技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷板材家居应用技术领域,具体涉及一种香氛陶瓷板材及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
陶瓷板因其优异的物理化学稳定性、耐磨性和极佳的装饰效果,是一种应用广泛的建筑装饰材料。随着陶瓷板材规格的增大和力学性能的提高,陶瓷板材当前不仅仅作为一种装饰材料用于建筑的墙面或地面,也会用作各类家居的表面材料,如台面、桌面和柜面等。作为一种表面装饰材料,陶瓷板材倘若能像某些天然木材或人造香氛产品一样散发香味,便可起到净化空气、愉悦嗅觉和预防疾病的功能,为建筑环境营造一种芬芳格调,为家居环境带来更为丰富的居住体验。
目前能够散发香氛的陶瓷制品,多是通过将香液渗透到具有多孔结构的陶瓷制品中,利用孔隙存储香液,并缓慢释放。中国专利CN101407404公开了一种具有香气的装饰瓷质工艺品,利用添加燃尽物获得具有微孔结构的陶瓷制备,将香精液存储于其中,香精液分子通过微孔过滤后逐渐向外散发香气。此类香氛瓷制品由于包含较多的微孔,导致其力学强度较低(孔隙率为25~40%时,压缩强度仅为8~12MPa),硬度低和耐磨性差,因此很难用于制造规格较大的陶瓷板材,且不能够承受日常台面、桌面和柜面等部件所遭受的各类冲击和刮划。
香液散发的持久度与多孔陶瓷的气孔率及孔径密切相关,而气孔率又决定了多孔陶瓷的力学性能,导致香液散发的持久度与多孔陶瓷的力学性能(如强度和硬度)存在较大的矛盾;同时由于多孔陶瓷具有较强的吸附性,日常使用中面临着严重的吸污问题。上述多个原因导致单独以多孔陶瓷为载体制作用于日常家居环境的香氛陶瓷板材(尤其是大尺寸薄板,如单边长度>1000mm,厚度<10mm时)在实际使用中面临很多不可避免的问题。
公开号为CN111807861A中国发明专利公开了一种香氛陶瓷装饰板材及其制备方法,将固态香氛物质通过熔融浸渍工艺渗入多孔陶瓷板材内部获得香氛陶瓷装饰板材;其虽然克服了传统香氛陶瓷载体强度低的缺点,但该发明的香氛陶瓷装饰板材在使用过程中,其中的香氛种类很难快速切换(例如,不能在同一天的上午散发玫瑰花香氛,下午散发檀木香氛),也不能主动调节其散发速率,导致在需要香氛时,不能通过加速散发来营造明显的香氛环境,影响到用户的使用体验。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种力学性能优异、防污耐磨且可持续和可控地散发香氛的新型陶瓷装饰板材。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:

通过将香氛模块设置于陶瓷基板,香氛模块包括多孔陶瓷吸附板、加热装置以及加料装置,多孔陶瓷吸附板内吸附有芳香精油,加热装置设置于多孔陶瓷吸附板底部,加热装置与控制模块相连并受到控制模块调控,加料装置固定连通于多孔陶瓷吸附板,得到了一种集装饰、耐久、高强度和散发香氛的新型功能性陶瓷板材,克服了传统多孔陶瓷香氛载体力学性能差、装饰效果不佳和板材尺寸小的问题,通过加热装置的引入,使得香氛散发量可控,增加产品的多功能性,并在空闲时减少香氛的挥发,使用时通过加热提高香氛的扩散速率,增强使用体验的同时,又延长了香氛的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板底部设置有密封层,所述密封层为聚乙烯膜层,所述密封层位于多孔陶瓷吸附板与加热装置之间。
通过在多孔陶瓷吸附板底部设置有聚乙烯膜密封层,密封层位于多孔陶瓷吸附板与加热装置之间,用以防止芳香精油挥发。
作为优选,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板顶部设置有保护层,所述保护层为纳米氧化硅涂层。
通过在多孔陶瓷吸附板顶部设置有保护层,保护层为纳米氧化硅涂层,一方面使得多孔陶瓷吸附板具有抗渗防污的能力,另一方面使得芳香精油的散发速率进一步降低。
作为优选,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板与保护层之间设置有抑菌层,所述抑菌层为无机抑菌层。所述无机抑菌层为金属离子抑菌层,所述金属离子抑菌层中的金属离子为银、铜、锌、钛离子中的一种或多种。
通过在多孔陶瓷吸附板与保护层之间设置有无机抑菌层,无机抑菌层为金属离子抑菌层,金属离子抑菌层中的金属离子为银、铜、锌、钛离子中的一种或多种,使得香氛模块具有抑菌的功能,从而使得有利于延长香氛模块的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述香氛模块可拆卸连接于陶瓷基板。
作为优选,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板的气孔率为30%-70%,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板的孔径为0.05~10μm,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板的抗折强度大于15MPa。
