The comb is essential for female users, and even many times, the female bags are used for placing the comb. The common hair comb is often large in size and occupies a large space when being placed in a carry-on bag, hair or other sundries are often left on the hair comb after the hair comb is used, and the hair comb is placed in the bag to pollute the bag.
The existing comb is much worse in use effect than the knotting prevention comb on the market on the premise of meeting the requirement of portability, the effective comb face is increased while the size of the comb is small enough, and the use effect of the comb in the unfolding state is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extensible folding comb which is easy to expand and fold, so that a comb face is large enough when the small folding comb is opened, comb teeth can effectively cover the scalp when combing, and the comb teeth and comb strips are rich in elasticity through the original and exquisite structural design, thereby playing the function of a knotting prevention comb.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the scheme that:

Under the expansion state, because the interact of pivot locating part and pivot face makes the working length of each sliver take place the increase of different degrees, combines the proportional relation between the thickness and the width of each sliver for each sliver presents the crooked deformation of different degrees and forms the comb main part of expansion state in the left and right sides orientation, and the comb main part at this moment still has slight indent deformation effect, thereby makes the comb needle can laminate the scalp better, in order to do benefit to comb hair, massage scalp. In addition, since the comb main body is formed by a plurality of the comb strips, the comb needle has proper elasticity, when the comb main body meets knotted hair, the comb needle can be prevented from being stuck by the knotted hair through the deformation of the comb strips and the comb needle, and the knotted hair can be combed by combing for many times.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and thus more clearly define the scope of the invention as claimed, it is described in detail below with respect to certain specific embodiments thereof. It should be noted that the following is only a few embodiments of the present invention, and the specific direct description of the related structures is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and the specific features do not of course directly limit the scope of the present invention. Such modifications and variations that may be apparent to a person skilled in the art, while guided by the teachings herein provided, are considered to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
A method of unfolding and folding a comb, comprising:
in the folded state, the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 form an included angle of 0 degree or close to 0 degree, and one end of the comb main body 1 is matched with one end of the comb base 2 through a pivot 13, so that the comb main body and the comb base are in the folded state. At this time, the card wire 101 provided on the front surface of the comb main body 1 can be received in the receiving chamber 21 of the comb holder 2.
During the unfolding or folding process, the comb main body 1 pivots relative to the comb base 2 around the pivot 13, each pivot limiting piece 130 is contacted with the pivot surface 121 of the first end of the corresponding comb strip 11, and the pivot 13 moves from the first pivot position 14a to the second pivot position 14b along the inner pivot surface 14c in the pivot hole 14; the working length of each comb strip 11 arranged in parallel of the comb main body 1 is the length of the comb strip between the second end and the position of the pivot 13, and the pivoting of the comb main body 1 around the pivot 13 enables the working length of each comb strip 11 from one side to the other side in the comb main body 1 to be sequentially increased, sequentially decreased or first decreased and then increased, so that each comb strip 11 of the comb main body 1 presents different degrees of bending state and is unfolded or returns to the folded parallel state from the bent unfolded state.
Wherein, the pivot limit piece 130 arranged on the limit piece 24 on the comb base 2 is provided with a contact piece 130a to contact with the pivot surface 121 to make the comb strip 11 spread while pivoting around the pivot 13.
Preferably, in the unfolded state, the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 form an angle of 180 ° or close to 180 °, and the comb pins 101 provided on the front surface of the comb main body 1 are formed in an expanded comb-like shape by unfolding the comb strip 11.
Preferably, the pivot surface 121 and the inner pivot surface 14c are both circular and are concentrically arranged to form a pivot block 14d therebetween having the same width d 1.
Hereinafter, a plurality of folding comb structures for realizing the above-described methods of unfolding and folding the comb are described.
Example one
As shown in figures 1-8, a novel folding comb is mainly composed of a comb main body 1 and a comb base 2. And, the first end of the comb main body 1 is provided with a pivot hole 14, the comb base 2 is provided with a pivot hole 211, the pivot 13 penetrates through the pivot hole 14 of the first end of the comb main body 1 and then both ends thereof are fixed in the pivot hole 211 of the comb base 2, so that the comb main body 1 is pivotally fitted on the comb base 2, and the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 can be unfolded or folded by pivoting around the pivot 13, thereby realizing the folding or unfolding of the comb.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the comb strip 11 is further provided with a plurality of comb pins 101 for the purpose of combing hair, massaging scalp, and the like. The material and shape of the card wire and the connection method (e.g. integral molding or welding) with the card wire 11 are not limited.
