An assembly machine of a special-shaped pipe of a transmission shaft and a claw fork assembly is characterized by comprising a machine body (1), a claw fork positioning tool assembly (2), a special-shaped pipe positioning support assembly (11), a special-shaped pipe locking tool assembly (3), a hydraulic push rod (6), a hydraulic push rod support assembly (5), a push rod thimble (4), a hydraulic propeller (7), an oil pump (10), an oil tank (12), a power switch (16), an oil pump starting button (13), a first reversing valve button (14) and a second reversing valve button (15), wherein the machine body (1) of the assembly machine is box-shaped, a U-shaped groove (1a) is arranged on a table board (1h) of the machine body (1), the U-shaped groove (1a) is composed of a front side plate (1o), a rear side plate (1n) and a left side plate (1e), a hydraulic propeller assembling hole (1g) and a hydraulic push rod (1f) are arranged on the left side plate (1e), the front of the machine body (1) is provided with a control panel (1c), a bracket (1i) for assembling an oil pump (10) and an oil tank (12) and a support plate (1b), the control panel (1c) is provided with a first through hole (1d) for assembling an electric switch button (16), a second through hole (1j) for an oil pump control button (13), a third through hole (1k) for a reversing valve first button (14) and a fourth through hole (1m) for a reversing valve second button (15), a front side plate (1o) is provided with a twisting support (1q) for connecting a special-shaped pipe locking tool assembly (3), the bottom of a U-shaped groove (1a) is provided with 3-9 rows of internal thread holes (1p), a power switch (16), an oil pump starting button (13), a reversing valve first button (14) and a reversing valve second button (15) are arranged on the control panel (1c) of the machine body (1), and a hydraulic pusher (7) is connected on the side plate (1e) of the machine body (1), a hydraulic push rod (6) is connected and assembled on a hydraulic pusher (7), a hydraulic push rod support component (5), a special-shaped pipe positioning support component (11) and a claw fork positioning tool component (2) are arranged in a U-shaped groove (1a) in sequence, the hydraulic push rod (6) is assembled on the hydraulic push rod support component (5), the end of the hydraulic push rod (6) is connected and assembled with a push rod thimble (4), a front side plate (1o) of the U-shaped groove (1a) above the special-shaped pipe positioning support component (11) is provided with a connecting and assembling special-shaped pipe locking tool component (3), the end of the U-shaped groove (1a) is connected and assembled with the claw fork positioning tool support component (2), an oil pump (10) and an oil tank (12) are assembled below a left side table top (1h) of a machine body (1), the oil pump (10) and the oil tank (12) are connected and fixed with a support plate (1b), a support (1i) is arranged below the support plate (1b), the support plate (1b) is fixedly connected with the support (1i), and the support (1i) is fixedly connected with the machine body (1).

The assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the machine comprises: the goat's horn fork positioning tool seat component (2) of the goat's horn fork (8) comprises a handle (2a), a handle support rod (2b), a first inner hexagonal screw (2c), a locking pressing plate (2d), a goat's horn fork positioning groove (2e), a goat's horn fork first positioning seat (2f), a goat's horn fork second positioning seat (2g), a first countersunk head through hole (2h), a connecting block (2i) and a pin shaft (2j), wherein the goat's horn fork first positioning seat (2f) and the goat's horn fork second positioning seat (2g) are connected into a whole by the connecting block (2i), the goat's horn fork first positioning seat (2f) and the goat's horn fork second positioning seat (2g) are provided with pin shaft holes, one end of the locking pressing plate (2d) is arranged between the goat's horn fork first positioning seat (2f) and the goat's horn fork second positioning seat (2g) and is connected and fixed with the goat's horn fork second positioning seat by the pin shaft holes (2j), the other end of the lock pressing part (2d) is connected with an assembling handle supporting rod (2b), an assembling handle (2a) is connected onto the handle supporting rod (2b), and the claw fork positioning tool base assembly (2) is fixed together with an internal thread hole (1p) of the machine body (1) through a first countersunk head through hole (2h) by a first internal hexagonal screw (2c) in a threaded mode.

The assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the machine comprises: the special-shaped pipe locking tool frame assembly 3 of the special-shaped pipe (9) is composed of a locking plate (3a), a locking plate groove (3b), a locking plate hinge joint (3c), a bolt hole (3d), a bolt (3 f) and a nut (3e), wherein the locking plate groove (3b) is formed in one side of the center of the locking plate (3a), the locking plate hinge joint (3c) is arranged at the end of one end of the locking plate (3a), the locking plate hinge joint (3c) is provided with the bolt hole (3d), the locking plate hinge joint (3c) is matched with a hinge support (1q), and the locking plate (3a) is connected and fixed on the hinge support (1q) through the bolt (3 f) and the nut (3 e).
