The outer edge of the second rotating ring 11 is provided with a bearing, the outer ring of the bearing is connected with an inflatable ring 12 in a bonding mode, and all the second paddles 13 are fixed at the outer edge of the inflatable ring 12 at intervals, so that all the second paddles 13 can flexibly rotate relative to the second rotating ring 11. The inflatable ring 12 functions as: on one hand, the buoyancy of the whole auxiliary stirring mechanism suspended at the liquid level of the washing liquid is provided, so that the auxiliary stirring mechanism can automatically lift according to the liquid level of the washing liquid, and the rotation of the auxiliary stirring mechanism is ensured to be fully acted on the washing liquid. In other embodiments of the invention; on the other hand, the angle of the second paddle 13 can be changed through the deformation effect of the second paddle, so that the second paddle is easy to enter and exit the stomach cavity, namely: in the process of entering the stomach cavity, the second paddle 13 is forced to cause the outer end of the second paddle to rotate upwards by taking the inflatable ring 12 as the center for storage, in the process of leaving the stomach cavity, the second paddle 13 is forced to cause the outer end of the second paddle to rotate downwards for storage, and after entering the stomach cavity, the inflatable ring 12 maintains a natural state, so that the second paddle 13 is distributed along the radial direction of the tube body 1, the second paddle is convenient to rotate along with the rotational flow effect of lotion, and the second paddle continuously rotates for warm flow. By this arrangement, the length of the second paddle 13 in the present invention can be set to a large size without being limited by the narrow cardiac width, and the stabilizing effect on the swirling flow of the washing liquid in the gastric cavity after the first swivel ring 9 stops spraying the washing liquid is further increased.
The specific implementation of this example is as follows:
first, the front end portion of the tube body 1 shown in fig. 1 is inserted into the stomach cavity through the esophagus so that the lower end of the first rotary ring 9 contacts the bottom of the stomach cavity, and the liquid suction pump is activated to draw the contents of the stomach cavity.
Then the liquid pump is closed, the tube body 1 is slightly lifted to separate the first rotating ring 9 from the bottom of the stomach cavity, and then the liquid pump is started (at the moment, the front part of the tube body 1 is in a vertical state under the action of the first balance weight), and the washing liquid is injected into the liquid injection cavity 2 of the tube body 1. The washing liquid in the liquid injection chamber 2 passes through the communicating hole 6 and the liquid collecting tank 8 in sequence, then is dispersed into the spray hole 10 and is sprayed out obliquely from the lower end of the first rotating ring 9, and the second rotating ring 11 is driven to rotate. The second paddles 13 on the second swivel 11 also rotate synchronously, driving the washing liquid in the stomach cavity to swirl. During the continuous injection of the washing liquid, the second rotary ring 11 and the second paddles 13 thereon also rotate continuously, so that the washing liquid is continuously swirled. The rotational flow effect of the washing liquid stirs the washing liquid to be fully contacted with the stomach wall and improves the washing force of the washing liquid on the stomach wall so as to timely wash the toxin down from the stomach wall into the washing liquid. The washing liquid is acted on the second paddle 13 after swirling, so that the second paddle 13 starts to generate continuous rotation, and the second paddle 13 is suspended at the liquid level of the washing liquid all the time under the buoyancy action of the inflatable ring 12.
After the proper washing liquid is injected, the liquid injection pump is closed and the liquid pump is started, and the washing liquid in the gastric cavity is pumped out, so that the single gastric lavage operation is completed. After the infusion pump is turned off, the spray holes 10 stop spraying the washing liquid, and the swirling effect of the washing liquid in the gastric cavity is maintained by the second paddles 13. And the second paddle 13 descends along the tube body 1 along with the reduction of the liquid level of the washing liquid, so that the rotational flow of the washing liquid is maintained stably continuously until the washing liquid in the gastric cavity is pumped out through the liquid pumping cavity 3, and the rotational flow washing effect of the washing liquid can be maintained after the spraying of the washing liquid from the spray hole 10 is stopped. The second counterweight 14 at the outer end of the second blade 13 in this embodiment can increase the kinetic energy of the second blade 13, so that the second blade 13 has a larger inertia, which is further beneficial to maintaining the stability of the rotational flow.