As shown in fig. 2, the pivot 13 is a cylindrical straight pivot, which is preferably made of a rigid material such as metal or alloy to ensure sufficient structural strength. The pivot holes 211 are symmetrically arranged on the side wall 22 of the pivot cavity of the comb base 2 so that both ends of the straight pivot shaft are fitted in the two pivot holes 211; the ends of the pivot shaft 13 may be raised above the outer surface of the pivot shaft cavity side wall 22, or may be flush or slightly recessed. A pivoting cavity 23 for accommodating the pivoting piece 12 and a receiving cavity 21 for accommodating the card wire 101 are also arranged in the comb base 2, and the receiving cavity 21 and the pivoting cavity 23 are both formed by hollow inner cavities of the comb base 2.
In this embodiment, the comb body 1 comprises 7 comb strips 11, each of the comb strips 11 being arranged side by side; and, the comb strips 11 at both sides are symmetrically arranged along the middle comb strip (i.e., the 4 th comb strip). Namely: the 1 st and 7 th slivers are symmetrical, the 2 nd and 6 th slivers are symmetrical, and the 3 rd and 5 th slivers are symmetrical.
The second end of each comb strip 11 is provided with an arc part, and the arc part is provided with a plurality of arc strips and is respectively and correspondingly connected with two symmetrical comb strips 11; namely: the third and fifth combs are connected by semicircular arcs with the diameter being the distance between the two combs, the second and sixth combs are connected by semicircular arcs with the diameter being the distance between the two combs, the first and seventh combs are connected by semicircular arcs with the diameter being the distance between the two combs, the fourth comb passes through the three arcs in sequence after extending and is connected with the three arcs respectively, so as to form an arc-shaped comb with a relatively integral structure at the second end of the comb main body. Therefore, on one hand, the comb has an attractive appearance, on the other hand, the stress of the second end can be dispersed through the semicircular parts in the unfolded state, and the arc-shaped parts can also have corresponding deformation capacity in the unfolded state.
In addition, the above-mentioned card wires 101 may be provided on each of the comb strips 11 and the semicircular portion, and the pitches of the card wires 101 may be equal or substantially equal; or may be specifically set as needed, without limitation.
The first end of each comb strip 11 is provided with a pivot 12, each pivot 12 is provided with a pivot hole 14, and each pivot hole 14 is provided with a first pivot 14a and a second pivot 14b which are arranged along the extending direction of the comb strip 11 and are communicated with each other. Further, from one side to the other side of the comb main body 1, the length of the pivot hole 14 provided at the first end of each comb strip 11 (the distance between the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b on the finger pivot 12) is increased after being decreased. That is, the length of the pivot hole 14 near the outer side is longer than that of the inner side, and the length of the pivot hole 14 of the comb strip 11 at the middle position is the smallest.
The pivot surface 121 is circular, the pivot hole 14 further includes an inner pivot surface 14c connecting the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b, and the inner pivot surface 14c is circular and is disposed concentrically with the pivot surface 121, so that the pivot member 12 between the pivot surface 121 and the inner pivot surface 14c is formed as an annular pivot block 14 d. Obviously, the pivoting blocks 14d on the same sliver 11 have the same width everywhere, all d 1; however, the width of the pivoting blocks 14d provided on different comb strips 11 may be different. Although the pivot surface 121 and the inner pivot surface 14c are both circular and concentric to form the pivot block 14d having the same width d1, it is obvious that the circular shape can be replaced by other shapes, as long as the width of the pivot block 14d is equal everywhere.
For example, in the comb body 1 shown in fig. 3, the comb strips 11 from the outside to the inside count first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh comb strips, respectively; wherein, the integral size of the first and seventh slivers, the second and sixth slivers, the third and fifth slivers and the size of the pivot hole 14 are respectively the same. Also, in this embodiment, the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b on the fourth comb strip overlap, i.e. the pivot hole 14 on the fourth comb strip is a circular hole with an inner diameter substantially equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the straight pivot. It is not necessary that the fourth comb strip is a circular hole, but it may have a shape similar to other comb strips, and the circular hole is only a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment.
By means of the pivot 13 cooperating with a pivot hole 14 provided at the first end of each comb strip 11, so that the first end of each comb strip 11 can be pivotally fitted to the comb base 2; and since the second ends of the respective comb strips 11 are connected to each other, the comb main body 1 is pivotally fitted to the comb base 2 about the pivot 13 as a whole.
