In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the extraction process of the umbilical dropping liquid for diabetic patients as shown in fig. 4 is performed by using deionized water 6 times (i.e., S4.1) the amount of the herb powder in step S4, and the percolation rate is controlled to 3-4ml/min (i.e., S4.2).
In this example, the herbal powder was again percolated with deionized water 6 times the mass of the herbal powder in S4.1; and S4.2, controlling the percolation speed of the deionized water to be 3-4ml/min to ensure that the medicinal material which is insoluble in ethanol is leached by using enough water, so that the concentration of the medicinal material component which is soluble in ethanol is consistent with that of the medicinal material component which is insoluble in ethanol.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the extraction process of the umbilical dropping liquid for diabetic patients as shown in fig. 5, in step S6, the evaporation temperature is controlled at 100 ℃ to recover ethanol (i.e., S6.1).
In this example, the evaporation temperature in S6.1 is controlled at 100 deg.C, and the boiling point of ethanol is higher, so that the ethanol is completely distilled out, and the excessive water is distilled to reach the optimal concentration of the dripping liquid.
Compared with the oral dosage form of the formula, the umbilical dropping liquid prepared in the example 1 has the advantages that the compliance of a patient to the umbilical dropping liquid (the patient compliance is 95%) is obviously higher than the compliance of the decoction when the decoction is taken orally (the patient compliance is 63%), and the umbilical dropping liquid is absorbed through the umbilical mucosa and has no mouth bitter compared with the oral dosage form. It is more suitable for patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type diabetes, and has an effective rate up to 93%.

The patient has no fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and rotten apple flavor after the onset of the disease. History of the past: deny the history of hypertension and coronary heart disease. The patients have definite diabetes diagnosis, continue to eat low-salt and low-fat diabetes diet, and simultaneously eat high-quality protein every day. The insulin glargine 20iu is subcutaneously injected before sleeping in combination with the insulin lispro 6iu is subcutaneously injected before three meals, the linagliptin is 5mg, the sugar is reduced by oral administration for 1 time per day, and the umbilical dropping liquid is added for 6 drops per time and twice per day. Retesting after 1 month, fasting venous blood sugar 8.1mmol/L, 2 hours after meal venous blood sugar: 10.2mmol/L, urine protein: +. The symptoms of self-complaint of soreness and weakness of waist and knees, light headedness, tinnitus and deafness are obviously relieved, and dizziness and hypodynamia are obviously improved. After 3 months, insulin is gradually reduced to be premixed with 30-day-early 16iu and 14iu of insulin aspart, navel dropping liquid is continuously combined with oral medicine for treatment, the blood sugar is well controlled, and the glycosylated hemoglobin: 8.7%, fasting blood sugar fluctuation is between 7.0-10.0mmol/L, blood sugar fluctuation at 2 hours after meal is between 8.2-12.3mmol/L, and no hypoglycemic event occurs
To summarize: the patients have sallow complexion, low voice, weakness of limbs, poor appetite, loose stool, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus and deafness, and are due to liver-kidney yin deficiency. Meanwhile, the disease course of the patient is long, and the navel dropping liquid of the dogwood fruit, the Chinese yam, the prepared rehmannia root, the ginseng, the tuckahoe, the rhizoma alismatis and the cortex moutan is used for tonifying spleen and qi to supplement the innate essence and nourishing yin and the kidney to nourish the acquired essence, so that the effects of tonifying qi and yin, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, replenishing essence and reducing pathogenic fire are achieved. Meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is combined with western medicine for treatment, so that the blood sugar of a patient is effectively controlled, the symptoms are improved, the curative effect is exact, and the safety is good.