多孔陶瓷吸附板的气孔率不宜过小或过大,这是由于当气孔率小于20%时,多孔陶瓷吸附板所容纳的芳香精油体积较小,导致需要频繁补充芳香精油,而当气孔率较大(>70%)时,会导致多孔陶瓷吸附板的强度较低,不能满足生产及后期加工使用过程中的强度要求。另外,多孔陶瓷吸附板的孔径尺寸应较小(如上述要求的0.05~10μm),较小的孔径(<10μm)会对芳香精油产生较大的毛细管力,降低芳香精油的散发速率,延长使用寿命,而过小的孔径(<0.05μm)一般的生产工艺很难获得,生产成本高,因此多孔陶瓷吸附板的孔径在0.05~10μm较佳。如上所述,多孔陶瓷吸附板需要具有一定的强度来满足加工及使用要求,因此,在本发明中,需要在多孔陶瓷吸附板气孔率在30%-70%之间时,需要通过原料或工艺的改进,来确保其抗折强度大于15MPa。
作为优选,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板由一块或多块吸附有不同种类芳香精油的彩色多孔陶瓷组合而成,所述芳香精油为具有特定香味的人工合成精油或天然植物精油。
通过使用由一块或多块吸附有不同种类芳香精油的彩色多孔陶瓷组合而成的多孔陶瓷吸附板,芳香精油采用具有特定香味的人工合成精油或天然植物精油,使得香氛模块散发的香味种类可由使用者自由选择。
作为优选,所述控制模块的温度调控范围为25℃-60℃,所述控制模块与智能移动终端无线连接。
通过将控制模块与智能移动终端无线连接,使得用户可以方便地对香氛的散发种类和散发量进行控制。
作为优选,所述加料装置为伸入多孔陶瓷吸附板内部的导管,所述导管表面开有多个孔洞。
通过使用伸入多孔陶瓷吸附板内部的导管作为加料装置并在导管表面开有多个孔洞,在多孔陶瓷吸附板内部吸附的芳香精油耗尽时,用户可以通过加料装置再次填充芳香精油,从而使得香氛模块可以循环使用,此外在补充精油时,导管表面的孔洞能够加快芳香精油在多孔陶瓷吸附板内部的吸附扩散速率。
作为优选,所述导管内嵌于多孔陶瓷吸附板内,所述导管一端伸出多孔陶瓷吸附板形成芳香精油加注口,所述芳香精油加注口可拆卸连接有密封盖。
通过将导管内嵌于多孔陶瓷吸附板内,导管一端伸出多孔陶瓷吸附板形成芳香精油加注口,芳香精油加注口可拆卸连接有密封盖,在用户添加芳香精油时,取下芳香精油加注口的密封盖即可进行添加操作,添加完成后使用密封盖将芳香精油加注口封闭,避免芳香精油从芳香精油加注口逸散。
本发明还公布了一种香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):根据设计图纸,在陶瓷板材上切割出相应的镂空图案,获得陶瓷基板;
步骤(2):提供与步骤(1)所述的镂空图案对应的多孔陶瓷吸附板,在所述多孔陶瓷吸附板顶部依次设置抑菌层和保护层,并在多孔陶瓷吸附板内部开槽或打孔置入加料系统,将芳香精油通过加料系统添加至多孔陶瓷吸附板内部,将密封层和加热装置依次设置于多孔陶瓷吸附板底部,获得香氛模块;
步骤(3):将所述香氛模块通过镶嵌或粘接的方式嵌入陶瓷基板上的镂空图案内部,将控制模块与香氛模块的加热装置连接后固定于陶瓷基板背面,即可获得所述香氛陶瓷板材。
本发明同时提供了上述香氛陶瓷板材在台面、桌面、柜面、门板或墙面中的应用
由于需要散发香氛的缘故,现有的香氛陶瓷板材表面不能进行常规的喷墨打印和施加致密釉层,装饰效果不佳,同时多孔材质的表面也导致其硬度低、耐磨性较差,不适合作为家居表面装饰的材料。而本发明中通过将力学性能和装饰效果优异的陶瓷基板与散发香氛的多孔陶瓷结合,巧妙的解决了上述两个问题,可以得到大尺寸的兼具装饰及香氛效果的高强度香氛陶瓷板材,通过将本发明的香氛陶瓷板材应用于台面、桌面、柜面、门板或墙面中,扩大了香氛陶瓷板材的应用范围,解决了现有香氛陶瓷板材力学强度过低导致其板材尺寸不能过大,应用场景受限的问题,使得香氛陶瓷板材的受众更加广泛。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得了如下的有益技术效果:
(1)通过将强度和硬度均表现优异的建筑装饰陶瓷板材与多孔陶瓷构成的香氛模块组装拼接为一体,综合两者各自的性能优势,获得一种综合性能优异的新型香氛陶瓷板材,此外,通过引入加热模块和控制模块,使发明的香氛陶瓷板材实现香氛种类的快速切换和散发速率的可控调节,可在需要的场景通过调控加热模块,实现特定香氛的快速释放,获得明显的使用效果,而空闲时则减小香氛逸散,在保证良好使用体验的同时又维持了较长的使用寿命;
(2)在多孔陶瓷香氛载体中引入抑菌组分和抗污保护涂层,提高了香氛模块表面的防污防霉效果,解决了多孔陶瓷易吸污、不耐脏的缺点,使其可直接用于板材外表面,通过使用由一块或多块吸附有不同种类芳香精油的彩色多孔陶瓷组合而成的多孔陶瓷吸附板,芳香精油采用具有特定香味的人工合成精油或天然植物精油,使得香氛模块的散发种类可选择;
