determining a drinking water recommendation scheme according to the physiological parameter information of the user, wherein the drinking water recommendation scheme comprises drinking water recommendation amount;
calculating and acquiring the water intake of a user by using the weight deviation of the water cup and the water amount;
carrying out accumulation calculation on the water consumption of the user to obtain an accumulated drinking value;
judging whether the accumulated drinking water value reaches the recommended drinking water amount or not, and generating a drinking water prompt according to a judgment result;
and outputting and displaying the drinking water accumulated value and the drinking water prompt.
2. The drinking water management method according to claim 1, wherein the method of acquiring physiological parameter information of a user comprises:
the method comprises the steps of connecting a mobile terminal through Bluetooth to obtain physiological parameter information of a user;
the method for outputting and displaying the drinking water accumulated value and the drinking water prompt comprises the following steps: be connected with mobile terminal through the bluetooth will drinking water accumulated value and drinking water suggestion output to mobile terminal and show.
3. The drinking water management method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method for calculating and acquiring the drinking water amount of the user by using the weight deviation of the water cup and the water amount comprises the following steps:
acquiring the total weight of the water in the water cup and the water in the water cup through a weight sensor, recording the total weight as a primary weighing value, and storing the weighing value and the weighing time corresponding to the weighing value into a weighing sequence;
when the obtained current weighing value is different from the last weighing value in the weighing sequence, comparing the current weighing value with the last weighing value; if the current weighing value is smaller than the last weighing value, calculating the difference value between the current weighing value and the last weighing value as the water intake of the user, and storing the water intake of the user into a water drinking sequence; if the current weighing value is larger than the last weighing value, the water intake of the user is not calculated.
4. The drinking water management method according to claim 1, wherein the method for calculating and acquiring the drinking water amount of the user by using the weight deviation between the water cup and the water amount further comprises the following steps:
when the cup cleaning signal is received, if the current weighing value is smaller than the last weighing value, the drinking water amount of the user is not calculated.
5. The drinking water management method of claim 1, wherein the method of determining a drinking water recommendation scheme based on the physiological parameter information of the user comprises:
according to the height, weight, age, sex and daily food intake of the individual, advices on the water intake and drinking frequency of the day are given; drinking advice is given according to season alternation or increase of exercise amount.
6. The drinking water management method according to claim 1, wherein the method of judging whether the accumulated drinking water value reaches the recommended drinking water amount and generating a drinking water prompt according to the judgment result comprises the following steps:
when the accumulated drinking water value is larger than the recommended drinking water amount, generating a prompt for reducing drinking water;
and when the accumulated drinking water value is smaller than the recommended drinking water amount, generating a prompt for reminding drinking water.
7. The drinking water management method of claim 1, further comprising a multi-account management method, including the steps of:
creating a user drinking account, and user information and drinking water information corresponding to the user drinking account, wherein the user information comprises an account name and a password, and adding physiological parameter information and a drinking water recommendation scheme of the user and a drinking water accumulated value of the day into the drinking water information;
uploading user information and drinking water information corresponding to the user drinking water account to a network;
and identifying a user drinking account according to the user information, and acquiring user information and drinking water information corresponding to the user drinking account from the network according to the identified user identity.
8. An intelligent water cup saucer is used for placing a water cup and comprises: the device comprises a microprocessor unit, and a weighing unit, an interaction unit and a Bluetooth communication unit which are in signal connection with the microprocessor unit;
the microprocessor unit is used for determining a drinking water recommendation scheme according to physiological parameter information of a user, wherein the drinking water recommendation scheme comprises drinking water recommendation amount, and meanwhile, the drinking water amount of the user is accumulated to obtain a drinking water accumulated value, whether the drinking water accumulated value reaches the drinking water recommendation amount is judged, and a drinking water prompt is generated according to a judgment result;
the weighing unit is used for calculating and acquiring the water intake of a user by utilizing the weight deviation between the water cup and the water amount;
the interaction unit is used for outputting and displaying the drinking water accumulated value;
the Bluetooth communication unit is used for being connected with the mobile terminal, acquiring physiological parameter information of a user, and outputting a drinking water accumulated value and a drinking water prompt to the mobile terminal for display.

The intelligent water cup holder according to claim 8, wherein the weighing unit comprises a weight sensor, the weight sensor is used for obtaining the total weight of the water in the water cup and the water in the water cup, the microprocessor unit records the total weight as a primary weighing value, and stores the weighing value and the weighing time corresponding to the weighing value into a weighing sequence;
when the current weighing value is different from the last weighing value in the weighing sequence, comparing the current weighing value with the last weighing value; if the current weighing value is smaller than the last weighing value, calculating the difference value between the current weighing value and the last weighing value as the water intake of the user, and storing the water intake of the user into a water drinking sequence; if the current weighing value is larger than the last weighing value, the water intake of the user is not calculated;
the interaction unit comprises a nixie tube for displaying the accumulated drinking water value on the day and a key for sending a 'cup cleaning' signal; when the microprocessor unit receives the cup cleaning signal, if the current weighing value is smaller than the last weighing value, the drinking water amount of the user is not calculated.
10. The smart cup holder as recited in claim 8, further comprising an alarm unit connected to the microprocessor unit, the alarm unit comprising a buzzer that is activated when the weight of the cup exceeds a predetermined value.
