the umbilical cord cotton valve hat groove (2) is arranged on the front side of the cotton core front end belt (1), the tensioning belt (3) is tightly attached to the front side of the cotton core front end belt (1), the umbilical cord cotton valve hat groove (2) and the tensioning belt (3) are nested together, and the cotton core front end belt (1) and the rear cushion belt (5) are respectively tightly attached to the front side and the rear side of the abdomen binding ring (4);
the umbilical cord cotton petal cap groove (2) is provided with a buckle bending machine frame ring (2A), a cotton petal pressure bearing block (2B) and a through port cap groove body (2C);