(3)通过将控制模块与智能移动终端无线连接,使得用户可以方便地对香氛的散发种类和散发量进行控制,通过使用伸入多孔陶瓷吸附板内部的导管作为加料装置并在导管表面开有多个孔洞,在多孔陶瓷吸附板内部吸附的芳香精油耗尽时,用户可以方便地再次填充,从而使得香氛模块可以循环使用;

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于下述具体实施例。
实施例1:
本实施例为本发明所述的一种香氛陶瓷板材,尺寸为:长3200mm×宽1600mm×高5mm,如图1所示,包括陶瓷基板1、香氛模块2和控制模块;香氛模块2固定连接于陶瓷基板1,控制模块固定于陶瓷基板1与香氛模块2之间,香氛模块2包括多孔陶瓷吸附板21、加热装置22以及加料装置26;多孔陶瓷吸附板21内吸附有芳香精油,加热装置22设置于多孔陶瓷吸附板21底部,加热装置22与控制模块相连,加料装置26固定连通于多孔陶瓷吸附板21,在本实施中,加料装置26为伸入多孔陶瓷吸附板21内部的导管,导管表面开有多个孔洞,导管内嵌于多孔陶瓷吸附板21内,导管一端伸出多孔陶瓷吸附板21形成芳香精油加注口261,芳香精油加注口261卡接有密封盖。
其中多孔陶瓷吸附板21底部设置有密封层23,密封层23为聚乙烯膜层,密封层23位于多孔陶瓷吸附板21与加热装置22之间,多孔陶瓷吸附板21顶部设置有保护层25,保护层25为纳米氧化硅涂层,多孔陶瓷吸附板21与保护层25之间设置有抑菌层24,抑菌层24为无机抑菌层24,无机抑菌层24为金属离子抑菌层24,金属离子抑菌层24中的金属离子为银离子,陶瓷基板1的吸水率为0.45%,所述陶瓷基板1的抗折强度为52MPa,多孔陶瓷吸附板21的气孔率为35%,多孔陶瓷吸附板21的孔径D50为6.2μm,多孔陶瓷吸附板21的抗折强度为23MPa,多孔陶瓷吸附板21为长条状,芳香精油为具有特定香味的人工合成精油或天然植物精油,在本实施例中,芳香精油具体为檀木香气味,控制模块的温度调控范围为25℃-60℃,控制模块与智能移动终端无线连接。
上述香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):根据设计图纸,在吸水率为0.45%,抗折强度52MPa的大规格陶瓷板材上切割出条状镂空上图案,获得陶瓷基板1;
步骤(2):准备与步骤(1)中镂空图案对应的多孔陶瓷,气孔率35%,抗折强度23MPa,在其上表面依次喷涂负载无机抗菌组分和疏水疏油纳米氧化硅防污涂层,并在其内部打孔置入导管系统,导管表面开有一定数量孔洞,将檀木香气味的芳香精油通过导管渗入到多孔陶瓷孔隙内部,将聚乙烯密封膜和石墨烯薄膜加热装置22依次粘贴于多孔陶瓷背面,获得香氛模块2,且截面示意图如图2所示;
步骤(3):将香氛模块2通过陶瓷胶粘接嵌入陶瓷基板1内部,将控制模块与香氛模块的加热装置连接后粘接于陶瓷基板背面,最终获得香氛陶瓷板材。
实施例2:
本实施例为本发明所述的一种香氛陶瓷板材,本实施例与实施例1所述的香氛陶瓷板材不同之处在于:香氛模块2共有四个,独立分布于陶瓷基板1内部,俯视图如图3,其中,左右两个香氛模块2所用的多孔陶瓷吸附板21颜色为浅绿色,浸渗茉莉花香精油;中间两个香氛模块2所用的多孔陶瓷吸附板21颜色为浅红色,浸渗玫瑰花香精油,各香氛模块2可通过控制模块进行单独加热控制,实现香氛种类的选择性加速释放,在每个香氛模块2表面的中央位置布置有芳香精油加注口261。
上述香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例为本发明所述的一种香氛陶瓷板材,本实施例与实施例1所述的香氛陶瓷板材不同之处在于:香氛板材尺寸为长2000mm×宽800mm×高8mm;香氛模块2形状为椰树形如图4所示,在香氛模块2表面有芳香精油加注口261,所用芳香精油为海藻与柑橘混合芳香精油;所制作的香氛陶瓷板材用于门板。
上述香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例:
本对比例为一种香氛陶瓷板材,本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,仅单独以多孔陶瓷浸渗香氛来制备香氛陶瓷板材。
上述香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤一,选用与实施例3相同的多孔陶瓷作为芳香精油吸附板,尺寸为800mm×400mm×11mm,气孔率35%,抗折强度23Mpa;
步骤二,在真空容器中浸渗芳香精油获得香氛陶瓷板材。
相比于实施例1中陶瓷基板52MPa的抗折强度,对比例中的多孔陶瓷由于35%的气孔率其抗折强度仅为23MPa,强度仅为前者的44%,当将对比例1的应用于实际环境中,会面临如下的问题,一,低的力学强度导致其板材尺寸不能过大,依据传统生产经验,尺寸一般小于1200mm×400mm,这是因为过大的尺寸在搬运、安装及使用过程中,板材会承受较大的力矩,极易发生破损或断裂;二,由于需要散发香氛的缘故,对比实施例中板材表面不能进行常规的喷墨打印和施加致密釉层,装饰效果不佳,同时多孔材质的表面也导致其硬度低、耐磨性较差,不适合作为家居表面装饰的材料。而本发明提供的香氛陶瓷板材,通过将力学性能和装饰效果优异的陶瓷基板与散发香氛的多孔陶瓷结合,便巧妙的解决了上述两个问题,可以实现大尺寸的装饰及香氛效果兼具的高强度香氛陶瓷板材。
