range.
In the seat adjusting method disclosed in embodiment 3 of the present invention, when the target pressure value in the target area of the seat is within the set value range, the seat portion corresponding to the target area can be adjusted until the target pressure value exceeds the set value range.
Whether the user is comfortable or not is inquired by controlling the voice communication device to send out the first voice signal and the second voice signal, and when the first feedback signal or the second feedback signal sent out by the user is received, the seat part corresponding to the target area is adjusted, so that the experience of the user is further improved.