In order to make the comb body 1 in this embodiment form an expanded state in the unfolded state, the pivot member 12 of the first end of each comb strip 11 further has a pivot surface 121, and the comb base 2 is correspondingly provided with a stopper 24. The stopper 24 divides the hollow cavity of the comb base 2 into the housing cavity 21 and the pivot cavity 23.
The limiting member 24 is further formed with a pivoting limiting member 130 corresponding to the pivoting member 12 of each sliver 11 one by one; i.e. the number of pivot limiters 130 is equal to the number of comb strips 11. For example, in this embodiment, the number of the pivot stoppers is 7, and the first to seventh pivot stoppers (131 and 137) are respectively formed from one side to the other side to respectively cooperate with the first to seventh combs. The pivot limiting member 130 is provided with an interference member 130a cooperating with the pivot surface 121, so as to act on the pivot surface 121 to make the pivot 13 move in the pivot hole 14 when the comb strip 11 pivots around the pivot 13.
From one side of the comb base 2 to the other, the depth d2 of each pivot limiting member 130 (i.e. the distance between the pivot limiting member and the pivot shaft 13) increases and then decreases. For example, as shown in fig. 6, from the upper side to the lower side, the depth of the pivot limiting member 130 satisfies the rule of increasing first and then decreasing, i.e., the depth of the pivot limiting member 134 in the middle is the largest; since the comb strips 11 are symmetrically arranged in the present embodiment, the depths of the pivoting stoppers are also correspondingly symmetrically arranged; namely: the depths of the first and seventh pivot limiting pieces (131, 137), the second and sixth pivot limiting pieces (132, 136), and the third and fifth pivot limiting pieces (133, 135) are the same.
Moreover, the depth d2 of any one pivot limiting piece 130 is equal or substantially equal to the width d1 of the pivot block 14d on the corresponding comb strip 11, so that the pivot surface 121 is always in contact fit with the interference piece 130a of the corresponding pivot limiting piece 130 when the comb strip 11 pivots around the pivot shaft 13.
For each comb strip 11 of the comb body 1, from side to side, the length of each comb strip 11 (i.e., the sum of the lengths of the comb strip 11 and the pivoting member 12) decreases first and then increases; since the pivoting members 12 at the first end of each sliver 11 are of the same size, it can also be considered that the length of the sliver 11 decreases first and then increases from side to side.
The pivoting member 12 of the first end of each comb strip 11 is formed as a pivoting surface 121 on the side of the card wire 101, the pivoting surface 121 is preferably circular, and when each pivoting-limiting member is fitted to the pivoting surface 121 of each pivoting member 12, respectively, so that the comb body 1 is rotated about the pivot 13, the pivoting surface 121 of each comb strip 11 contacts with the corresponding pivoting-limiting member and is rotated relatively, and the pivot 13 is made to move between the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14 b. In the folded state, the pivot 13 is fitted at the first pivot position 14 a; when the hinge is rotated to the unfolded state, the hinge 13 is displaced to fit the second hinge position 14b, and the hinge 13 is displaced along the inner hinge surface 14c of the hinge hole 14 in the process.
Obviously, for any sliver 11, the distance between the inner pivot surface 14c and the pivot surface 121 is fixed or seems to be fixed, which can be achieved by means of a concentric machining. That is, the pivot hole 14 in this embodiment is a semicircular pivot hole, so that the pivot 13 moves from the first pivot 14a to the second pivot 14b along its arc-shaped path in the pivot hole 14. Preferably, the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b of the pivot hole 14 have arc-shaped portions to tightly fit the pivot 13.
Meanwhile, the distance between the inner pivot surface 14c and the pivot surface 121 and the depth of the corresponding pivot limiting member 130 are set such that the working length of the sliver between the pivot 13 and the connecting end is different between the folded state and the unfolded state for the sliver with non-circular pivot holes (i.e. the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b do not overlap).
In this embodiment, the first pivot 14a and the second pivot 14b are at an angle of 180 ° such that the comb body 1 pivots 180 ° to a deployed state.