此外,在模拟使用环境中,对比例制备的香氛板材由于多孔陶瓷的吸附作用,极易吸附油污、灰尘等污渍,在合适的温度和湿度情况下还会产生菌落,影响美观和卫生,而本发明的实施例1中,由于在散发香氛的多孔陶瓷板材表面含有抑菌组分和防污涂层,正常使用下出现菌落的概率降低99%以上,并且低吸水的陶瓷基板,使得最终制备的香氛陶瓷板材具有耐脏、易清洁的特点,有效的克服了对比例中易藏污和不卫生的问题。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对发明构成任何限制。
Claims (10)
1.一种香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,包括陶瓷基板(1)、香氛模块(2)和控制模块;所述香氛模块(2)设置于陶瓷基板(1)上,所述香氛模块(2)包括多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)、加热装置(22)以及加料装置(26);所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)内载有芳香精油,所述加热装置(22)设置于多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)底部,所述控制模块用于调控加热装置(22),所述加料装置(26)连通多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)底部设置有密封层(23),所述密封层(23)位于多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)与加热装置(22)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)顶部设置有保护层(25),所述保护层(25)为纳米氧化硅涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)与所述保护层(25)之间设置有抑菌层(24),所述抑菌层(24)为无机抑菌层(24);所述无机抑菌层(24)为金属离子抑菌层(24),所述金属离子抑菌层(24)中的金属离子为银、铜、锌、钛离子中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述香氛模块(2)可拆卸连接于陶瓷基板(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)的气孔率为30%-70%,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)的孔径为0.05~10μm,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)的抗折强度大于15MPa。
7.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)由一块或多块吸附有不同种类芳香精油的彩色多孔陶瓷组合而成,所述芳香精油为具有特定香味的人工合成精油或天然植物精油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的香氛陶瓷板材,其特征在于,所述控制模块的温度调控范围为25℃-60℃,所述控制模块与智能移动终端无线连接。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一所述的香氛陶瓷板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):根据设计图纸,在陶瓷板材上切割出相应的镂空图案,获得陶瓷基板(1);
步骤(2):提供与步骤(1)所述的镂空图案对应的多孔陶瓷吸附板(21),在所述多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)顶部依次设置抑菌层(24)和保护层(25),并在多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)内部开槽或打孔置入加料系统,将芳香精油通过加料系统添加至多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)内部,将密封层(23)和加热装置(22)依次设置于多孔陶瓷吸附板(21)底部,获得香氛模块(2);
步骤(3):将所述香氛模块(2)通过镶嵌或粘接的方式嵌入陶瓷基板(1)上的镂空图案内部,将控制模块与香氛模块(2)的加热装置(22)连接后固定于陶瓷基板(1)背面,即可获得所述香氛陶瓷板材。
10.一种根据权利1-8任一所述的香氛陶瓷板材在台面、桌面、柜面、门板或墙面中的应用。
