Abstract
The application relates to a compensation exposure method, a compensation exposure device and electronic equipment in an intelligent television advertisement system, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent televisions; and reporting exposure data according to the monitoring codes corresponding to the advertisement materials, and generating a reporting condition record, wherein the reporting condition record comprises: reporting success and failure information and reporting failure reason information under the failure condition; and analyzing and judging the reported condition record, and performing corresponding compensation exposure processing on the exposure data which fails in reporting based on the failure reason. The method and the device can enable the monitoring data to better meet the actual situation, thereby reducing the advertising revenue loss of the advertising operator.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of smart televisions, and particularly relates to a compensation exposure method, a compensation exposure device and electronic equipment in a smart television advertisement system.
Background
Currently, in the operation process of the smart television industry, advertisement putting and operation are important components. In the intelligent television advertisement delivery, at the cloud side, an advertisement operator delivers advertisements to a specified intelligent television terminal through an advertisement delivery system according to the entrustment of an advertiser; and on the terminal side, after the advertisement processing APP on the intelligent television terminal obtains the advertisement to which the terminal belongs by accessing the advertisement delivery system, the advertisement is displayed and exposure information is reported to a third-party monitoring company. In the related technology, exposure data reporting is directly initiated after the smart television finishes advertisement display, while success or failure of reporting results is not concerned, and reporting failure is inevitably caused in practice, so that finally counted monitoring data is not practical, advertisement income loss is caused to advertisement operators, and especially when the terminal magnitude reaches hundreds of thousands of millions or even millions, loss cannot be ignored at all.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As described in the background art, there is a defect in the prior art that revenue loss of an advertisement operator is caused by failure of reporting exposure data and thus monitoring data is not in accordance with reality. In view of the above, the present application provides a compensation exposure method in an intelligent television advertisement system.
In an embodiment, the compensation exposure method in the smart television advertising system is applied to a terminal device (such as a smart television terminal), and is implemented based on an advertisement service program built in the terminal, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110, displaying the obtained advertisement material;
the advertisement material refers to the advertisement material delivered by the advertisement operator. In the step, an advertisement putting system at the cloud is accessed to obtain an advertisement material corresponding to the terminal and a monitoring code corresponding to the advertisement material; the monitoring code here is provided by a third party monitoring company.
After the advertisement material is exposed, continuing to step S120, reporting exposure data according to the monitoring code corresponding to the advertisement material, and generating a report condition record, wherein the report condition record includes: reporting success and failure information and reporting failure reason information under the failure condition;
for example, in the embodiment, after exposure data is reported, when feedback indication information of report failure is received, the report failure is recorded in a report condition record, and when the feedback indication information of report success is received, the report success is recorded; after exposure data is reported, when the feedback indication information is not received in a preset time period, the reporting failure is recorded in the reporting condition record. It is easy to understand that when failure is recorded, failure reason information needs to be recorded at the same time so as to perform compensation exposure processing subsequently.
Returning to fig. 1, the process continues to step S130, where the report record is analyzed and determined, and the exposure data that failed to be reported is processed for the corresponding compensation exposure based on the failure reason, and how to compensate the exposure is described in detail later.
The method for compensating exposure in the intelligent television advertising system realizes compensation exposure processing under the condition of failure reporting of traditional exposure, reduces the problem that effective advertisement display is not monitored and counted, enables monitoring data to better meet the actual condition and reduces the loss of advertisement income of an advertisement operator.
As shown in fig. 2, based on the foregoing, in another embodiment, the reporting failure reason includes an abnormal shutdown of the terminal (e.g., a user suddenly shuts down in fig. 2), a network connection failure, and a failure of the server on the receiving side.
In this example, as shown in fig. 2, the corresponding compensation exposure processing is performed based on the failure reason, and includes:
when the failure reason is that the terminal is abnormally shut down, the compensation exposure processing specifically comprises the following steps: monitoring the starting condition of the terminal, and compensating exposure once for the exposure data which fails to be reported when the terminal is started next time;
when the failure cause is a network connection failure, the compensation exposure processing specifically includes: monitoring whether the network connection is recovered, and compensating and exposing exposure data which fails to report once when the network connection is recovered;
when the failure reason is a failure of the server at the receiving end, the compensation exposure processing specifically comprises the following steps: and polling and monitoring a service port of the receiver server, and compensating and exposing the exposure data which fails to be reported once when the server is recovered to be normal.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing process, how to monitor the startup condition of the terminal, how to monitor the network connection condition, and how to poll and monitor the working condition of the remote server all belong to the prior art, and detailed description is not provided herein.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a compensation exposure apparatus in an intelligent television advertising system according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the compensation exposure apparatus 300 includes:
the display module 301 is configured to display the obtained advertisement material;
a reporting processing module 302, configured to report exposure data according to the monitoring code corresponding to the advertisement material, and generate a reporting condition record, where the reporting condition record includes: reporting success and failure information and reporting failure reason information under the failure condition;
and the compensation exposure processing module 303 is configured to analyze and judge the report condition record, and perform corresponding compensation exposure processing on the exposure data with a report failure based on a failure reason.
With respect to the compensation exposure apparatus 300 in the above-described related embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be described in detail here.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 400 includes:
a memory 401 having an executable program stored thereon;
a processor 402 for executing the executable program in the memory 401 to implement the steps of the above method.
With respect to the electronic device 400 in the above embodiment, the specific manner of executing the program in the memory 401 by the processor 402 thereof has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.

monitoring whether the network connection is recovered, and when the network connection is recovered, performing compensation reporting on exposure data which fails to be reported once;
when the failure reason is a receiver server failure, the compensation reporting processing specifically includes:
polling and monitoring a service port of a receiving side server, and when the server returns to normal, compensating and reporting exposure data which fails to be reported once;
the generating of the report condition record specifically includes:
