In a first embodiment of the present disclosure:
first, the main structures of the surface cleaning apparatus 1 and the washing apparatus 2 in the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the surface cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a cleaning head assembly 11, a lever 12, and a shower assembly 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning head assembly 11 includes a body 111, a floor washing roller 112, a floor wiping roller 113, a soil scraping member 114, and a soil collecting box 115. Among them, the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113, which are cleaning rollers of the surface cleaning apparatus, are rotatably mounted to the body 111, respectively. The floor cleaning roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 are respectively provided with a dirt scraping component 114, so that the floor cleaning roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 can be respectively scraped by the dirt scraping component 114 corresponding to the floor cleaning roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113, and further dirt (including dirty liquid) on the floor cleaning roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 can be scraped. Preferably, the two wiping members 114 are fixedly mounted to the body 111, respectively. The soil collection box 115 is positioned between the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113, and the soil collection box 115 is positioned below the soil scraping member 114 so that the soil scraped by the soil scraping member 114 can be collected into the soil collection box 115 by gravity.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a sewage drain 1151 and a valve 1152 for controlling the opening and closing of the sewage drain 1151 are provided on the bottom wall of the sewage collecting box 115. Specifically, the valve 1152 is pivotally disposed at the bottom side of the waste collection box 115, and an elastic member (e.g., a torsion spring, a tension spring, a leaf spring, etc.) for maintaining the valve 1152 at a position closing the waste discharge port 1151 is disposed between the valve 1152 and the waste collection box 115.
Furthermore, it is also possible for one skilled in the art to dispose the waste outlet 1151 and the valve 1152 at any other feasible positions of the waste collection box 115, such as on a side wall of the bottom of the waste collection box 115, as desired.
Although not explicitly shown in the drawings, the operation lever 12 is pivotally connected to the body 111 so that the user can adjust the pitch attitude of the operation lever 12 according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the spray assembly 13 includes a water tank 131, a water pump 132, and a spray member 133 that are in fluid communication in sequence via a conduit. Wherein the water tank 131 and the water pump 132 are provided on the operation lever 12, and the shower member 133 is provided on the cleaning head assembly 11, particularly, the body 111, more particularly, the top case of the body 111. Preferably, the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 are respectively provided with a spraying member 132, so that the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 can be sprayed and wetted by the corresponding spraying member 132.
Further, considering that the floor washing roller 112 is mainly a cleaning roller for washing the surface to be cleaned and the floor wiping roller 113 is mainly a cleaning roller for wiping the wet surface to be cleaned, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to arrange only the spraying member 132 for the floor washing roller 112 and not the spraying member 132 for the floor wiping roller 113 as needed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning apparatus 2 mainly includes a cleaning tub 21 and a cleaning tray 22 erected on the cleaning tub 21. Wherein, a liquid storage cavity 211 is formed in the cleaning barrel 21, and at least a part of the cleaning disc 22 sinks into the liquid storage cavity 211 so as to reduce the overall height of the cleaning device 2. The cleaning disk 22 is provided with a roller chamber 221 as a cleaning tank, and the roller chamber 221 is used for accommodating at least a part of the cleaning roller. In the state of the surface cleaning device 1 placed on the cleaning device 2, the floor-washing roller 112 and the floor-scrubbing roller 113 engage in two roller-receiving chambers 221, respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning tray 22 is further provided with a top post 222 as a driving portion, and the top post 222 is used for forcing the valve 1152 to open the sewage discharge port 1151. Further, the person skilled in the art may also set the top pole 222 on the washing tub 21 as needed.
As shown in fig. 3, in a state in which the surface cleaning apparatus 1 is placed on the cleaning apparatus 2, the floor washing roller 112 is located in the left-hand side of the roller housing 221, and the floor wiping roller 113 is located in the right-hand side of the roller housing 221. The top post 222 pushes the end of the valve 1152 remote from the waste port 1151 to force the valve 1152 to rotate to a position that opens the waste port 1151, thereby allowing the reservoir 211 to communicate with the waste collection box 115 through the waste port 1151.
The cleaning method of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
The cleaning method of the present embodiment includes a valve opening step and a cleaning step.
The valve opening step comprises: valve 1152 is opened.
Specifically, when the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the cleaning apparatus 2, the valve 1152 is opened by the top post 222 on the cleaning apparatus 2.
Alternatively, a person skilled in the art may also provide a drive member on the surface cleaning apparatus 1 to drive the valve 1152 to open the waste 1151 by the drive member, as required. Illustratively, the driving member is an electromagnet provided on the bottom wall of the soil-collecting box 115, and a magnet is fixedly mounted to an end of the valve 1152 remote from the soil-discharging port 1151. When the waste 1151 needs to be opened, the electromagnet is energized to attract the magnet on the valve 1152, so that the valve 1152 is forced to rotate to a position for opening the waste 1151 by the magnetic force between the electromagnet and the magnet.
