Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diabetes medication, in particular to an umbilical dropping liquid for diabetics.
Background
Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is caused by defects in insulin secretion, impaired biological action of insulin, or both. The chronic presence of hyperglycemia leads to chronic damage, dysfunction of various tissues, particularly the eye, kidney, heart, blood vessels, and nerves.
However, the application allergy rate of the sugar-reducing plaster in the market at present is as high as 50%, and the application time is as long as 24 hours, so that local allergy and pruritus of patients are caused, and the plaster is difficult to tolerate. Therefore, the umbilicus dropping liquid for the diabetic is designed, does not need adhesive plaster, avoids allergy, improves the absorption rate and ensures the treatment effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, based on the above background, the present invention provides an umbilical dropping liquid for diabetic patients, which does not require an adhesive tape, can prevent allergy, and can improve the absorption rate of a drug and ensure a therapeutic effect by administering the drug via the umbilical dropping liquid.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an umbilical dropping liquid for diabetic patients, which comprises the following raw materials:
corni fructus, rhizoma Dioscoreae, radix rehmanniae Preparata, Ginseng radix, Poria, Alismatis rhizoma, and cortex moutan.
Further, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1 part of cornus pulp, 1 part of Chinese yam, 1 part of prepared rehmannia root, 1 part of ginseng, 1 part of tuckahoe, 1 part of rhizoma alismatis and 1 part of cortex moutan.
Further, the extraction steps of the umbilical dropping liquid of the invention are as follows:
s1: crushing the herbs in parts by weight, and sieving the crushed herbs with a sieve of 10-50 meshes;
s2: putting the herbal powder of S1 into 95% ethanol, and soaking in 95% ethanol for more than 24 h;
s3: percolating the powder with 95% ethanol solution 2-10 times the weight of the powder at a rate of 3-4 ml/min;
s4: percolating the herbal powder again with deionized water at 50-90 deg.C;
s5: collecting all the obtained extracts;
s6: evaporating the extract to obtain an extractive solution with a concentration of 1.6-2.2 relative density.
Further, in step S1, the herb is ground and then sieved through a 20-mesh sieve.
In the technical proposal, the device comprises a shell,
in the step S1, the medicinal herbs which are proportioned according to the parts by weight are crushed and then sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, so that the contact area of the medicinal powder of each raw material and ethanol can be increased, the medicinal herbs and the ethanol are uniformly mixed, the medicinal herbs can be easily soaked by the ethanol, and the leaching concentration of the medicinal herbs is increased, so that the extraction concentration of the medicinal herbs is increased;
step S2, the pulverized medicinal powder is put into 95% ethanol and soaked in the 95% ethanol for 24h, and similar compatibility of organic matters is realized, so that the medicine is conveniently leached into the ethanol, and the extraction concentration is increased;
step S3, percolating the medicinal herb powder with 95% ethanol solution 2-10 times of the medicinal herb powder at a speed of 3-4ml/min, wherein during downward flow of the ethanol penetrating through the medicinal material layer, the medicinal material components are leached out, and the dissolved ethanol is prevented from volatilizing by a dynamic leaching method, so that the utilization rate of the ethanol is improved, the effective components are completely leached out, and the leachate can be directly collected;
percolating the herbal powder again with deionized water at 50-90 deg.C in step S4; so as to leach medicinal components which are insoluble in ethanol, and further ensure that the medicinal components are leached and utilized more completely, thereby ensuring that the concentration of the leaching solution is higher;
collecting all the extracts obtained in the step S5 to be treated in a centralized way;
in step S6, by evaporating the extract, an extract with a concentration of 1.6-2.2 relative density is obtained after evaporation, so as to remove the excess liquid to obtain a certain concentration of medicinal components.
Preferably, the amount of deionized water used in step S4 is 2-10 times of the herbal powder, and the percolation rate is controlled to 3-4 ml/min.
Preferably, the evaporation temperature of step S6 is controlled at 80-100 ℃.
By evaporation in step S6, recovery may be performed by distilling off ethanol, and excess water may be distilled off to make the droplets reach an optimum concentration.
Further, the extraction method also comprises the following steps:
s7: dissolving 0.02-2 parts of menthol with 0.2-5 parts of propylene glycol, and adding the dissolved menthol into the extracting solution obtained in the step S6;
s8: adding 0.1-1 part of phenoxyethanol and 0.2-3 parts of polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monolaurate to solubilize the extract of S7 to obtain dripping liquid.
In step S7, menthol is added to selectively stimulate the human skin or mucous membrane cold receptors to produce cold reflex and cold sensation, which causes the skin mucous membrane to contract blood vessels (actually, the skin remains normal); in addition, the blood vessels in deep tissues can be contracted to produce a therapeutic effect. The external use can diminish inflammation, relieve pain, relieve itching, promote blood circulation, relieve edema and the like, and has the functions of invigorating stomach and dispelling wind;
the phenoxyethanol and the polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monolaurate added in the step S8 are increased, so that the dropping liquid can be directly dropped on the navel without adhesive plaster, and the allergy of the human body caused by the application is avoided; the medicament can be quickly absorbed within 5 minutes, and has higher absorptivity and better effect.
