Description

Interaction method, interaction device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communication interaction technologies, and in particular, to an interaction method, an interaction apparatus, and a storage medium.
Background
In the same interactive environment, the interactive environments of the users are directly communicated, so that the users can communicate in real time and feel each other at any time. In the case that a certain user wants to communicate with others, the user can see the conversation by raising his head, or can directly approach the target person and communicate with the target person. However, as the number of displaced interaction scenarios increases, more and more users begin to interact in different interaction environments. Since the users are spatially separated from each other, they cannot feel each other and communicate instantaneously at any time as they would in the same interactive environment.
Although the existing communication interaction mode can provide instant communication services (such as instant communication services like WeChat, QQ, enterprise WeChat and nailing), the instant communication services have the following problems:
although the instant communication service can realize instant interaction and communication among different users, after the instant communication service enters the software, the head images of the contacts displayed on the main interface are all fixed pictures, some pictures are photos of the contacts, and some pictures are pictures uploaded by the contacts (such as scenery or cartoon pictures). Therefore, these instant messaging services cannot help users in different places feel each other like users in the same interactive environment and communicate instantly at any time, and users cannot see other people in real time. If a certain user needs to be in video communication, the corresponding video communication component needs to be triggered, and a video call or a video conference can be carried out under the condition that the opposite party agrees.
In view of the above technical problem that the existing communication interaction method in the prior art cannot enable users in different environments to feel each other personally and communicate with each other in real time, no effective solution has been proposed at present.

Fig. 2a is a schematic diagram of an interactive system according to the present embodiment. Referring to FIG. 2a, the interactive system generally comprises: a plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, a plurality of office computers 200a to 200c, and an interactive platform 300. The plurality of terminal devices 100 a-100 c are in communication connection with the interactive platform 300, and users can perform communication interaction through the respective terminal devices under an interaction environment provided by the interactive system. The plurality of office computers 200a to 200c are in communication connection with the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, and a user can work through the office computers 200a to 200 c. The interactive platform 300 can be built by a plurality of servers and provides instant messaging services for users.
In addition, fig. 2b is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of the terminal device in the interactive system. The terminal device (e.g., terminal device 100 a) in the interactive system includes a display 100, and an image capture device 121, an audio capture device 122, and an audio playback device 123 disposed on the display 100. After the terminal device 100a logs in the interactive platform 300, the main interface displayed by the display 100 includes three display areas, which are a first display area 111, a second display area 112, and a third display area 113. The first display area 111 comprises an avatar area for displaying the sequence of images of the own user captured by the terminal device 110 a. The second display area 112 includes a plurality of avatar regions for displaying the image sequences of the respective contacts, respectively. The third display area 113 includes a plurality of function keys for providing functions required for various interactions to the user.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned hardware structure can be applied to a plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, a plurality of office computers 200a to 200c and the interactive platform 300 in the system.
Under the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, an interaction method is provided, which is implemented by a first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a) for a user of an interaction platform shown in fig. 2 a. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s302: logging in a remote interactive platform through an account preset by a user;
s304: displaying an head portrait area of an online contact in a contact list of an account, wherein the contact list comprises contact information of contacts established in an interaction platform through the account, and the online contact is a contact which has logged in the interaction platform in the contact list; and
s306: and displaying a first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area of the online contact, wherein the first image sequence corresponds to a second image sequence acquired by a second terminal device of the online contact logging interaction platform in real time.
Referring to fig. 2a, 2b and 3, the terminal device 100a is, for example, a terminal device (i.e., a first terminal device) of a user a, and the user a can perform communication interaction through the terminal device 100a in an interaction environment provided by the interaction system. Wherein, the user a can register an account on the interactive platform 300 and establish various contacts on the interactive platform 300 through the account. Therefore, the user a can log in the remote interactive platform 300 through the account by using the terminal device 100a when needing to perform communication interaction with other people. In the application scenario, the terminal device 100a displays a main interface in response to an operation of the user a logging in the interaction platform 300, and displays an avatar area of an online contact in the contact list of the account on the main interface. The contact list includes contact information of contacts established in the interaction platform 300 through the account, and the online contacts are contacts in the contact list that have logged in the interaction platform. For example, referring to fig. 2a, a contact list under an account name established by user a on the interaction platform 300 includes contact information of user b and user c, after user a logs in the interaction platform 300 through the account by using terminal device 100a, terminal device 100a detects that only user b is online, and at this time, terminal device 100a displays an avatar area of user b.
The function of the avatar area may refer to an avatar component displayed in a main interface of an interactive application (e.g., WeChat, QQ, etc.), so that a user interacts with a contact corresponding to the avatar area by clicking the avatar area (e.g., may transmit a file, perform video communication, send an instant message, etc.).
Further, as shown with reference to fig. 2b, the terminal device 100a may display avatar regions (e.g., 112b and 112 c) corresponding to respective contacts (e.g., user b and user c), for example, in the second display region 112. Thus, the terminal device 100a displays the avatar area 112b of the online contact of the account (i.e., user b), and then displays the image sequence corresponding to user b (i.e., the first image sequence) in the avatar area 112 b. Wherein the avatar area 112b corresponds to a sequence of images (second sequence of images) captured in real time by the terminal device 100b (i.e., the second terminal device) of the user b logged in the interactive platform 300. For example: after the user b logs in the interaction platform 300 through the account of the user b, in order to enable the online contact of the user b to continuously view the image sequence of the user b in real time, the image sequence (corresponding to the second image sequence) of the user b may be collected in real time through the terminal device 100b, and the collected first image sequence corresponding to the second image sequence is sent to the interaction platform 300, and the interaction platform 300 transmits the first image sequence to the terminal device 100a of the user a. Thus, the terminal device 100a displays the avatar region 112b of the user b, and then displays the first image sequence corresponding to the user b in the avatar region 112 b.
As described in the background art, although the existing instant messaging service can realize instant interaction and communication between users at different places, it cannot help users at different places to feel each other and communicate instantly as users in the same interaction environment, and users cannot see other people in real time.
In view of this, in the interaction method provided in this embodiment, while providing various functional services required for instant interaction for each user through the interaction platform 300, in order to enable instant communication between users in different environments, the embodiment arranges a plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c dedicated to performing communication interaction, and deploys the instant communication service provided by the interaction platform 300 on the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100 c. Referring to fig. 2a, each of the dashed boxes can be regarded as an interactive environment of a user, and the users can communicate with each other in real time under the respective interactive environments. Therefore, in the embodiment, the terminal devices 100a to 100c can continuously acquire the image sequences of the users in different environments in real time, and send the acquired image sequences to the interactive platform 300, and the interactive platform 300 transmits the received image sequences among the terminal devices 100a to 100 c.
Therefore, after the user a logs in the interactive platform 300 through the account by using the terminal device 100a, in order to enable the user a to feel other users as if the user is in the same environment and perform instant communication at any time, the terminal device 100a displays the avatar area of the online contact (for example, the avatar area of the user b) in the contact list of the account on the main interface in response to the operation of logging in the interactive platform 300. Since the interaction platform 300 continuously collects image sequences of users in different environments in real time through the terminal devices of the logged-in users, after the user a logs in the interaction platform 300 through an account by using the terminal device 100a, the interaction platform 300 sends a first image sequence of an online contact (for example, the user b) under the account to a first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a). Thus, the first terminal device (i.e., the terminal device 100 a) displays the first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the avatar region after displaying the avatar region of the online contact. Therefore, the image sequences of the users in different environments are continuously collected in real time through the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, the collected image sequences are sent to the interactive platform 300, and the interactive platform 300 transmits the received image sequences among the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100 c. Moreover, after the interactive platform 300 transmits the received image sequence among the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, the image sequence of the online contact of the user can be displayed in real time in a manner that the terminal device of the user displays the image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the avatar area of the online contact, so that each user can continuously view the image sequence of the online contact in real time, and thus, the users in different environments can feel each other as users in the same environment and can communicate instantly at any time. That is, according to the technical solution of this embodiment, the avatar display of the contact is combined with the video display technology of the contact, so that the user a can view the real-time status of each online contact through the avatar area corresponding to the online contact only by logging in the interactive platform 300. Therefore, the technical effect that users in different environments can feel each other personally on the scene and communicate with each other in real time is achieved. And then the technical problem that the users in different environments can not feel each other personally on the scene and communicate instantly in the existing communication interaction mode in the prior art is solved.
Furthermore, it should be further noted that, in the present embodiment, the method described in the first aspect of the present embodiment is described by taking the first terminal device 100a as an example. However, the application of the method is not limited to this, for example, the method can also be applied to instant messaging software like QQ or WeChat, so that the above-mentioned avatar area can be displayed on the main interface of the instant messaging software, and the image sequence of the online contact can be displayed in the avatar area instead of the way of taking a fixed picture as an avatar in the prior art. Therefore, the method according to the first aspect of the present embodiment may be applied to an application program on a terminal device such as a tablet computer and a mobile phone.
Further, although the first terminal device 100a in the present embodiment implements the above-described method in response to a login operation by a user. However, the application of the technical solution of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, for example, the first terminal device 100a may implement the above-described method in response to an operation of the user selecting a mode of dynamically displaying the avatar at the terminal device 100a (instead of an operation of logging in the interactive platform). Thus, the user may switch between two different modes, for example in a first mode (i.e. a mode in which the avatar is dynamically displayed), the method according to the first aspect of the present embodiment displays a sequence of images of the online contact in the avatar area of the online contact; in the second mode (i.e., the mode of statically displaying the avatar), the fixed picture can be displayed as the avatar for the online contact as in the prior art.
Optionally, the operation of displaying the head portrait area of the online contact who has logged in the interaction platform in the contact list of the account includes: determining online contacts which have logged in an interaction platform in a contact list of an account; and displaying the head portrait area of the online contact according to the determined online contact.
Specifically, in the operation process of displaying the avatar area of the online contact that has logged in the interaction platform in the contact list of the account, the first terminal device (for example, terminal device 100 a) first determines the online contact that has logged in the interaction platform in the contact list of the account, and then displays the avatar area of the online contact according to the determined online contact. Further, as shown with reference to fig. 2b, avatar regions (e.g., avatar regions 112b and 112 c) corresponding to respective contacts (e.g., user b and user c) are provided on the terminal device 100 a. Thus, the terminal device 100a displays the first image sequence corresponding to the user b in the avatar area 112b after displaying the avatar area 112b of the online contact of the account (i.e., the user b). Through the method, the first terminal equipment can quickly and accurately display the head portrait area of the online contact.
Optionally, the operation of displaying the first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area of the online contact includes: receiving a first image sequence from the interactive platform, wherein the first image sequence is an image sequence generated after reducing resolution and/or frame rate based on a second image sequence; and displaying the received first sequence of images in an avatar area of the online contact.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the instant messaging service provided by the interactive platform 300 is deployed on the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100, and the image sequences of the users in different environments are continuously collected in real time through the terminal devices 100a to 100c and then sent to the interactive platform 300. Therefore, during the operation of displaying the first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area of the online contact, the first terminal device (e.g., terminal device 100 a) first receives the first image sequence from the interaction platform 300. Wherein, after the terminal device (e.g., the terminal device 100 b) of the online contact (e.g., the user b) acquires the image sequence (corresponding to the second image sequence) of the user b in real time, the acquired image sequence needs to be continuously transmitted to the interactive platform 300. Therefore, in order to reduce the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence, the terminal device 100b performs resolution and/or frame rate reduction processing on the second image sequence, generates the first image sequence, and transmits the first image sequence to the interactive platform 300. Thus, the first image sequence is an image sequence generated after a resolution and/or frame rate reduction based on the second image sequence. Finally, the terminal device 100a displays the received first image sequence in the avatar area of the online contact. In this way, the user can continuously view the image sequence of the online contact in real time, and the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence can be effectively reduced.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: responding to a login interaction platform, and displaying an head portrait area of an offline contact in a contact list of an account, wherein the offline contact is a contact which does not log in the interaction platform in the contact list; and displaying offline state information in the head portrait area of the offline contact, wherein the offline state information is used for indicating that the offline contact is in a state of not logging in the interactive platform.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, in response to the operation of the user logging in the interactive platform 300, the first terminal device (e.g., the terminal device 100 a) displays not only the avatar area of its online contacts, but also the avatar area of its offline contacts. The offline contacts are contacts which do not log in the interaction platform in the contact list. In addition, in order to enable a user to more intuitively know that the contact is a contact who does not log in the interactive platform, the first terminal device may display the offline state information in an avatar area of the offline contact. The offline state information is used for indicating that the offline contact is in a state of not logging in the interactive platform. The first terminal device can represent that the offline contact person is in the state of the unregistered interactive platform by performing fuzzy coverage processing or graying processing on the head portrait area, so that the offline contact person is obviously distinguished from the head portrait area of the online contact person with the image sequence clearly displayed, and a user can more intuitively know that the contact person is not logged in the interactive platform 300.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: responding to a login interaction platform, and starting an image acquisition device arranged on first terminal equipment; and sending the third image sequence to the interactive platform, wherein the third image sequence corresponds to a fourth image sequence acquired by the image acquisition device in real time.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2b, the terminal devices 100a to 100c are provided with image capturing devices 121. Accordingly, in response to the user logging on the interactive platform 300, the first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a) starts the image capturing device 121 disposed on the terminal device 100a, captures an image sequence (corresponding to a fourth image sequence) of the user in real time through the image capturing device 121, and then, in order to reduce the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence, the first terminal device performs resolution and/or frame rate reduction processing on the fourth image sequence, generates a third image sequence, and sends the third image sequence to the interactive platform 300. In this way, the first terminal device can automatically acquire the image sequence of the user continuously and in real time through the image acquisition device after logging in the interactive platform 300 (without clicking on the image acquisition device by the user a), and transmit the acquired image sequence to other online contacts in a manner that can effectively reduce the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: responding to a first trigger operation of a user on the head portrait area, and starting a video interactive interface; under the condition that the agreement of the on-line contact person corresponding to the head portrait area is not required, acquiring a fifth image sequence acquired by the second terminal equipment in real time from the interactive platform, and displaying the video images in real time on a video interactive interface; and acquiring a sixth image sequence in real time through an image acquisition device of the first terminal equipment, and sending the acquired sixth image sequence to the interactive platform. The resolution of the fifth image sequence and the sixth image sequence is greater than the resolution of the first image sequence, and/or the frame rate of the fifth image sequence and the sixth image sequence is greater than the frame rate of the first image sequence.
In the existing instant messaging service, if a user wants to perform video communication with a certain online contact person, the user can perform a video call or a video conference only by triggering a corresponding video communication component and under the condition that the opposite party agrees, so that the user cannot perform instant communication at any time as in the same interactive environment. In order to solve the problem, in this embodiment, when a user wants to perform instant communication with an online contact of the user, the avatar area of the online contact may be triggered, and at this time, the first terminal device of the user starts a video interaction interface first in response to the user triggering the avatar area. Then, under the condition that permission of the target contact corresponding to the avatar area is not requested, the video images (i.e., the fifth image sequence) of the target contact are directly acquired from the interactive platform 300 in real time, and the acquired video images are displayed on the video interactive interface in real time. For example: user a of terminal device 100a wants to communicate with its online contacts (e.g., user b) instantly, and user a can trigger the avatar area of user b. In the application scenario, the terminal device 100a directly starts a video interactive interface in response to a trigger operation of the user a on the avatar area of the user b, then directly obtains a video image (i.e., a fifth image sequence) of the user b from the interactive platform 300 in real time without asking for an agreement with the user b, and displays the obtained video image on the video interactive interface in real time. And the terminal device 100a may also capture a video image (i.e., a sixth image sequence) of the user a in real time, and send the video image to the interactive platform 300, so that the video image may be transmitted to the terminal device 100b through the interactive platform 300 for display. Therefore, the user can directly communicate with the online contact person in an instant manner by triggering the corresponding avatar area, and the operation is convenient and fast, so that the user can communicate with the online contact person in an instant manner at any time in the same interaction environment.
And the resolution and/or frame rate of the image sequence transmitted and displayed when the user a and the user b perform video interaction is larger than that of the head portrait sequence displayed in the head portrait area. Therefore, the scheme can display the image sequence with low frame rate and/or low resolution through the head portrait area, and therefore the users can feel the scene sense of each other with small data transmission. Meanwhile, when video interaction is carried out between two or more users, through higher frame rate and/or resolution ratio, better pictures can be realized, and the video interaction effect is improved.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: responding to the first trigger operation, and starting an audio acquisition device arranged on the first terminal equipment; and sending the audio data collected by the audio collection device to the interactive platform.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2b, the terminal devices 100a to 100c are provided with audio collecting devices 122. Accordingly, the first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a) starts the audio collecting device 122 disposed on the terminal device 100a in response to the operation of the user logging in the interactive platform 300, collects the audio data of the user in real time through the audio collecting device 122, and sends the collected audio data to the interactive platform 300. Thus, the interactive platform 300 may transmit the audio data of the user, which is collected by the audio collecting apparatus 122 on the terminal device 100a, to the terminal device of the online contact who is the instant communication object. By the method, the audio data generated in the instant communication process can be transmitted in real time.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: receiving image information displayed by a third terminal device from the third terminal device communicating with the first terminal device; and sending the received image information to the interaction platform.
Referring to fig. 2a, the office computer 200a (i.e., the third terminal device) of the user a communicates with the terminal device 100a (i.e., the first terminal device). Thus, the terminal device 100a can receive the image displayed by the office computer 200 a. For example, when the user a performs video interaction with the user b through the terminal device 100a, the terminal device 100a may receive an image displayed by the office computer 200a and transmit the image to the terminal device 100b of the user b through the interaction platform 300, so as to achieve the effect of projecting the office computer 200 a.
In contrast, during the video interaction, the user b may transmit the image displayed on the office computer 200b communicating with the terminal device 100b to the terminal device 100a of the user a through the terminal device 100b in a similar manner, thereby performing screen projection.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: receiving data of the online contact person to be sent to the interaction platform from the third terminal equipment; and sending the data to the interactive platform.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2a, the office computers 200a to 200c (i.e., the third terminal devices) are communicatively connected to the terminal devices 100a to 100c, so that the users can not only perform communication interaction in the interaction environment provided by the interaction system through the respective terminal devices 100a to 100c, but also perform office work through the office computers 200a to 200 c. Therefore, when a user needs to send or share data (for example, office data) to his/her online contacts, the user can send the data to the terminal devices 100a to 100c through the office computers 200a to 200c, the terminal devices 100a to 100c send the data received from the corresponding office computers 200a to 200c to the interactive platform 300, and the interactive platform 300 transmits the received data to the terminal devices 100a to 100c serving as target objects. For example, but not limited to, when the user a of the office computer 200a wants to share data with a target object (e.g., users of the office computers 200b and 200 c), the user of the office computer 200a may send the data to the terminal device 100a, the terminal device 100a sends the data to the interactive platform 300, and the interactive platform 300 transmits the received data to the terminal devices 100b and 100c as the target object. At this time, the terminal devices 100b and 100c transmit the data transmitted from the interactive platform 300 to the office computers 200b and 200c again, so that the target object can view the data through the office computers 200b and 200 c. Through the mode, the user can not only carry out office work through the respective office computers 200 a-200 c, but also send data to the interactive platform 300 through the terminal devices 100 a-100 c in communication connection with the office computers 200 a-200 c, and transmit the data to the terminal devices 100 a-100 c serving as target objects through the interactive platform 300, so that the purposes of mutual noninterference and mutual communication of office work, cooperation and interaction are achieved.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: and entering a privacy protection mode in response to a second trigger operation of privacy protection performed by the user, wherein in the privacy protection mode, the first terminal equipment stops sending the third image sequence to the interaction platform.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2b, the terminal devices 100 a-100 c are provided with a third display area 113 including a plurality of function keys. Wherein the plurality of function keys include, for example and without limitation, privacy protection keys. The user may enter the privacy-preserving state by triggering the privacy-preserving button. In the privacy protection state, the first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a) stops sending the image sequence (i.e., the third image sequence) of the user a to the interaction platform 300 in response to the triggering operation of the privacy protection key by the user a, so that other online contacts (for example, the user b) cannot directly see the image sequence (i.e., the third image sequence) of the user a through the avatar area. Therefore, privacy protection service can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: and under the privacy protection mode, responding to an interactive request of an online contact person for interaction, and displaying related information of the interactive request.
In particular, in a privacy-preserving state, a communication interaction initiated by an online contact thereof needs to acquire consent of the user. Specifically, the first terminal device (for example, the terminal device 100 a) starts the privacy protection interface in response to the user's trigger operation of the privacy protection key. Moreover, when an online contact in the contact list of the user triggers an avatar area corresponding to the user, the online contact cannot directly acquire the image sequence of the user from the interaction platform 300, and if video interaction is performed with the user, the online contact needs to first ask for the user's consent before acquiring the video image of the user from the interaction platform 300. Therefore, under the condition that the online contact in the contact list of the user triggers the head portrait area corresponding to the user, the first terminal device displays the relevant information of the interaction request in the privacy protection interface. In addition, when the user wants to exit the privacy protection state, the user can exit the privacy protection mode by triggering an exit key in the privacy protection interface, and can enter a normal instant communication state. Therefore, through the mode, privacy protection service can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, each function key displayed in the third display areas 113a to 113c may be continuously added, adjusted, and deleted according to each interaction function required for collaborative work, which is not specifically limited herein. And, different function keys are used to perform different interactive functions. Through the mode, the function keys with various different interaction functions are provided for the user, various interaction requirements of the user can be met, and the office efficiency and the use experience of the user are greatly improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, the implementation manner of the first trigger operation is not limited, for example, the first trigger operation may be an operation in which the user clicks the avatar area through a touch screen, an operation in which the user clicks the avatar area through a mouse, an operation in which the user selects the avatar area through a remote controller, or an operation in which the user selects the avatar area through a voice control method.
In addition, in the present embodiment, a specific implementation manner of the second trigger operation is not limited. For example, the second trigger operation may be an operation in which the user clicks a preset button through a touch screen, an operation in which the user clicks the preset button through a mouse, an operation in which the user triggers through a remote controller, or an operation in which the user selects an avatar area in a voice control manner.
Furthermore, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, an interaction method is provided, which is implemented by the interaction platform 300 shown in fig. 2 a. Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 4, comprises:
s402: after a first terminal device of a user of an interaction platform logs in the interaction platform through a preset account, determining an online contact in a contact list of the account, wherein the contact list comprises contact information of contacts established on the interaction platform through the account, and the online contact is a contact which has logged in the interaction platform in the contact list;
s404: receiving a first image sequence from a second terminal device of the online contact person login interaction platform, wherein the first image sequence corresponds to a second image sequence acquired by the second terminal device in real time; and
s406: and sending the first image sequence to the first terminal equipment.
Optionally, the method further comprises: responding to the login operation, receiving a third image sequence from the first terminal equipment, wherein the third image sequence corresponds to a fourth image sequence acquired by the first terminal equipment in real time; and transmitting the third image sequence to the second terminal device.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a fifth image sequence collected by the second terminal device in real time from the second terminal device under the condition of not soliciting permission of the online contact person in response to an interaction request for video interaction with the online contact person received from the first terminal device; and transmitting the fifth image sequence to the first terminal device. Wherein the resolution of the fifth image sequence is greater than the resolution of the first image sequence and/or the frame rate of the fifth image sequence is greater than the frame rate of the first image sequence.
Optionally, the method further comprises: responding to the interaction request, and receiving a sixth image sequence acquired by the first terminal device in real time from the first terminal device; and transmitting the sixth image sequence to the second terminal device. Wherein the resolution of the sixth image sequence is greater than the resolution of the first image sequence and/or the frame rate of the sixth image sequence is greater than the frame rate of the first image sequence.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: receiving audio data of a user from a first terminal device; and sending the audio data of the user to the second terminal equipment of the target contact person.
It should be specifically noted that, for details of the method described in the second aspect of this embodiment, reference may be made to the contents described in the first aspect of this embodiment, and details are not described here again.
Furthermore, according to a third aspect of the present embodiment, an interaction method is provided, which is implemented by the first terminal device (e.g. terminal device 100 a) and the interaction platform 300 shown in fig. 2a together. Fig. 5 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 5, comprises:
s501: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device logs in a remote interaction platform through a preset account;
s502: the method comprises the steps that an interactive platform determines online contacts in a contact list of an account, wherein the contact list comprises contact information of contacts established in the interactive platform through the account, and the online contacts are contacts which have logged in the interactive platform in the contact list;
s503: the method comprises the steps that an interactive platform receives a first image sequence from a second terminal device of an online contact person login interactive platform and sends the first image sequence to the first terminal device, wherein the first image sequence corresponds to a second image sequence collected by the second terminal device in real time;
s504: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device receives a first image sequence from an interactive platform;
s505: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device displays a head portrait area of an online contact; and
s506: the first terminal device displays the first image sequence in the head portrait area of the online contact.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6a, in a case where a user (e.g., user a) needs to perform communication interaction with another person, a user may log in a remote interaction platform 300 through the account by using a first terminal device (e.g., terminal device 100 a) (step 1 in fig. 6 a). In this application scenario, the interactive platform 300 determines online contacts in the contact list of the account in response to a login operation of the user a (step 2 in fig. 6 a). The contact list includes contact information of contacts established in the interaction platform 300 through the account, and the online contacts are contacts in the contact list that have logged in the interaction platform. For example, referring to fig. 2a, a contact list under an account name established by a user a on the interaction platform 300 includes contact information of a user b and a user c, after the user a logs in the interaction platform 300 through the account by using the terminal device 100a, the interaction platform 300 detects that the user b is online and the user c is offline, and at this time, the interaction platform 300 determines that the online contact of the account is the user b.
Further, in order to enable the online contact of the user b to continuously view the image sequence of the user b in real time, the image sequence of the user b (corresponding to the second image sequence) may be acquired in real time by a second terminal device (e.g., the terminal device 100 b) of the user b, and the first image sequence corresponding to the second image sequence is sent to the interaction platform 300 (step 3 in fig. 6 a). Thus, the interactive platform 300 transmits the first image sequence received from the terminal device 100b to the terminal device 100a (step 4 of fig. 6 a). Then, as shown in fig. 2b, the terminal device 100a is provided with avatar areas corresponding to the respective contacts (e.g., user b and user c) (step 4 of fig. 6 a). Thus, in this application scenario, the terminal device 100a displays the avatar area of the online contact (i.e., user b) in the contact list of the account, and after displaying the avatar area of the online contact (i.e., user b) of the account, displays the first image sequence corresponding to user b in the avatar area (step 6 in fig. 6 a).
Therefore, compared with the prior art, in the interaction method provided by the embodiment, while providing various functional services required for instant interaction for each user through the interaction platform 300, in order to enable instant communication between users in different environments, the embodiment arranges a plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c specially used for communication interaction, and deploys the instant communication service provided by the interaction platform 300 on the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100 c.
After the user a logs in the interactive platform 300 through the account by using the terminal device 100a, in order to enable the user a to feel other users and communicate instantly at any time like a user in the same environment, the interactive platform 300 determines an online contact in the contact list of the account in response to the login operation of the user a, and transmits a first image sequence of the online contact to the terminal device 100 a. Since the interaction platform 300 continuously collects image sequences of users in different environments in real time through the terminal devices of the logged-in users, after the users log in the interaction platform 300 through an account by using a first terminal device, the interaction platform 300 sends a first image sequence of online contacts under the account to the first terminal device. At this time, the first terminal device displays the head portrait area of the online contact in the contact list of the account. And after displaying the head portrait area of the online contact, the first terminal device displays the first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area.
Therefore, the image sequences of the users in different environments can be continuously collected in real time through the plurality of terminal devices 100a to 100c, and the collected image sequences are sent to the interactive platform 300. That is, according to the technical solution of this embodiment, the avatar display of the contact is combined with the video display technology of the contact, so that the user can view the real-time status of each online contact through the avatar area corresponding to the online contact only by logging in the interactive platform 300. The technical effect that users in different environments can feel each other personally on the scene and communicate with each other in real time is achieved. And then the technical problem that the users in different environments can not feel each other personally on the scene and communicate instantly in the existing communication interaction mode in the prior art is solved.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the first terminal device responds to the login interaction platform and sends a third image sequence to the interaction platform, wherein the third image sequence corresponds to a fourth image sequence acquired by the first terminal device in real time; and the interactive platform receives the third image sequence from the first terminal equipment and sends the third image sequence to the second terminal equipment of the online contact person.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6b, after the first terminal device (e.g., terminal device 100 a) logs in the interaction platform 300 through the account, a fourth image sequence of the user (e.g., user a) may be acquired in real time (step 1 in fig. 6 b). Then, in order to reduce the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence, the terminal device 100a performs resolution and/or frame rate reduction processing on the fourth image sequence, generates a third image sequence, and sends the third image sequence to the interactive platform 300 (step 2 in fig. 6 b). Thus, the interaction platform 300 receives the third image sequence from the terminal device 100a and sends the third image sequence to the second terminal device (i.e. terminal device 100 b) of the online contact (e.g. user b) (fig. 6b, step 3). After the terminal device 100b logs in the interactive platform 300 through the account of the user b, the avatar area corresponding to the user a of the terminal device 100a is displayed (step 4 of fig. 6 b). Then, a third image sequence of the user a of the terminal device 100a is received from the interactive platform 300, and the third image sequence is displayed in the avatar area. In this way, the first terminal device can not only continuously acquire the image sequence of the user in real time through the image acquisition device, but also effectively reduce the transmission cost and bandwidth pressure of the image sequence.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device responds to a first trigger operation of a user on a head portrait area, starts a video interaction interface and sends an interaction request for video interaction with an online contact person to an interaction platform; the interactive platform responds to the interactive request, and receives a fifth image sequence acquired by the second terminal device in real time from the second terminal device under the condition that permission of the online contact person is not required; the interactive platform sends the fifth image sequence to the first terminal equipment; and the first terminal equipment displays a fifth image sequence in real time in the video interactive interface, wherein the resolution of the fifth image sequence is greater than that of the first image sequence, and/or the frame rate of the fifth image sequence is greater than that of the first image sequence.
In the existing instant messaging service, if a user wants to perform video communication with a certain online contact person, the user can perform a video call or a video conference only by triggering a corresponding video communication component and under the condition that the opposite party agrees, so that the user cannot perform instant communication at any time as in the same interactive environment.
In order to solve the problem, in this embodiment, when a user wants to perform instant communication with an online contact of the user, the avatar area of the online contact may be triggered, and at this time, the first terminal device of the user starts a video interaction interface first in response to the user triggering the avatar area, and sends an interaction request for performing video interaction with the online contact to the interaction platform. Then, directly acquiring the video image of the target contact person from the interactive platform 300 in real time under the condition that the agreement of the target contact person corresponding to the head portrait area is not required, and displaying the acquired video image in real time on a video interactive interface. For example, referring to fig. 7a, user a of terminal device 100a wants to communicate with a target contact (e.g., user b) among its online contacts in real-time, and user a may trigger the avatar area of user b. In the application scenario, the terminal device 100a directly starts a video interactive interface in response to the triggering operation of the user a on the avatar area of the user b (step 1 in fig. 7 a). Then, an interactive request for video interaction with the user b is sent to the interactive platform 300, so as to notify the interactive platform 300 that the user a initiates instant communication to the user b (step 2 in fig. 7 a). At this time, the interactive platform 300 directly sends the video image acquisition instruction to the terminal device 100b of the user b without asking for approval from the user b (step 3 in fig. 7 a).
In response to the received acquisition instruction, the terminal device 100b of the user b acquires the video image (i.e., the fifth image sequence) of the user b in real time and sends the video image to the interactive platform 300 (steps 4 and 5 in fig. 7 a). Thus, the interactive platform 300 transmits the video image of the user b to the terminal device 100a of the user a (step 6 of fig. 7 a). After receiving the video image of the user b, the terminal device 100a displays the video image in real time in the initiated video interactive interface (step 7 in fig. 7 a).
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the first terminal equipment responds to the first trigger operation, acquires a sixth image sequence through a preset image acquisition device and sends the sixth image sequence to the interactive platform; and the interactive platform receives the sixth image sequence from the first terminal equipment and sends the sixth image sequence to the second terminal equipment. Wherein the resolution of the sixth image sequence is greater than the resolution of the first image sequence and/or the frame rate of the sixth image sequence is greater than the frame rate of the first image sequence.
Referring to fig. 2b, the terminal devices 100a to 100c are provided with image capturing devices 121. Thus, referring to fig. 7b, in response to the user triggering the operation of the avatar area of the user b, the first terminal device (e.g., the terminal device 100 a) starts the image capture device 121 disposed on the terminal device 100a, captures the image sequence (i.e., the sixth image sequence) of the user a in real time through the image capture device 121, and sends the captured sixth image sequence of the user a to the interaction platform 300, and then the interaction platform 300 sends the sixth image sequence of the user a to the terminal device of the target contact. Therefore, the terminal device of the target contact can display the video image of the user a in real time in the corresponding video interaction interface. By the method, the image sequence generated in the instant communication process can be transmitted in real time.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the first terminal equipment responds to the first trigger operation, acquires the audio data of the user through a preset audio acquisition device and sends the audio data of the user to the interaction platform; and the interactive platform receives the audio data of the user from the first terminal equipment and sends the audio data of the user to the terminal equipment of the target contact person.
Referring to fig. 2b, the terminal devices 100a to 100c are provided with audio collecting devices 122. Thus, referring to fig. 7b, in response to the user triggering the operation of the avatar area of the user b, the first terminal device (e.g., the terminal device 100 a) starts the audio capture device 122 disposed on the terminal device 100a, captures the audio data of the user a in real time through the audio capture device 122, sends the captured audio data of the user a to the interactive platform 300, and then sends the audio data of the user a to the terminal device of the target contact through the interactive platform 300. Thus, the terminal device of the target contact can play the audio data of the user a through a preset audio playing device (e.g., the audio playing device 123 in fig. 2 b). By the method, the audio data generated in the instant communication process can be transmitted in real time.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the first terminal device receiving image information displayed by a third terminal device from the third terminal device communicating with the first terminal device; the first terminal equipment sends the received image information to the interaction platform; and the interactive platform receives the image information and sends the image information to the second terminal equipment.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the first terminal equipment responds to a second trigger operation of privacy protection performed by the user to enter a privacy protection mode, wherein in the privacy protection mode, the first terminal equipment stops sending the third image sequence to the interaction platform; and the interactive platform responds to the operation that the first terminal equipment enters the privacy protection mode, and sends notification information that the first terminal equipment enters the privacy protection mode to the second terminal equipment.
In the privacy-preserving state, the communication interaction initiated by the online contact needs to be agreed by the user. The first terminal device (e.g., terminal device 100 a) stops sending the image sequence of user a (i.e., the third image sequence) to the interaction platform 300 in response to the triggering operation of the privacy protection key by user a. So that other online contacts (e.g., user b) cannot directly see the image sequence of user a (i.e., the third image sequence) through the avatar region. Therefore, privacy protection service can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
And the interaction platform sends corresponding notification information to the terminal device 100b (i.e. the second terminal device) of the other online contact (e.g. user b) in response to the first terminal device 100a entering the privacy protection mode (e.g. receiving a notification message from the first terminal device 100a that it entered the privacy protection mode). So that the terminal device 100b can display the corresponding status information in the avatar area corresponding to the user a (e.g., display "privacy protection" in the avatar area of the user a).
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the method comprises the steps that an interaction platform receives an interaction request of an online contact person interacting with a user of a first terminal device from a second terminal device, wherein the first terminal device enters a privacy protection mode; the interactive platform sends the interactive request to the first terminal equipment; and the first terminal equipment responds to the received interactive request and displays the relevant information of the interactive request.
Specifically, when the terminal device 100a (i.e., the first terminal device) of the user a is in the privacy protection mode, when an online contact (e.g., the user b) in the contact list of the user a triggers the avatar area corresponding to the user a at the terminal device 100b (i.e., the second terminal device), the user b cannot directly acquire the video image of the user from the interaction platform 300, but can acquire the video image of the user from the interaction platform 300 and perform video interaction after asking for the consent of the user a. Therefore, when the online contact in the contact list of the user a triggers the avatar area corresponding to the user a at the corresponding terminal device, the interaction platform 300 needs to send a corresponding interaction request to the terminal device 100a, and the terminal device 100a displays relevant information of the interaction request in the privacy protection interface to solicit the consent of the user a. In addition, when the user wants to exit the privacy protection state, the user can enter a normal instant communication state by triggering an exit key in the privacy protection interface. Therefore, through the mode, privacy protection service can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the interaction method further includes: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device receives data of an online contact person to be sent to an interaction platform from a third terminal device communicated with the first terminal device; the first terminal equipment sends the data to the interaction platform; the interaction platform receives data from the first terminal equipment; and the interactive platform sends the data to terminal equipment of the online contact person serving as a data receiving object.
Referring to fig. 2a, the office computers 200a to 200c (i.e., the first terminal devices) are communicatively connected to the terminal devices 100a to 100c, so that the users can not only perform communication interaction in the interaction environment provided by the interaction system through the respective terminal devices 100a to 100c, but also perform office work through the office computers 200a to 200 c.
Further, referring to fig. 1, according to a fourth aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a storage medium. The storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Therefore, according to the embodiment, while various functional services required for instant interaction are provided for each user through the interaction platform, in order to enable each user in different environments to perform instant communication, a plurality of terminal devices dedicated for performing communication interaction are provided in the embodiment, and the instant communication service provided by the interaction platform is deployed in the plurality of terminal devices. Wherein users of a plurality of terminal devices can communicate with each other in real time under respective interactive environments. Therefore, in the embodiment, the image sequences of the user in different environments can be continuously collected in real time through the plurality of terminal devices, the collected image sequences are sent to the interactive platform, and the interactive platform transmits the received image sequences among the plurality of terminal devices.
And after the user logs in the interaction platform through the account by using the first terminal device, in order to enable the user to feel other users and perform instant communication at any time like a user in the same environment, the interaction platform responds to the login operation of the user, determines an online contact in the contact list of the account, and sends a first image sequence of the online contact to the first terminal device. Because the interactive platform continuously and real-timely acquires the image sequences of the users in different environments through the terminal devices of the logged-in users, after the users log in the interactive platform through the account by using the first terminal device, the interactive platform sends the first image sequence of the online contacts under the account to the first terminal device. At this time, the first terminal device displays the head portrait area of the online contact in the contact list of the account. And after displaying the head portrait area of the online contact, the first terminal device displays the first image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area. Therefore, the image sequence of the online contact of the user can be displayed in real time in a mode that the terminal equipment of the user displays the image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area of the online contact, so that each user can continuously check the image sequence of the online contact in real time, and the users in different environments can feel each other like the users in the same environment and can communicate instantly at any time.
In addition, the user can directly communicate with the online contact person in an instant manner by triggering the corresponding avatar area, so that the operation is convenient and fast, and the user can communicate with the online contact person in an instant manner at any time in the same interaction environment. The user can enable the terminal equipment to start a privacy protection interface by triggering the privacy protection key, so that the terminal equipment enters a privacy protection state. The user can also enter a normal instant communication state by triggering an exit key in the privacy protection interface.
Therefore, the image sequences of the users in different environments are continuously collected in real time through the plurality of terminal devices, the collected image sequences are sent to the interactive platform, and the received image sequences are transmitted among the plurality of terminal devices through the interactive platform. And after the interactive platform transmits the received image sequence among the plurality of terminal devices, the image sequence of the online contact of the user can be displayed in real time by the way that the terminal device of the user displays the image sequence corresponding to the online contact in the head portrait area of the online contact, so that each user can continuously check the image sequence of the online contact in real time, and the users in different environments can feel each other like the users in the same environment and can communicate instantly at any time. That is, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the head portrait display of the contact person is combined with the video display technology of the contact person, so that a user can check the real-time situation of each online contact person through the head portrait area corresponding to the online contact person only by logging in the interaction platform. Therefore, the technical effect that users in different environments can feel each other personally on the scene and communicate with each other in real time is achieved. And then the technical problem that the users in different environments can not feel each other personally on the scene and communicate instantly in the existing communication interaction mode in the prior art is solved.