The cleaning step comprises: the cleaning roller rotates and cleans in the cleaning tank (specifically, the roller chamber 221) to drive the cleaning solution to enter the dirt collecting box 115 to wash and clean the dirt collecting box 115.
As an example one, the cleaning roller is rotated only in the positive direction all the time. That is, the floor washing roller 112 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction as indicated by a dotted arrow in fig. 3; the scrub roller 113 is rotated in a clockwise direction as indicated by the dotted arrow in fig. 3. So that the scraping member 114 continuously scrapes the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 and the cleaning liquid scraped off from the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 is entirely collected into the reservoir 211.
As a second example, the cleaning roller is rotated first in the reverse direction and then in the forward direction. That is, the floor washing roller 112 is first rotated in a clockwise direction as shown by the solid arrow in fig. 3; the scrub roller 113 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction as indicated by the solid arrow in fig. 3. Since the two dirt scraping members 114 are respectively located at the upper oblique sides of the floor cleaning roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113, the dirt liquid scraped by the dirt scraping members 114 by the cleaning roller rotating in the opposite direction cannot flow to the dirt collecting box 115 due to the blocking of the dirt scraping members 114, but flows to the roller accommodating chamber 221 again from the outside of the dirt collecting box 115 (i.e. from the side of the dirt scraping members 114 away from the dirt collecting box 115). As in the first example, the cleaning roller rotating in the forward direction continuously scrapes the dirty liquid into the dirty liquid storage chamber 211 by the dirty scraping member 114.
As example three, the cleaning roller is alternately rotated toward the forward direction and the reverse direction.
Wherein, the forward direction of the floor washing roller 112 is the counterclockwise direction (as shown by the dotted arrow in fig. 3), and the reverse direction thereof is the clockwise direction (as shown by the solid arrow in fig. 3). The forward direction of the scrub roller 113 is clockwise (as indicated by the dashed arrow in fig. 3), and the reverse direction is counterclockwise (as indicated by the solid arrow in fig. 3).
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the second and third examples, the cleaning roller is rotated forward and backward, so that both sides of the bristles on the cleaning roller can be scraped by the scraping member 114, and the cleaning effect of the scraping member 114 on the cleaning roller is improved. Alternatively, in order to effectively wash the soil-collecting box 115, the total time for the forward rotation of the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 is longer than the total time for the respective reverse rotation thereof.
Further, during the rotation of the cleaning roller in the forward direction and/or the reverse direction, the water pump 132 is operated such that the water pump 132 delivers the cleaning liquid in the water tank 131 to the spray member 133 to be sprayed to the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 to supply the cleaning liquid to the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113.
Furthermore, it is also possible for the person skilled in the art to inject the cleaning liquid 3 into the roll cavity 221 before the cleaning roller is rotated, so that the cleaning roller 112 and the scrubbing roller 113 absorb the cleaning liquid from the respective roll cavity 221, if necessary.
In a second embodiment of the disclosure:
as shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the cleaning apparatus 2 is structurally modified. Specifically, the liquid storage chamber 211 of the washing tub 21 includes a clean liquid chamber 2111 and a dirty liquid chamber 2112; the cleaning tray 22 is replaced with a tray 23, an accommodating chamber 231 as a cleaning bath is provided on the tray 23, the accommodating chamber 231 corresponds to the roller chamber 221, and a plurality of through holes 232 are provided on the bottom wall of the tray 23 so that the accommodating chamber 231 communicates with the cleaning liquid chamber 2111 through the plurality of through holes 232.
As can be seen from fig. 4, a portion of the receiving chamber 231 sinks into the clean liquid chamber 2111, so that the cleaning liquid in the clean liquid chamber 2111 overflows into the receiving chamber 231 (the liquid level is shown by a dotted line in fig. 4), thereby submerging at least a portion of the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113. As can also be seen in fig. 4, the waste chamber 2111 communicates with the waste box 115 through a waste outlet 1151.
The cleaning method of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, except that when the cleaning roller is rotated reversely, the contaminated liquid scraped off by the scraping member 114 is diffused into the clean liquid chamber 2111 after flowing into the housing chamber 231. Based on this, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that when the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid chamber 2111 does not flow over the containing chamber 231 and the cleaning roller is rotated reversely, the dirty liquid scraped off by the scraping member 114 is directly collected into the liquid storage chamber 211 (specifically, the cleaning liquid chamber 2111).
In the present embodiment, if the cleaning liquid is supplied to the rotating cleaning roller through the shower assembly 13, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid chamber 2111 does not have to diffuse into the accommodating chamber 231. If the spray assembly 13 does not supply cleaning liquid to the rotating cleaning roller, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid chamber 2111 needs to diffuse into the receiving chamber 231 to submerge at least a portion of the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113, thereby allowing the rotating floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113 to be sufficiently wetted.
In a third embodiment of the present disclosure:
as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the cleaning apparatus 2 is modified. Specifically, the cleaning disk 22 is replaced with a tray 23, an accommodating chamber 231 corresponding to the roller chamber 221 is provided on the tray 23, and a bottom wall of the tray 23 is provided with a plurality of through holes 232 so that the accommodating chamber 231 communicates with the reservoir chamber 211 through the plurality of through holes 232.
As can be seen from fig. 5, a portion of the receiving chamber 231 sinks into the reservoir chamber 211 so that the cleaning liquid in the reservoir chamber 211 overflows into the receiving chamber 231 (the liquid level is shown by a dotted line in fig. 4), thereby submerging at least a portion of the floor washing roller 112 and the floor wiping roller 113.
As in the first embodiment, the carriage 23 is also provided with a top post for actuating a valve 1152 on the surface cleaning apparatus 1.
In a fourth embodiment of the disclosure:
although not shown in the drawings, unlike any of the foregoing first to third embodiments, the scraping member 114 is omitted and the guide portion of the dirt collection box 115 (the left and right upper end portions of the dirt collection box 115 in fig. 2 to 5) is used. Then, the direction indicated by the solid-line arrow in fig. 3 to 5 is a forward direction of the rotation of the cleaning roller, and the direction indicated by the broken-line arrow in fig. 3 to 5 is a reverse direction of the rotation of the cleaning roller.
In a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure:
as shown in fig. 6, unlike any of the first to fourth embodiments described above, the soil-collecting box 115 is no longer provided with a soil discharge port 1151 and a valve 1152, but an overflow port 1153 is provided on the side wall. The cleaning method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the cleaning roller is rotated and cleaned in the cleaning tank to drive the cleaning liquid to enter the dirt collecting box 115 to wash and clean the dirt collecting box 115.
When the level of cleaning liquid in the soil collection box 115 exceeds the overflow 1153 during the cleaning roller rotation washing, the cleaning liquid flows out of the soil collection box 115 from the overflow 1153.
Further, unlike any of the first to fourth embodiments, the surface cleaning apparatus 1 of the present embodiment may not be provided with a dedicated cleaning apparatus 2. During the cleaning roller rotation cleaning process, the surface cleaning device 1 can be lifted by a user or placed on any feasible support mechanism, and then the spray assembly 13 can supply cleaning liquid to the cleaning roller to clean the cleaning roller and the dirt collection box 115.
In a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure:
as shown in fig. 7, the surface cleaning apparatus 1 is provided with only one cleaning roller, such as a floor washing roller 112, unlike any of the first to fourth embodiments described above. The soil collection box 115 no longer has a soil discharge port 1151 and a valve 1152, but is pivotally connected to the collective body 111, and the rotational axis of the soil collection box 115 is located close to the floor washing roller 112. Further, magnetic members are provided on the body 111 and the dirt collection box 115, respectively, so that the dirt collection box 115 is held in the horizontal position shown in fig. 7 by the set of magnetic members. Preferably, the magnetic member provided on the body 111 is an electromagnet, which when energized keeps the dirt collection box 115 in the horizontal position shown in fig. 7; the electromagnet, when de-energized, allows the dirt collection bin 115 to rotate to the tilted position shown in fig. 7.
The cleaning method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the cleaning roller is rotated and cleaned in the cleaning tank to drive the cleaning liquid to enter the dirt collecting box 115 to wash and clean the dirt collecting box 115.
In the cleaning roller rotating cleaning process, when the cleaning liquid in the dirt collecting box 115 is more, the electromagnet on the machine body 111 is powered off, and then the dirt collecting box 115 is inclined to pour out the cleaning liquid in the dirt collecting box 115.
It is also possible for a person skilled in the art to arrange one cleaning roller of the surface cleaning apparatus 1 in any of the first to fifth embodiments, for example, to retain only the floor washing roller 112 or the floor wiping roller 113 in any of the first to third embodiments, as desired. Alternatively, the structure of the washing device 2 can also be adapted accordingly to the one cleaning roller.
Alternatively, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to omit the shower assembly 13 of the surface cleaning apparatus 1 and inject a cleaning liquid for cleaning the cleaning roller and the dirt collection box 115 into the cleaning apparatus 2 in advance, as necessary.
So far, the technical solutions of the present disclosure have been described in connection with the foregoing embodiments, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to only these specific embodiments. The technical solutions in the above embodiments can be split and combined, and equivalent changes or substitutions can be made on related technical features by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present disclosure, and any changes, equivalents, improvements, and the like made within the technical concept and/or technical principles of the present disclosure will fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