Due to the interference members 130a of the pivoting stoppers 130 disposed on the stoppers 24, the working lengths of the two sides of the comb strip 11 in the extended state of the comb are relatively increased (relative to the working length of each comb strip in the folded state), but the length of the middle fourth comb strip 124 is constant, so that the other comb strips on the outer side are bent in at least one direction, and the bending degree of the comb strips on the outer side is increased. When the thickness of each sliver 11 is significantly larger than the width thereof, the bending of each sliver 11 at the outer side mainly occurs in the left-right direction, i.e., the slivers at both sides are bent to the outer side, respectively, to finally form the expanded state diagram as shown in fig. 8.
In this embodiment, the thickness of each sliver 11 is the same, but the width of the outer sliver 11 is smaller than the middle sliver 11 (i.e. the width of the other slivers is smaller than the fourth sliver 114); the width relation of the outside comb strips can be equal, and can also be reduced from inside to outside in sequence or be reduced as a whole.
Of course, in this embodiment, because of the size of each comb strip 11, the comb strips are also slightly bent in the up-down direction, especially the comb strips 11 on both sides, which makes the comb have a relatively three-dimensional spreading effect as a whole, and is more beneficial to the fitting with the scalp during combing. With the hair comb of the present embodiment, the comb body 1 is hardly deformed (or the amount of deformation is negligibly small) in the lengthwise direction of the comb strip. And, to further avoid such variation, it can be achieved by making the width of the fourth sliver larger than the width of the outer sliver (i.e. the first to third, fourth to sixth slivers). For example, the width of the fourth sliver 124 is 1.5-2 times the width of the other outer slivers, or specifically set as desired.
In addition, in this embodiment, the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 are each in a flat shape. Also, in the present embodiment, the width of the pivoting member 12 is slightly larger than the width of the comb strip 11, and the pivoting member 12 is further provided with a chamfer to allow slight deformation between the comb strips in the unfolded state, so as to avoid excessive force required for unfolding and also reduce the force between the comb strips inside the comb main body in the unfolded state.
Example two
As shown in fig. 9a and 9b, an expandable folding comb has the same main structure as the first embodiment except that: the angle of the pivot holes 14 is different so that the angle of rotation of the folding comb between the folded state and the unfolded state is controlled, and the angle between the two states is less than 180 degrees in the embodiment. Specifically, in this embodiment, the straight angle between the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 is 0 ° in the folded state, and the included angle therebetween is 150 ° in the unfolded state.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 10a and 10b, an expandable folding comb has the same main structure as the first embodiment except that: the shape of the pivot holes 14 is different, in the first embodiment, the plurality of pivot holes 14 are semicircular, and in the second embodiment, the plurality of pivot holes 14 are annular. Of course, the pivot holes 14 on the middle or outermost comb strips 11 may be circular as in the embodiment.
Example four
As shown in fig. 11-14, an expandable folding comb has the same main structure as the first embodiment except that: the comb main body 1 and the comb base 2 are changed from a straight shape to a curved shape with radian. Thus, on the one hand, the appearance of the folding comb is more beautiful, and on the other hand, the bending process of each comb strip can be guided when the comb main body is unfolded, so that the comb pins 101 of the comb main body 1 are in an inwards concave unfolding effect in the unfolding state to be better attached to the scalp.
EXAMPLE five
An expandable folding comb, which has the same main structure as the first embodiment and is different from the first embodiment only in that: clamping grooves (not shown in the figure) are respectively formed near the two ends of the pivot 13, and clamping springs are respectively matched in the clamping grooves, so that each pivoting piece 12 at the first end of the comb main body 1 is limited by the two clamping springs, the condition that the stress on the side wall 22 of the pivot cavity is overlarge in the unfolding state is avoided, the requirements on the structure and the material of the comb base 2 can be reduced, and the manufacturing is facilitated. Of course, other similar structures for limiting the outermost comb strip are possible, such as pin holes on the pivot shaft, and pins on the outer side of the comb strip after the pivot shaft 13 is inserted into the pivot holes 14 to limit the comb strip, so as to prevent the side wall 22 of the pivot cavity from being stressed in the unfolded state.
EXAMPLE six
An expandable folding comb, which has the same main structure as the first embodiment and is different from the first embodiment only in that: the working length of each sliver 11 (i.e. the length of the pivot hole 14) only exhibits a decreasing or increasing effect from side to side.
Of course, if the sliver 11 is increased first and then decreased contrary to the first embodiment, it is necessary to have a gap between the slivers to allow the bending and spreading of the middle sliver in the spread state, or to adjust the ratio of the width to the thickness of the sliver to bend the sliver mainly in the up-down direction.
