When the cover plate 300 is in the closed position, the dust cup cover is in the locked state, at this time, the striking piece 213 abuts against the cup buckle, when the rotating piece 212 moves, the rotating piece 212 pushes the striking piece 213 to strike the cup buckle, and the dust cup cover is released, specifically, the striking piece 213 comprises a body 2131 and a striking part 2132 connected with the body 2131, and when the cover plate 300 sinks, the striking part 2132 strikes the cup buckle, and the dust cup cover is released.
In order to make the instantaneous striking force of the striking part 2132 large, in one of the embodiments, the striking piece 213 is provided such that the volume of the striking part 2132 is smaller than the volume of the body 2131.
Preferably, the linkage 210 is configured in a seesaw structure, i.e., when the link 211 moves downward, the corresponding striking member 213 moves upward. As shown in fig. 4, when the link 211 moves in the a direction, the striking member 213 moves in the b direction.
In one embodiment, the cover plate 300 is opened by suction. At this time, the main body 100 further includes a fan (not shown) and an air duct 130 connected to the cover plate 300, wherein the fan generates a negative pressure in the air duct 130, and the negative pressure drives one end of the cover plate 300 to sink.
When the dirt cup is not mounted to the dirt collection device, the cover plate 300 is normally locked in place on the dirt collection device to enclose the dirt collection chamber 120 and prevent external dirt and dust from entering the dirt collection chamber 120. In order to tightly connect the cover 300 to the device body 100, in one embodiment, the cover 300 has a touch member (not shown) for unlocking the cover 300, and the cover 300 can be unlocked only by touching the touch member. When the touch part unlocks the cover plate 300, the fan generates negative pressure to drive the cover plate 300 to open.
In another embodiment, the device body 100 further includes a motor (not shown) for controlling the rotation of the cover 300, and the cover 300 is driven to open by the motor.
In one embodiment, after the striking member 213 strikes the cup button, the dust cup lid is free to flip over and sink due to gravity.
When the dust cup cover is opened and dust falls into the dust collecting cavity 120, the dust collecting device can automatically push the dust cup cover to the locking state of the dust cup cover to seal the dust cup, and the dust collector with the dust cup can perform cleaning work again. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the integrated device further comprises a rotating member 400 and an electromagnet 500. Drive rotating member 400 through electro-magnet 500 and rotate to promote the closure of dirt bowl cover, realized the automatic closing lid of dirt bowl cover, saved the operation degree of difficulty and operating procedure, promoted user experience.
The rotating member 400 is movably connected to the apparatus body 100 for pushing the dust cup cover to be closed. Specifically, the rotary member 400 has a hammer 410, and the dust cup cover is pushed to be closed by the rotary motion of the hammer 410.
The rotary member 400 further includes a rotary body 420 and a connection post 430 connecting the rotary body 420 and the hammer 410. The rotating body 420 is movably connected to the apparatus body 100 via a rotating shaft (not shown). Specifically, the rotating body 420 has a pair of rotating holes 421 disposed opposite to each other, and the rotating shafts respectively pass through the pair of rotating holes 421 so that the rotating body 420 rotates around the rotating shafts.
The hammer portion 410 includes a hammer head 411 for pushing the dust cup cover closed and a hammer arm 412 connecting the hammer head 411 and the rotating body 420. In order to allow the hammer portion 410 to freely rotate within the device body 100 without interference, in one embodiment, the hammer arm 412 is curved in a concave shape toward the rotational body 420.
In one embodiment, the trajectory of the hammer head 411 corresponds to the closing trajectory of the cup cover. Preferably, the operation trajectory of the hammer head 411 is rotated by an angle ranging from 30 ° to 60 °.
In order to ensure that the striking head 411 does not scratch the surface of the dust cup cover in the pushing process of the dust cup cover, and the attractiveness of the dust cup cover is affected, in one embodiment, the striking head 411 is made of rubber.
The electromagnet 500 is located in the device body 100 to provide a pushing force to the rotating member 400. The electromagnet 500 is fixedly provided with a movable rod 510 for pushing the rotating member 400 to rotate, and the movable rod 510 pushes the rotating member 400 to move and close the dust cup cover.
In one embodiment, the electromagnet 500 is a push-pull electromagnet that pushes or pulls the rotating member 400. Specifically, the push-pull electromagnet comprises a magnetic core and an electromagnetic ring surrounding the magnetic core, and correspondingly, a magnetic part (not shown) is arranged at a position, opposite to the push-pull electromagnet, on the device main body 100, and after the electromagnetic ring is powered on, the push-pull electromagnet can generate magnetism and attract the magnetic part, so that the movable rod 510 on the push-pull electromagnet pushes the rotating part 400 to move, and the rotating part 400 pushes the dust cup cover to be closed.
